Although I don't mind kill-stealing (since I do it too), I find there are circumstances in which it is a no go... In a CTF battle for example! When 2 tanks head for the flag and the tank upfront gets in a one on one fight with defense, some tankers (instead of backing you up straight away) hold their shot to make sure they get the kill. Nothing wrong with that you might think, however I feel both tanks need maximum health to get the best chance in capturing the flag. By holding their shot they unnecessary waste the health of a teammate and therefore lessening the chance for success. It might be a grey area, but I consider these players MULTS. So, when I say MULT you say.......?! -

Thanks for the tip! It worked, however I won't be able to know which flag has been taken :( I take it this problem will be fixed, since you said temporary fix... Just read your post before it was deleted, glad to hear I'm not the only one with this problem :) I still find it strange that I can play in stand alone Flash, any server is fine except those 2 servers I always used to play in...

Links for the stand alone Flash player don't work anymore after update 169. Now I found out ONLY the links to the 2 servers I mostly play in don't work. I have cleared the cache of Flash, but the problem still exist. Any help would be appreciated... -

I do like the way you all are answering questions :). I did however read some disturbing information and I will try to explain using an example. I'm a happy Wasp user and because of that I purchased Prodigy. So with these micro upgrades I can possibly increase my railgun protection with about 8.7% to about 50%. If my opponent is able to increase his railgun damage with, lets say 20%, wouldn't that create a imbalance? Another thing is people using Acid/ Champion paints, won't these paints become way to overpowered after micro upgrades?

I couldn't agree more! From Tanki's perspective I fully understand the motifs, that's just crystal clear. However, to all those players joyfully looking forward to this update I would like to ask... do you really think there's a benefit?!! Let's be honest here, to be able to compete at the highest level you will NEED all these micro updates. Once completed, there will be an even balance again. You will have a stronger hull and turrent, but so does your opponent. Nothing will change, I repeat NOTHING!!! Well, that is except for the crystals you have to spent.

OK! So what's up with this...? If an allied freeze and firebird fight alongside attacking the same enemy tank, why does the freeze undo the burning effect of the firebird, and vice versa. When 'friendly fire' is on the feature un-freezing/ un-burning team mates is useless, because all you do is kill them. -
This! And because I understand the fact that Tanki is a business which needs to make money to keep running (not debating greed here or such)... Please undo the 123 update and instead ask a small monthly fee from players after major rank. Players will have some time to get used/addicted to the game and if they are hooked they will pay! Why this?! Because I'd rather pay to play than to pay for achievements, which in my eye's are an essential part of playing any game. Fight for your rank, tank and experience, this is what many tankers go by. Tanki made it nearly impossible now for me (as for many others) to reach my goals without paying due to the latest updates, which is a full garage and high ranking. I do want to pay, just not for my ingame targets!!!!!

I own both M3 smoky and twins. Twins are epic but smoky is way better, and like the OP I feel luck shouldn't be a factor in this game.

Best paint for Wasp would be a paint with maximum Railgun protection, Thunder protection comes in handy as well. When playing with Wasp Smoky (or any other gun) I always use Prodigy. You will have a lot of fun with this combo and it won't hinder you later on, but that mostly depends on the maps you like to play.

I think it depends a lot on the hull you are using! Before the rebalance I was a Hornet only user and never used any other paint then Prodigi. Hornet/Thunder/Prodigi was my favorite combination :) However, after the rebalance I have been looking out for Wasp/Smoky since I am in need for speed. After some calculations I found out that Wasp (unlike hornet before balance) will most likely never survive 2 shots from railgun, making it a less effective paint. Perhaps Picasso is a better choice for Wasp, I just don't know. Any thoughts on this matter? Perhaps someone has some experience already using Wasp with Prodigy? I know I'm getting more off topic... oh well... anybody using Wasp/Thunder? Please don't give me reasoning like, you need a strong hull to camp. Loads of people before the update weren't fond of Hornet/Thunder either, but it worked very well for me. I just want an answer about the stability of this combination compared to Hornet/Thunder before the balance. Thanks!

Well, please be so kind then to at least reveal all details from this re-balance. As it has been asked many times before without a proper anser, we need more details like... Did they adjust the time in which some weapons unload a full charge (i.e. Freeze, Isida, Firebird, Rico)? So i have read Rico shoots less plasma balls after the re-balance, but is it less balls in the exact same time or what? And did the charge time of other weapons change? And did Tanki change the statistics when it comes to reload after a full charge? For example, does Freeze have the exact same reload time as before the rebalance? And how about the other weapons? And last but not least... I have been running around with Wasp / Smoky a bit and I have the idea Tanki nerfed the knockback of smoky a bit, is that correct? Same goes for Twins and Rico, did they change or stay the same? We really need this information to make a good decision!!!

Ok, just picked a battle with my Smoky/Wasp..... and everywhere I looked it was Thunder, Thunder, Thunder, Thunder, Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...Mammoth, Mammoth, Mammoth... I call that a re-balance FAIL! -
