I wonder what will happen when MM is released. If there will be only one button to join assault mode, then how do I choose which side to play on (attackers or defenders)? Also, to make it fair there should be a team switch in the middle of the round so that both teams will take turns attacking and defending in every round.

But what if defenders ARE Magnums, constantly firing at their only point and not letting anyone cap? Either way I'm gonna be playing magnum regardless which team I'm on :D

Actually, the current record is similar to that, and it's not too hard to do without PL. You just have to get a heavy hull and lots of supplies. Seems like this guy in particular has always been sitting at his base healing campers and leaving the battle whenever he's about to get killed.

Completely agree. It's not normal for a new turret to comprise 20-30% of all turrets in battles, especially if you compare it to Striker, which is so rare to find in an actual battle. And I'm sure that most players buy it because it's overpowered, not because they like the gameplay mechanics.

Best example of that is the woman with longest nails, who held the record for some years, but then broke the nails in a traffic accident. Another woman took her place, despite her nails being shorter.

Yeah, Nikk's record is made up of reward paints only. And the reason it's on the archive is nit just because he no longer has them all, but also because it's not even possible to get that many paints anymore, since helpers can only have a maximum of two jobs.

Technically, all M4 items should have equal power, so if you are thinking long term, then it's a bad idea to buy a turret or hull just because it's the most OP at the time. Buy what you like most.

Ideas for changing balance are meant to be posted here and discussed here. If your topic would have been better structure and had better grammar, then maybe I would have allowed it to be separate. Anyway, my personal opinion about this is that the current railgun is fine. It's more dynamic, since it shoots faster and deals less damage, so overall it's just as powerful as the old railgun. And if you don't like it, then there's always an alteration for it.

Topic merged I don't judge ideas based on my mood. I have years of experience in this game and I know what developers plan to do with it and what kind of thing they will and will not do. So my judgement of an idea is usually pretty accurate. Even then, I often consult other helper and sometimes developers themselves to evaluate an idea. Player voting simply won't work, since players will always vote for what benefits them. And even if an idea like "do 90% sale on everything" gets thousands of player votes, it doesn't mean that tanki can implement it. Even if an actual good and sensible idea gets lots of votes (such as the "kick2" idea, then it still can't be implemented right away, since developers are already full of their own plans that they need to work on, and updates take time to make.
