Crisis is still considered an exotic drone despite the fact it has been distributed quite widely through Tanki Funds. It is meant for endgame players, in other words people who already have maxed garages through years and years of playing regularly and have nothing else to sink their crystals in, or for buyers. In any case, these two groups are usually the only people who can somewhat afford using Crisis. If it is not profitable, you either: a) switch too much between drugs unneccessarily, making your drug count drop too fast b) you play too much - other than playing for missions, it isnt smart profitwise to play for extended periods of time as you will be spending too much compared to how much you gain c) you are not endgame player, and you still spend resources on stuff like turrets, protections, hulls, that would be otherwise used on running the Crisis The best advice anyone can give you is to either switch on less demanding drones, like Brutus or Hyperion (personally I only use Hyperion), dont play too much, especially not during work days, focus your playtime mostly on double battle funds, play a lot during special festive modes that are drones and supplies free, and possibly play more PRO battles without supplies and drones.

Depends on how tight on Tankoins you are and whether you are ready to bet on that 1/5 - 1/6 chance to get the tankoins back.

Hydra is currently classified as an Exotic augment for Striker, which means it is extremely difficult to obtain it. Afaik, it isn't currently available in any way. The only way to obtain it will be through either Ultra containers if the developers will make it obtainable in them again (which will obviously be a very minuscule chance) or through some Tankoin pass event like Snowtrap, Halloween trick or treat type of thing. In any way, given that it is exotic item, the chances for f2p players to obtain it are fairly small.

You are trying to sell this as some obligatory group project that everybody has to take part in just to satisfy your need to have fun. If you dont have fun, that is your problem, as you yourself signed under it by making that conscious decision to purchase the cat in the bag. Dont blame others for not sharing your definition of fun. They are not obligated to satisfy your need for this fund to succeed.

Nobody is taking away fun from others because nobody owes theirs participation to anyone else regardless of how profitable or not it is.

Hey. No, containers dont have an expiration date. Once you receive them, they will stay in your garage forever, and will be turned to old containers when the items in the pools get updated. However, containers system will be changed in the upcoming months, and the they will be changed to keys. This means that containers will either be transformed to keys, or if you did not consent to the 10:1 transfer rate, they will be forcefully opened. Personally, havent noticed anything of this sort. Might have been some temporary bug or mistake. Lemme try to explain the mentality of why certain people wont really participate, or at least why they will sit on their tankoins for some time until the fund gets to the point where they are confident getting something they consider of value. Even if this fund has the best value, f2p people have limited resources throughout the year. Someone already calculated here how much tankoins you can get per year. That number may give you an impression that people theoretically have a lot of tankoins at disposure, but the reality is, there are many other events and battle passes that require expenditure of tankoins. The other important thing is that not everyone plays the game religiously everyday or every week or even every month to receive the maximum amount of tankoins possible. Since this is the case, a lot of people end up with insufficient funds or with amount that makes them question whether the participation in this fund is worthwile. Another important fact to consider here is that the preferences and values which players assign to the prizes differ with each participant/player. For example, for you getting to the 20th level might already be a win situation, because you assign certain value to the things present on those levels. But then, there are endgame players like myself that have very different value scale. Eleven paints as a prize to me has exactly 0 value because I already own 100+ better looking paints. I have all the module slots, so I dont get anything from that. I have better looking skins than the GTs and so they will just idle in my garage. I also assign far lower value to containers because I already emptied majority of the prize pool, and so they are just pointless supplies and crystals which I have quite enough already. So while for you 20 tiers is an incredible value, for someone else the real value may be up from the 35th or even 40th level. Obviously, these higher levels have far lower likelyhood of being achieved, and so players will withold participation because they dont have a guarantee of getting to the levels they desire. This leads me to my final point. You must consider that getting something (a guarantee) and potentially getting something (a possibility) are two very different things. This is why even in a real world, you will not see everyone headlessly participating in casino like loterries, because these do not guarantee getting certain countervalue for your spending. Players, especially f2p, consider tankoins something as a real world currency. When they spend something that they have limited amount of, they expect and demand a certain countervalue that they are guaranteed to get. If they are not guaranteed this countervalue, they are risking overspending and wasting the precious currency that could have been used on better present or future offers. This is further exacurbated by their bad past experiences, when they spend and put fate in certain possibilities and failed at getting them, often multiple times.

I think the current festive mode of XP is also good for fisnishing that since everyone is usually a 2hit KO and Railgun has some decent crit chance + you save the supplies.

You can google up the minimal requirements and the recommended requirements for playing Tanki Online. I think Ive seen them in Tanki Wiki as well. For example, I found these on Steam, but they might already be outdated, so I am not completely certain. You can compare these with the specifics of your devise. I also had problems running the game on my old PC devise and after upgrading to new one I run the game smoothly now, even on the new remastered maps that have been unplayable for me before.

Depends, Wasp Demonic looks hella good, but there aren't many possibilities to use it these days. Played Wasp with Driver today and it did good, but it definitely needs some skill to get around all the campers and high DPS augments and turrets, so light hulls definitely have it extremely difficult. Seen Blaster being used by some YouTubers and it also looked pretty fun tbh. However, unless you play some XP/BP and it isnt really your hull, it might just sit in your garage. If you dont roll -5 in those 5 or so next free steps, you still might think about it.

Let me give you an example. Lets say that between Main Island 1 and main Island 2 you need to jump 17 Islands. Lets say that there are 2 Islands of Fortune that can send you back -5 positions located on 10th and 15th island. You step on the 10th island and are sent back -5. Now you are again on the 5th island. Now when you progress again on the 10th island where the Island of Misfortune is located, it will not activate again, however the one on the 15th is still active and remains active untill you either step on it and activate the -5 roll or untill you reach next checkpoint being the main Island. Now this is just example of the mechanic. Further you get, the more Islands of Fortune are located on the route and bigger the chance that you will be sent back.

Not sure if anyone noticed here, but really love the changes you made to Skylark map, looks massively better aestethically. Props for that, havent been able to notice the other maps from the list, but Skylark looks hella good now.
