How can I finish the challenge and the trick or treat minigame if I cannot login?

I is happening for several days now. Sometimes you succeed, and sometimes you just don't finish missions since you cannot login.

Please help!!!!

I'm trying to complete missions on a lower account and the battles just keep kicking me out before the end and it takes longer to log back in then to complete the battle. And this last battle I had a good lead and about to finish at least two weekly missions in one shot and I get kicked back into the main screen. This is so bad. This connection issue is  so bad that it makes unbalanced MM look like a feature.

Be nice to know why the game keeps crashing.

Is it lack of servers.

Could it be the mini-game causing the problem.

To many players disrupting the server.

Yip would be nice to know what is actually causing these problems.....Over to you hazel.

I'm not bothered about "token of apologies" but i would like a hefty sum of supplies (including batteries) that have been wasted during yet another TO meltdown.

Also I've been unable to complete 3 days of missions being unable to log in, which have cost me 36 lollis for the mini game!  Looks like that's going to be 4 days if I can't play soon......

thanks tanki. Its not loading AGAIN and now it seem this will be another day with no daily mission rewards or lolipops for the minigame. You NEED to compensate everyone with supplies-with batteries and lollipops.

Due to server issues, I got kicked out of a battle after 12 minutes or so. No rewards. I hope that the TO admin understands that working people don't have all day for playing. I'm a long-time player and I love playing the TO, but these persistent server issues bug me and push me to not play it anymore.

Same, can't enter in game. Still can't reach main island number 3. Missed one day of lollipops because of stupid game. Today, same thing ? Almost 3 days of no lollipops, but no compensate ? What is this crap.

Tanki is giving a specific time to losing of server connection its been 5 days since the tanki online is giving issues, Admin Marcus said it would be resolve but no reply since then .. hard to identify wether its a game or bug , requesting for fixing the game.

@x_Sorinel_x 100%. What tanki are doing is an absolute joke at this point. I feel as if they dont want us to clear island 3 at all! It's impossible at this point anways now since I've missed so much and the game won't load.

  Head of communication Marcus said it was a Ddos attack on servers although they are trying to resolve the issue for many days problem is big but hey... once we are done with this we can get compensation lol including premium , lollipops etc as it was said , we can wait longer for it ..  still miss the game , im waiting bcz of compensation lol...

Hackers do a great job because we don't have to sit in front of the computer all day. what kind of DDoS attack it is? i was playing in a match I entered it after long wait and restarting the game many times. In the middle of the match something snapped all the tanks gone fuzzy and turrets start rotating continuously, after few seconds i was kicked out of the match, when i click on garrage for some equipment change i was kicked out of the tanki online by showing connection lost, Load configuration error. I am literally very angry right now, haaaaa so much frustration

I’ve had almost no problems with the game’s connection over the past months, aside from slightly higher ping.

it probably happens to random games from time to time same with websites. im pretty sure amazon.com was DDoS attacked couple years back or maybe it was some another well known website can't remember. Though it happened only once but then its amazon we're talkin about so they probably got the best DDoS protection in the world after that lol

Marcus already mentioned about DDos attack its not that simple we have to wait the more longer wait the more longer compensation . Actually in my country the server makes problem around night time , Tanki may work for few ours but still again there is hope.. ps: my game is working rn lol.

what I don't understand is, why don't they invest in greater DDoS/bot protection at this point? I know some sites use cloudflare to weed out bot traffic.

I think it would be wise to implement an advanced firewall even for the sake of revenue, since if players cannot log in, they cannot spend money on the game.
