    About Life

Life is hard. The reality of life is something that may take a lifetime to comprehend. Facing the fact that you are going to die someday is hard. We all try to avoid it but there is no avoiding it. Death is a part of life. No matter what we do, we will die. That is why living life to the fullest is so important. We all have our things that we take for granted. We may believe that we are not like the world, and that horrors like cancer, murder, and other things are problems that are out there; not in here. This naivete is in part our parents shielding us, forming a protective bubble, as so to speak, around us. It is also our innocence, our belief that we are in a perfect world, one where nothing can happen to our parents. So, when something terrible does eventually happen to them, we are shocked. Our world is being tarnished by reality. If a terrible thing that happened to the inhabitants of out "bubble" permanently, like someone close to you died, you feel regret over all the arguments you had with that person. You may feel like you don't understand the meaning of the death, or you might be angry. In any case, reality set in on your childhood beliefs. Enjoy your childhood. It will not last forever. If disaster strikes your family, you will be forced to mature abruptly and against your will. Looking back, you will realize that your childhood was the best part of your life. The joy of childhood can't be matched. Spend time with your family. Reinforcing familiar bonds is important for us. Psychologically, we are social creatures. Our brains are physically affected by family bonding. We are more loving and caring for others if we have a strong bond with our family. Make friends. Friends are often more than just playmates. We do not realize it, but growing up with friends means that we can be more secure and connect with others easier. Friends are there for us in our down moments. They act as our support. Finally, do not regret everything. You learn as you live. Don't be sad for the past things is it means that you are ruining your life now. This life is your life. Live it looking into the future. Live it to the fullest. You won't regret it.
