Saw it, guess I replied too quickly ? I think that they right now separate the e-sports scene from the casual players which are the vast majority. The drawback of like potential backlash players will receive or privacy concerns by publishing the ban history is probably not worth it except in the competitive world.

I know that for e-sports, the Tankisport website already shows whether an account is/was banned from e-sports activities.

Yeah the nerf was intended and you could argue it wasn't deserved, but I think the way they implemented is fine. The change adds a small strategic layer instead of nerfing it outright.

Hello, criticism isn't being removed for being negative, only if it violates the rules. A respectful and constructive post is especially welcome and we encourage players to write so. As for personal attacks, we review and take actions if necessary and you can also report posts if you feel like they violate the rules.

Damage decrease changed from -25% to -20%; This means that instead of decreasing the damage by 25%, is now only decreases it by 20%. So it reduces less damage, meaning it got a buff, not a damage reduction. As for the aim assist for vacuum shells, I think you bring up a valid point. While it helps most turrets, it can be counterproductive for some augments like vacuum. Maybe they can adjust the auto aim to 0 deg for augments like these. -

So for balancing reasons, instead of reducing or removing the aim assist, we got it on all platforms.. Interesting, didn't see that coming, but ig that's one way of handeling it. -
Whether it's going to be fixed isn't the point right now, it should be proven first, right? So again, you mentioned the stats being incorrect. How do you prove that -> create a video and show us? If you're right, we can report it and pass it on.

First of all, on one is denying those things that you mention. Tanki openly acknowledged server issues multiple times. And at some point, we all rely on organizations and their work, otherwise it's just becomes opinion based chaos, right? Also, these are hard numbers, so you can test it out yourself. If you really believe the stats are incorrect, why don't you create a video and prove it instead of dismissing them?

I mean there's no really "dealing with" lifeguard. It always gets the extra hp and survivability regardless of how you handle it. As for blaster you can still play around with distancing, equipments, mines. Imo, lifeguard is very strong in objectives like pulling flags and fighting the juggernaut, it outperforms any other hull augment by a mile. That's why I personally use it, but I wouldn't be honest if I wouldn't call for a nerf.

True but this could always happen on either sides and I don't think it's really a decisive factor. The issue was more like, the assault game mode has to be balanced even with bots included. If your bots don't attempt to cap but bots on the other side do constantly hinder or kill you, that's a problem. Just like you said (and I didn't know this cuz I don't pay attention?) if the bots do significant damage, it becomes really hard to win as the offensive side.

Even if you're with 3-4 players, the defense also has only 3-4 real players right, would capping flags not be the same difficulty? Cuz bots don't really do any significant damage and it's pretty easy to dodge them right? And do bots also attempt to cap flags? (idk myself, never played assault with bots)
