Patch Update #761 - Released 19th April 2024

 

  • Remastered the tank explosion effect

  • Horizontal auto-aim performance optimised for ricocheting shells

    • (Note) Once a shell ricochets, horizontal auto-aim won’t work anymore, only the vertical one. This change will save CPU time on weak devices and is unlikely to be noticeable in battle

  • Firebird

    • «Pulsar» augment

      • Critical damage chance decrease changed from -20% to -25%

  • Freeze

    • Critical damage chance 4% → 3%

    • «Adrenaline» augment

      • Maximum damage increase changed from +29% to +26%

    • «Pulsar» augment

      • Critical damage chance decrease changed from -20% to -25%

  • Isida

    • «Phoenix» augment

      • Range increase changed from +100% to +50%

      • Vampirism effect power changed from 20% to 15%

      • Number of energy recharged when destroying an opponent changed from +500 to +300

  • Tesla

    • «Dilatory protocol» augment

      • Lightning ball reload duration increase changed from +200% to +150%

  • Twins

    • «Plasmatron» augment

      • Damage boost when Viking’s overdrive is activated halved to compensate for very high damage bonus

    • «Pulsar» augment

      • Critical damage chance decrease changed from -16% to -20%

  • Ricochet

    • «Pulsar» augment

      • Critical damage chance decrease changed from -16% to-20%

  • Striker

    • «Pulsar» augment

      • Critical damage chance decrease changed from -12% to -9%

  • Thunder

    • «Sledgehammer» rounds» augment

      • Regular damage increase changed from +45% to +35%; 

      • Range of minimum and maximum damage decrease changed from -80% to -60%

    • «Anvil» shells» augment

      • Regular damage increase changed from +45% to +35%; 

      • Range of minimum and maximum damage decrease changed from -80% to -60% 

      • Removed the critical damage chance increase; 

      • Removed the projectile speed decrease

  • Magnum

    • Reload duration decreased from 4.9 - 2.6 to 4.6 - 2.5 seconds

    • Charge duration decreased from 2.9 - 2.6 to 2.9 - 2.5 seconds

    • «Automated gunpowder loading mechanism» augment

      • Amplification time decrease changed from -20% to -15%

    • «Mortar» augment

      • Removed the radius of minimum, average, and maximum splash damage decrease

    • «Vacuum core» augment

      • Added an Amplification time increase by +20%

Over all good patch,

 

I just dont get it why striker pulsar is the only one that just recieved buff despite the fact that it has extremely toxic status effect duration

 

I know tesla is in minigame but its funny to see how other pulsars are being nerfed and freeze even normal crit chance  and then tesla which is clearly worst pulsar goes without noticing? Huh? 

 

Anvil/Sledge  finally thanks devs we have been waiting for this.

i shouldn`t have posted my 110+ kill pics with Freeze Adrenaline ,i`ve been smelling the nerf was coming,more nerf for f2p

Pulsar critical damage chance decrease is good to see.

I would more rather having the reload times for turret using pulsar to be longer though, as compared to other augments that only inflict one status effect. So this would like remove the annoying effects of tesla consistently. Oh wait, tesla pulsar not included? Hmmmm....

Currently if you have pulsar obviously you are going to use it making the other single ones (Armour, stun, supplies) pretty pointless.

Seems like Magnum is getting a buff after the major nerf, which is good to see. 

Overall good update, but more to be desire.

Hazel definitely didn't expect someone to get Isida Phoenix that fast, now we need that Hydra Augment to it's last leg.

I call phoenix a "Clown Badge" for a reason. you're flexing that you have no life and Hazel decided to make people with life laugh even more at the Clown Badge users by nerfing their Clown Badge even more!

Reason people still grind these is to give f2w player a chance in todays meta also that Pheonix augments are supposed to remain superior to all other P2W augs and F2P augs

HOW TO SCAM:
first) give them hardest mission that take lifetime for completing
second) if completed, let them play with it a bit
third) times to nerf, so he/she can now farm for other Phoenix 
fourth) repeat

that's ez money right?

@Gabku It means it will take longer to charge up a shot, which means it's a nerf to an augment that's already pretty trash in its current state. Mortar will be very good now, though.

It means your firing rate is increasing, but you can choose your shoot position more accurate.

I think otherwise, I am extremely good with Mag Vac aug in offensive game style using hornet.

I'm somewhat confused by that comment in the patch notes. They're removing horizontal auto-aim from ricocheting shots, but it won't noticeably affect gameplay? When does it affect gameplay then? Because I don't notice any horizontal auto-aim while playing on PC.

what is even funnier is that he is probably grinding for other phoenix augments atm  

typical IQ of buyers.. getting played by the developers again and again, but they'll still spend money on the game, cause why not
