Freeze is currently busted and it renders Firebird obsolete. Even more so since it has excellent Augments: Shock Freeze, Corrosive Mix and AP. The Crits are just too high. (I have AP freeze and with Hornet's OD the damage is absurd)

Some Updates ago, The Devs about Critical Damage: We Introduced Critical damage so that we can apply powerful status effects only on critical hits, as a balance mechanic. Also, The Devs now: Exothermic Lightning makes your Tesla's Electric Ball set your opponents on fire on contact and the ball also ricochets for 10 times. Bunch of clowns.

I believe a similar distinction exists already. All the 9999GS RU-Clan Players with CAPS names are placed in the enemy team, and the 2000GS hornet thunder bots get in my team.

Firebird on Tanker's Day discount. I had it sitting in my garage at MK5 for years, so i thought, why not? But damn that thing is useless. Only 2 "good" augments: Compact fuel tanks and incendiary mix. Compact fuel tanks gets hard countered by heat resistance and immunity... and you have so little fuel that the enemy can use a repair kit and kill you no problem. "use hit and run" you say? Impossible, maybe years ago, but not now. You get vaporized by everything, even an enemy fart can deal a critical hit and one-shot you. Incendiary mix is ok. but just ok. AP Freeze does the same job 100% better, and don't get me started on Isida + Adrenaline or worse, Vampire Nanobots. You end up being a discount Isida or Freeze with no special effect, nothing. Thankfully I also bought Striker, and I am having a blast with it.

Well, I can tell you that once we had a bunch of servers, (I do not remember how many, but at least 10+) RU1 was dedicated to XP/BP and custom battles, while the rest were always full, with a whole list of battles to play in. Sometimes I had to wait several minutes with an autoclicker just to join in a battle I wanted to play in. So yeah, once we had a LOT more players. And for good reasons.

A quick question. Drones now give DA and DD boost, up to 100%, but what happens if you have the drone equipped and no batteries? Do you only get the default 50% effect? I guess so, or Brutus would have no sense, but I'll ask just to be sure.

I think you did not read any of my posts in this forum in the last few years. I have been criticizing all the awful updates since the rebalance of 2012. I am not missing anything, I am perfectly aware that this game is nothing more than a hot mess at this point.

That's exactly what I said, that being killed in 1-2 seconds it's absurd.

I am an old player as well (2011) and I always said the same thing. 50% is just too much, and causes a lot of problems in the balance department of the game. Turrets become useless against 50%, and the devs are forced to make drastic decisions to improve them. Prot should go no higher than 30%, an overall damage should be decreased. You can't be killed in 1-2 seconds with a tank, it's absurd.

We will indeed forever stand proud as Thunder mains.

You have to be an absolute madman to play Thunder at High Ranks, I am shocked by the nerf. This must be the strangest nerf I have ever seen in 10 years of Tanki Online. Railgun was extremely annoying, so a bit of breathing room is nice. (and I play Railgun) I am waiting for a nerf to Tesla's damage, you get two-three clipped and you are dead. But I guess we have to wait for the kids players to buy enough UT to get Tesla XT first.

I have no complaints this time. Firebird looks good.

I agree with all the nerfs, but Thunder... it's absurd. Do you even play or test your own game? Now Twins - Ricochet - Hammer - Tesla will dominate... alright..

I believe I miss those skins/tanks the most: As much as I'd like to see them again, I know I won't be able to get them because in this game it's impossible to buy anything. Either you have to spend 60$ for a simple LOW TEXTURE skin, or you have to gamble like a maniac on containers. In TX, the prices were WAY more reasonable. Also, I'd like to point out that every TX skin was fantastic (other then the Crystal/Zeus line, those were made as a desperate attempt to make some cash before closing down) There were zero clipping issues. Here in TO, for example, Viking Ultra and Railgun Ultra do not match in the back, and a ton of other HD skins clip horribly. (like Viking HD, it's awful)

I did not have much space to write in that topic. What I wanted to say is that currently any weapon is better then Thunder. Smoky does a better job as a mid range weapon with its choice of augments, from autocannon to armor piercing and EMP. Any time I start a battle with Thunder I have to change to something else, I never feel so helpless and useless with any other turret, since each has its own role. I'll write a quick summary: As you can see, my only problem is Thunder, it does not shine in any aspect and it's severely outclassed. If you are interested, I can elaborate on how I would change it.

lmao. I use Shaft on my Alt and it's so overpowered it's disgusting. The ability to shoot tiny pixels and gun barrels is already broken enough.

Oh really? Guess what happened with Legacy Skins. They stole them from us and made us pay for them. The old M0-M3 skins will be available either for Tankoins or in Containers. Expecting to get those Skins for free is delusional.
