Do you know the meaning of sarcasm?

Under review From what I can tell, developers only want to put links in the UI, which are actually useful for gameplay. The Wiki is just an additional resource, so there is no place for it anywhere in the game. However, I must point out that there are already links to the wiki on specific items in the Garage, so perhaps they might do this as well.

If I notice an enemy Shaft trying to do that, I do my best to only lift the barrel up for a fraction of a second just to make a shot. One time a Shaft just kept aiming at me, so I lifted my barrel, shot (he didn't react in time to hit me) and my shot landed right on top of him and killed him :D It's moments like these that make me love Magnum so much.

Cedric is actually more "staff" than any of us, since he is an actual employee for TO, while we are just helpers.

A year is far too long in game time. If stats like that were to be added, they would be monthly or per 3 months. Perhaps devs could even make it so that you can choose how to display your stats - daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or all-time. That would be a nice feature.

Devs said that every map needs to be 10v10 in order to be included in the list of maps created by the matchmaking system, so if Noise doesn't fall under that category, it will stay only in PRO battles and therefore does not need any changes.

typewriter('#cc', "Checking data........ OK! Checking permissions................. OK! Connecting to host......... OK! Wake up, tankmen. The Matrix has you... Follow the white Hornet... And see you in the battle! ← go back ", 0);

My guess is that Noise isn't as popular as Silence and/or fixing balance on Noise would be more difficult. Let's face it - Noise was always quite unbalanced and making it balanced as well as expanding it to fit 20 players would take a lot of effort.

Perhaps it seemed like 50/50 on high ranks and on the first few servers, but the vast majority of players didn't bother to play around with battle settings or even create battles at all. This simple system was made for them.

I simply gave an example. I don't know what exactly they plan on doing.

valid Turret decorations as reward for earning EXP with that turret
Maf replied to Bossul601 in Ideas and Suggestions
Under review I like the concept, although I think it would be better to simply add a "mark" on the barrel when the player reaches a certain amount of EXP earned with that turret. E.g. 10k = 1 mark, 100k = 2 marks, 500k = 3 marks. Just like the three turret-based achievements. Also, having 13 new ratings tables seems a bit excessive. Perhaps have just one ratings table for "Experience earned with a single turret"? -
It being possible to do doesn't mean that someone's done it. It required way too much time and dedication for any normal player to do it. But I'm fairly confident that such players do exist. In the same way I can ask you to find me a player with a full M4 garage, all modules (full MU) and all paints, otherwise I do not believe when you say that this game is full of buyers.

Either "world" or "peace". In the context of Tanki is means "peace", with the EN equivalent being "no kill".

So? Having a record in TWR doesn't instantly turn you into some kind of legendary hero that gets worshipped by everyone else. He simply spammed his way to the top by posting in forum games. And having 95% of your posts be in forum games does not make you a good "forumer".
-
So if everyone else has a lot of supplies and protection modules, then why don't YOU have one. If you didn't manage to save up enough crystals for either of those things, then it's your fault. Just because someone didn't figure out how the game works and ended up being weaker than others, it doesn't mean that everyone else should be nerved to make up for that player's mistakes. My point is, it IS possible to have a good protection module, high modification, high MUs and a lot of supplies as a free player, so your suggestion for Hazel (or other devs) to go and play with M3 and no supplies vs M4 with supplies does not make sense. It's like telling them to see what it's like to use M0 and not rotate their turret, just because some noob out there somewhere plays like that (because he spent all his crystals on gifts, or something).

Topic merged The 50% protection is only from three turrets. If you see someone with 50% protection from your turret - simply try to avoid them and target weaker enemies. That's exactly how modules are supposed to work.

I checked this with developers and their opinion on this is that the strategy is fine to use in battles, as it gives a fair advantage as well as a pretty big disadvantage, since the player can't see their own tank while in this view mode and is therefore almost completely defenceless when attacked up close. I know - I've been there:D
-
Yes, he did exactly that. The lead game developer doesn't have any access to detailed statistics of the turrets' usage, so the only way he can determine how powerful something is is by using an M4 version of it in battles against M3 and M2. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to add....
