@Jeers4U and it gets better on legend ranks, the """""matchmaking""""" makes one team with at least 5 people with excelsior (i call them Mr Immortality) , and one team without excelsior. The result is: team with excelsior doesn't die and the other team gets melted. That is likely on purpose to make Buyers end game players have even more unfair advantage. -

Magnum "Punisher" Augment: The idea is to make an augment that punishes players that insist on remaining stationary after being hit once by magnum, it starts with less damage than the stock magnum but increases for each direct-hit or very close range splash: Advantages: Each hit increases the damage (That would be the previous damage x2). Reload Speed: 2.0 sec. Disadvantages: Medium and Large splash damage removed. Missing a shot resets the damage to it's original value. Damage reduced by 28%. Critical Hits removed.

Before Legend ranks: Playable and quite enjoyable, matches were balanced mostly. After Hitting Legend: Haven't had really any fun playing, no matter the augment or turret; while you're dealing very small damage on your opponent with a legendary augment because the enemy has Excelsior and Defender and Armadillo, that same enemy is melting or one shooting you with some specific turret/augment. So most of the matches have 5 players like those. Are you seeing an isida vampire with defender and excelsior on a hovering hull coming at you from the other side of the map? Well you're dead, you shoot at him multiple times and won't kill him, he gets close to you and begins to heal. Did a Scorpion with tornado see you? Ahh if you're not behind some cover then it is over, the countless rockets with splash damage will very likely kill you. Striker enemy is aiming at you? prepare to die before you can blink. Railgun excalibur? I don't even need to explain. It really takes a lot of effort to make TO go from a fun and enjoyable game which you recommend to your school friends to some boring tasteless "game". Btw to fix all the problems you need to nerf magnum even more, buff tesla, buff scorpion, buff all emp augments, buff stellarator, buff excalibur, buff all striker augments, make isida vampire heal 15k hp per hit, buff hammer and give all augments at least 15 bullets, make Excelsior give 300% extra health, make defender give a bonus of 500% armor, nerf twins, nerf ricochet, nerf smoky, nerf magnum again, nerf the not yet released Tsunami turret as well, nerf firebird, buff freeze damage (it is too weak trust), make gauss status augments apply to all enemies on the map, make crusader and all hovering hulls better. To finish the fix for the game, make Armadillo cost 3 billion crystals to max, make new features similar to Trophies where you need 5 million reputation for something that is weaker than most other things. -

Below legend ranks? It's kinda ok. On legend matches? All i see is Crusader Excelsior and Defender with some broken turret augment that can melt me or one shot me even when i'm using defender, while it takes me countless direct hits shots from magnum to kill them if they don't repair. Well, not like they'll care and change anything. -
Magnum situation on Legend ranks. The Magnum turret at ranks below Legend can be played normally, you can get kills and that depends on how good you aim and predict your enemies movement, on the other hand, in the few legend ranks I've played i noticed you can barely do anything with Magnum no matter if you are using Default, Adrenaline, Vacuum or Carronade augments. The damage you do on enemies is insignificant as everyone on legend matches seem to use excelsior, defender and sometimes magnum protection; the reload speed on this turret seems to be the biggest problem as it takes players 15 seconds cooldown to use the repair kit. Let's use Crusader mk8 with Excelsior and Defender which is a commonly used combo as an example. 1. With Excelsior and Defender i assume its HP in total is 11310. 2. It can move to any direction quickly making it easy to dodge projectiles. With the Default Magnum mk8 with double damage it deals 2800 damage, 3440 critical damage and takes 2.5 seconds to reload: 1. With normal damage it would take 4 ~ 5 direct hits to kill this opponent, it would take 10 ~ 11 seconds (not counting the aiming time, amplification time and the time it takes for the projectile to travel). 2. With critical damage on all hits (which is almost impossible to happen) it would take 3 ~ 4 direct hits to kill this opponent, it would take 8 ~ 9 seconds (not counting the aiming time, amplification time and the time it takes for the projectile to travel). With Vacuum Augment the maximum normal damage with double damage I've seen on some enemy without any protection was around 3800, which in theory could kill that opponent in 3 hits, but in fact, you need the shell impact to be at a very specific distance from the enemy and realistically the enemy is constantly moving. With Carronade Augment with normal double damage it would take 6 ~ 7 direct hits and would take 6 ~ 7 seconds (not counting the aiming time, amplification time and the time it takes for the projectile to travel). All of these if, and only if, the enemy doesn't use repair kits. Magnum and it's augments needs to deal more damage in some way but without becoming broken like some turrets with certain augments. Magnum destroyer might deal a lot of damage but you'll loose: projectile speed, reload speed, range and turret rotation speed.

@POWER-OF-ONE Tesla has been useless? That wasn't even a nerf, a true nerf is what they did with Magnum on this patch: Ruined the muscle memory of everyone that uses Magnum because of the projectile velocity changes, idk about the gravity though. Projectiles taking a lot of time to hit targets, seen a friend using Destroyer and it was reeeeeally slow. Tbh i don't even think they test the turrets/hulls after those patches.

The biggest caliber, which can fit onto a tank hull. The most destructive high-explosive shell, from what we could find. The longest barrel with the biggest barrel brake. With enough skill, though, you can hit enemies behind any cover and at any distance. " to: " Long range home-made cannon. Fires rubber shells on a ballistic trajectory. A true magnum opus of artistic tank construction. The ****tiest caliber, which can fit onto a tank hull. The least destructive high-explosive shell, from what we could find. The longest barrel with the biggest barrel brake. With enough skill, though, you can hit enemies behind any cover and at any distance and still deal less damage than some brainless turret with some OP augment. Expect magnum to get nerfed countless times while turrets which require no aim, no skill, no brain and that can't even miss it's shots to deal more damage and guaranteed status effects in area. Maybe you should camp in the spawn with Gaussy which deals guaranteed status effects on all enemies or Scorpussy which has an augment that takes more than half of the juggernaught hp with a single salvo. " I think it is expected for "The biggest caliber" artillery to kill with a single direct hit all light hulls but seems like that's forbidden.

After countless bad updates, the developers of this game seems to never learn, this will make more players quit, bad points of this update: 1) A new UI that nobody asked for(The Ui of the "new" mobile is good but what's the point of changing the position and size of buttons of the screen if you can't place them where you want?). 2) Keys rewards are the same reward where you will get a decent amount of them and getting 1000 crystals, supplies and a PAINT. 3) Keys will be frustrating "gather 100 keys through months and when you open them hoping you will get a good reward you'll get the crap rewards". 4) This new Ui will make the game more complex for new players(They want to bring new players but their actions seem to be the opposite". 5) Could be the Best update of the year but became the worst. Maybe some Youtubers will be "Retaliating" the game with less uploads. With each update the community of this game shrinks even more, i remember when there was over 100k players playing simutaneously in the LATAM server, now it's probably not even 1k in the EN server. Hazel said they will make a change to "revive" the game, at this point they better start making this change now because as the time passes the players you have are leaving because of someone's greed, you can't revive this game if it dies completely. The next updates can save or bury this game forever, be careful with decisions you make from now and so on, grenades are one of the updates that can make your game shut down next year.

@Potdindy Magnum main here, this is due to players using shaft protection/defender drone/crisis, there's the augment "Heavy Capacitors" it deals more damage but takes more time to charge your shot to the maximum damage, using hornet OD helps a lot in your situation.

@MEXICAN-SKY @Kimura Well, then ask devs to they add an option to disable it, i only played Magnum without aim assist when it was exclusively vertical, when they made it horizontal i was playing in mobile only and there was already an aim assist back in 2020 or 2021. Idk about horizontal Magnum without aim assist, but the vertical one was useless e-e

Absolutely Agree. Absolutely Disagree, without the aim assist this turret would be really bad, you would miss a lot of shots mainly at long ranges, you would be pretty most useless for the team, you would be getting a place in the team that another turret like a Thunder which would make more kills than you simply because you would miss a lot. Seems every thing on Magnum got nerfed but not Vacuum which was the main problem and the thing that ruined Magnum, Vacuum is still powerful looking at it's parameters. Agree as well.

Instead they could limit the amount of Magnum players per team max 2, well most of Ricos i see are using Helios or a status one, rare to see them using the bounce. If Magnum was a powerful big explosion with big damage turret but with very very slow reload then it would fit more the Support Artillery aspect(even though in irl Artillery reloads pretty fast).

Supply Container: Only Gives Supplies of All Types (120, 350, 500, 1k, 5k, 10k). Getting an certain amount of all supplies at once would be better, mostly because the drones consume a lot. Paint Container: Only contains paints inside it, from the most basic Paints to the Legendary Paints. This would be good to separate paints from Normal and Ultra Containers. Crystal Container: Only contains Crystals (3k, 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k, 100k, 1mi). This would be the best way to get Crystals. Legendary Container: A very rare type of container that can be only obtainable by reaching Legendary, Throught Events, Fund, or in the Contracts mission section. This Special container would allow the player to choose a single reward from the Ultra containers it can be Augments or Skins. Mysterious Container: A Container that give the player the oportunity to open whenever he wants, he don't know what's the reward until the developers decide what to put on it, but there's a catch, you can only have one at a time, if you open it then you'll be able to get another somehow maybe the Contracts, the rewards will be changing. For example: A Player got this container and nobody knows what's inside it, after maybe 2 or 3 months the developers put a reward on it and tell the players what it is and let they open it for one week, the player can open it and get the reward or hold it to the next time. if he doesn't open it then he cannot get another of this container, if he opens he will need to get another because you can only have 1.

Protection Slot yes is really useful, but other than it only the UC was good as i can see in the image. Nuclear Energy is meh. 15 Normal Containers = 10x1.000 Crystals, 4 Supplies, 1 Epic Paint.

@Tekken8 i suggested one which us opposite to Vacuum core, big direct hit damage but trash splash, the point of the Magnum Heavy shells is to support the team by breaking enemy aim, or throwing them off bridges/objectives because of the impact/splash force. The reload penalty and also the amplification penalty because it's a Heavy Shell.

Same with Magnum, you can hide, he can miss. Yes those augments exist but i almost never saw them, yesterday I'm sure there was a Railgun using Hyperspeed or Hyperspace rounds, he was camping behind a wall in the Mode both teams need to capture a single point, he got top kills in his team, i can show you my play style with Magnum, maybe i have that match recorded but I don't remember. You need to expose yourself with Magnum if you want to hit some shots, why not bring an Artillery to the game? Turrets would be repetitive, imagine if Ricochet, Hammer, Firebird and other turrets with a unrealistic mechanic didn't happen, the game would be boring and also developers would run out of turret ideas pretty quickly.

This already happens, some ppl get part of all the TC of the fund, 8k as i remember. Lol as i can see some buyers don't want to loose their advantage, "imagine f2p getting broken augments once in a year" so fun that things like this happen, like the other dude complaining about Magnum armor piercing, probably his p2w Crisis was getting rekt by a Magnum AP, "my money is not making me immortal, nerf this augment".

The fund must be attractive for all ranges of players to buy it, New ones and the ones that already have everything currently in the game, that's when the new augments would come in, also the UC could be transformed into keys so they could use is whenever they want, nobody will get a fund that doesn't have attractive rewards, take the Mono Paints one for example. @emrakul i agree with you that the fund is way better than a random bundle in the shop, but like, f2p players take months to get 990Tc specially if they're casual, and the fund is twice a year, the rewards are decent though, but if you compare the recent funds to past funds and also other events, those funds are pretty disappointing, I'm gathering Tankcoins to get the fund of next year, if it doesn't have any reward worth the grind I'm not buying it, I'm looking for a Magnum augment for example if it doesn't show up in the fund i might still buy it if something else attracts me, if not I'll just skip and use my Tankcoins in the first thing that will give me a Magnum Augment. I had 1k Tankcoins, saw the last rewards of the Mono paints fund, bought it thinking it was a good deal, result: didn't get the rewards i was expecting, I'm not making the same mistake again, I'll first see if people are really interested in the fund, and if it has a reward i really want like a Magnum Augment then i buy it. Yes, containers need a revamp, all them specially the normal ones, grinding a lot until you collect 15 of them to open, and 10 of them being 1k crystals 4 being supply and 1 being a paint, makes me not want to grind events again lol.

@o--o i would do the fund that way: Milestone | Reward 1 | 15 UC. 2 | Legendary Exclusive Paint of that Specific Fund. 3 | 15 UC. 4 | Melee Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 5 | 15 UC. 6 | Short Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 7 | 15 UC. 8 | Battle Pass. 9 | 15 Tankcoin Boxes. 10 | Medium Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 11 | 15 UC. 12 | Long Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 13 | New Melee Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 14 | New Short Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 15 | New Medium Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 16 | New Long Range Turret Legendary/Exotic Augment. 17 | New Hull Augment. 18 | Armadillo. 19 | Hull Skin. 20 | Turret Skin. Lets be Honest here, players buy the fund mostly to get Augments, Skins and Ultra Containers. nobody cares about Mono Paints or Normal Containers that will be mostly 1k Crystals and Supplies or a Paint.
