    Game economy

    Provided that you were the only one taking, carrying and capturing the flag, capturing it gives you the same amount of points as if you were to destroy each enemy player once. So with 10 enemies present you would get 100 EXP for a capture. If your teammate(s) carried the flag and you captured it, then you get 50% of the score.
  2. I try to never use anything other than cable. With cable from the UK I'm getting around 12 ping on average.
  3. Actually devs said many times that the main reason player numbers are declining is because there aren't enough new players to replace them. Tanki became old and irrelevant, so if the game was left as it was back in, say, 2014, then any new player coming across it would be very unlikely to continue playing because it's just not the kind of thing today's gamer generation wants to play. Nowadays people want quick, action-packed games, which is why devs are adding all the "gimmicks" and removing choice, etc. It's all aimed at new players, who should hopefully start pouring in once things like MM and the mobile version are released. Players always leave the game - there's nothing that can be done about it and it's not because of "bad updates".

    Ideas for Maps!

    Actually, I feel like Red team always won more often on Silence compared to Blue, no matter what developers did to try and balance the map. I don't know why, but Reds' base seems a lot easier to defend, while Blue is easy to attack. To steal a flag from Blue you just need to break through the defence (hardest part), grab the flag and jump down, where your teammates are likely to meet you and help. But when attacking Red, you have to sneak into the base, grab flag, escape into tunnels or other ramps and even then you might still lose the flag because Reds can easily follow you, while your team doesn't seem to be there to help until you are basically at your flag.
  5. Under review I suppose it's good for encouraging players to be online for longer, but I don't think it's worth making this since it's basically the same thing as daily missions, just smaller and more frequent. People won't be particularly interested in them.

  9. I disagree. The amount of times I attack a base in CTF only to be met with 50 mines at every entrance (placed by 3-4 defenders) is way too high. I think at the moment mines are pretty balanced.

I find it quite strange that people so quickly forgot how only a year ago not only did we still risk losing the whole 4-week chain by being away for a few days, but the rewards were also 2x less than now and didn't have ANY containers I honestly think this is the best possible reasonable scenario we could ever have with mission chains.

    Nope :D It was spelt wrong, it idolised a criminal organisation and it had ugly numbers on the end. Besides, I still kept the first part of it in my name.
  13. Wait, so... the mission chain never resets? NEVER? Even if you leave for a year and come back you will still be on the final week with highest reward? That seems way too OP, not gonna lie. Not that I'm complaining either, but the most I expected is perhaps going back 1 day every time you miss a mission, rather than losing the whole week. I wonder if after this update some people would still prefer to have the "daily reward" that we had some years ago. :lol:

  18. I suspect that the change might affect the way mission chains are reset. No idea whether or not it will be in our favour. Maybe they will make it so that you only lose a few days of the chain instead of the whole week, or maybe they will make it impossible to collect mission rewards to keep up chains without playing. Or maybe both or something completely different... who knows... The battle changes are intriguing also.
  19. Topic merged Only useful for Generalissimos and above, because they benefit from getting 40k at each new rank. For low ranks it's a massive disadvantage since they get a ton of free EXP without getting crystals to upgrade their equipment.

    Bydo, you're over-analysing things as usual :D This was just a joke from a Russian stream. Hazel was discussing how this turret was designed specifically for that hull and vise versa, and then he changed equipment in order to show how ridiculous each of them would look when used with a "normal" piece of equipment. So no, there will never be a hull and turret like that sold separately. It will only ever be available as a combo in the new "Juggernaut" game mode.
