It does not work like that, you cannot have more than 4 protection slots. If you already have 4, getting more protection slots through events and contests won't affect you and would be sort of an "empty reward".

The fund has to reach Level 3 then only you will receive the Level 3's rewards. Let's say you have 3 module slots, getting 3 extra won't matter because you need only 1 more to complete set of 4 slots, hence the extra 2 would be of no use. As for new players, they start playing with 1 protection slot only, hence they could benefit from that, but in summary, you need only 4 slots, getting any extra slot is somewhat useless.

As for your 2nd, you will receive only those items for which the fund has passed, for example if you reach level 3, you will obtain 40 normal containers and 1 additional module slot as a prize, nothing more than that, hence as the fund grows, and it reaches the next level, newer items will be unlocked for players to obtain. But tankers will not receive the prizes for the levels where fund has not reached yet.

As for the contest, developers likely planned the Tanki fund according to it whereas for the real-life merchandise, I highly doubt something like that will be held in the current scenario.

That's what happens every time whenever this bundle-purchasing event is held, what's the point of buying a bundle if it doesn't do you any good. But half of them are purchasing with the mindset to win the giveaway in the end of the fund.

I am a little keen on the possibility of the fund reaching Level 7 and level 8, devs won't give 2 skin containers for free or 1.1k tankoins when its price is above 30k tankoins in the shop, The fact that Hyperion and module slot are after it makes it possible that devs think the fund won't reach there, else they would have interchanged its places with the skin containers. Yes the fund has started out good but over the time it will gradually decline with less and fewer people remaining to buy the 1.1k bundles, only those who have enough to buy 6k tankoin bundle recursively. If it does reach level 7, then that's a great thing.

Basically you buy any of the 3 bundles, and thus you contribute to the pool, as the pool fund rises i.e. more players buy the bundles, you have a chance to win great prizes. It means that the selected number of tankoins will be added in the Tanki fund pool, and no, the buyer won't get back the tankoins. Let's say I buy the 19k bundle, then the total of my 19k tankoins will be spent, but it will add "8k tk" to the pool.
