Every time I want to buy something I need to swipe down again to buy it, and after buying it will go back to the top causing me to swipe down again, which is annoying.

Oh also, there's this bug: if you accidentally scroll up while going through the Showcase, it immediately scrolls to the top, and you gotta scroll all the way down through the special offers to get back to the Showcase. 

@NBIHFADH, are you referring to this bug, perhaps?

Pretty sure this bug is intentional. Just like showcase temp offers being placed AFTER the celebration/event bundles. They keep pushing the shiny bundles into your face so you buy them instead of your usual 5 speed boost for 20 crystals

Very simple and needed QoL update.

If the enemy is using Blaster hull augment there is a Blaster icon above their nickname.

This is way better than just scouting the Leaderboard for Blaster users on the enemy team and trying to remember their nicknames.

Also very simple to impliment just took Blaster's icon asset and slapped it above a player's nickname after dyeing it red. No need for creating new icons.

Agreed. I played with Isida for a few days and it was extremely annoying to get blown up randomly when I'm getting a kill.

But that's too complicated for newer players -Expected moderators reply

I have been asking for four years about reimplementing the V/R keys (which show a detailed information about your enemy tank and everything) but the reply always from moderators come : it's unneeded and will complicate the interface for noobs. (though it was needed when tanki was more simple in 2017)

We do not accept Ideas regarding reversion of updates, please read the I&S rule carefully.

Though the reason given by these "moderators" is perfectly on spot. Devs implemented multiple changes starting from 2020 that focused on making things easier for the new players, with reducing multiple interface features, disabling offers and kits, etc. and etc.  V/R is just one of em.

This current Idea is however a simple icon implementation that will not only help the advanced but also the "noobs" as you like to nomenclate, all in all making things a little bit easier.

How about one for lifeguard too till it's been used? The single 1 time lifesaved icon isn't good enough to let people know to push them or not clearly, especially when they are usually camping.

Please revise the idea with taking in account someone being effected by AP+Jam, would it combine with the set effects etc or be higher?

Imo I have no issue with this, using tab isn't specifically difficult, especially when respawning times are sufficient for such checks or even seeing the killfeed or type of explosion on a tank.

i was thinking of adding that too but it would probably be rejected because of the goofy suggestion rules here because it would count as 2 ideas or whatever. But i think if they're going to add that then the lifeguard one is a no brainer.

could be higher or pushed by the effects if 3 rows of effects (supplies/status effect/augment) is too much. The player info rendering in battle should be reworked. Now there are many times where im just guessing where to shoot because of the sea of teammate nicknames in the corner.

The same way you said pressing V/R is complicated for noobs (although they don't have to press but you're complied with developers' updates) you could say a new icon above the tank aligned with supplies & overdrive & drones would be extremely complicated for beginners. Like if not the weird updates are the complicated things, you did the update for money YOU have to tire yourself a little to complicate your UI.

Actually, this is a very valid point.

It's the reason why the info above players is limited to nickname, supplies and 1 protection indicator. There's more useful stuff that could be added there, but it's important to not clutter up the interface.

I am extremely upset with how the controls have drastically changed on the new updated tanki app. It's completely different to how it use to be ane also I only use smoky and it's now 10x harder to damage your opponent. If they move slightly you miss this is wrong

It only shows at the end of the game. On your own team it highlights them but on enemy team when you press tab it dosnt.

 

i dont want to play matches when i join against my friends and i want to check quickly by pressing tab.

I don't want modules that are only 10% or 20% to interfere with my judgment because they are not threatening.

If possible, I hope you can let everyone fill in this value.

I'm referring to the bottom row with the number of modules.

The best approach is to add up all protection values instead of showing the number of modules.

If there are 50%, 40%, and 20% modules, then you should display 50+40+20=110% instead of showing that there are three modules.

+ info screen in lobby with total damage dealt per week, average k/d, highest battle fund, purely for competitive reasons and sharing in discord etc.

I have an idea that I believe could enhance the team-based gameplay experience even further: adding a voice chat feature for teammates.

Why Voice Chat?

  • Improved Team Coordination: Voice communication would allow players to strategize and react more efficiently during battles, especially in modes like Capture the Flag or Team Deathmatch.
  • Faster Communication: It's much quicker and more intuitive than typing in the middle of intense gameplay.
  • Enhanced Social Interaction: Players could build stronger connections and teamwork, fostering a deeper sense of community within the game.

Suggested Features

  • Push-to-Talk Option: To minimize background noise, enabling players to talk only when pressing a designated key.
  • Mute/Block Options: To ensure safety and moderation, players should have the ability to mute individual teammates or disable voice chat entirely.
  • Voice Chat for Squads: Start by integrating voice chat for pre-formed squads as a pilot feature before expanding to larger teams.

I believe this feature could significantly enrich the gameplay experience and make Tanki Online even more engaging for both casual and competitive players.
