Hold space for the right bar to fill up to 100% and then release. Keep in mind that you will need to have your turret pointed at a very low or very high angle, because in most cases 100% power will send your shot out of the map.

Topic merged This is a specific feature of the turret. Adding horizontal rotation would make it too powerful and the controls would become even more complicated. You have to get used to the way it works now.

Topic merged I don't really see how this is significantly different from the current clans system, other than the fact that your clan members give you a negligible amount of crystals... for some reason. And FYI, with the current clans you could just invite your friends and ignore requests from other players, so you end up with a "friends only" clan.

Sounds interesting, but really hard to implement. Well, maybe not exactly a "bullet tracker" that makes your camera fly right behind the bullet, but perhaps have the camera slowly pan towards the location where the shot lands? I don't think it's necessary though. That I agree with. Also the fact that it's very hard to get the exact power you need since the numbers change so fast when you charge up the shot, as I mentioned in my first post here.

Too easy. One can simply follow all the popular topics on an unused alternate account and get 100k notifications after a month.

Dude, that's not something you should joke about. Sharks are terrifying, extremely dangerous creatures. They kill like... 5 people a year!!!

At this point I'm just gonna assume you're American, since that's pretty much the only place where any mention of guns on school grounds is enough to get you expelled/arrested. Sorry, but you're really the minority here. No other players have an issue with this name.

You cared enough to make a post about it

That makes absolutely no sense. If we go by that logic, then any games involving guns should be prohibited. Not to mention that we currently live in the most peaceful time the human race ever had. The only reason it seems that there are more attacks is because the media gives it a lot more coverage. Either way, please don't bring political discussion into this - it never ends well, so we don't allow it on the forum. Magnum was named after the Latin word "magnus", meaning "large" and "great".

What do you mean "will not spend"? Thousands of players already bought XTs and spent lot of money on them. As for cheaper skins like the ones in Tanki X - I doubt that anything similar will be introduced here. We do have paints, some of which are pretty cheap, but XTs are supposed to be exclusive items that make your tank look awesome and unique. SO they have to be expensive otherwise they would lose their value. Anyway, I suggest we stop talking about this now. This topic is about the Magnum turret, while for comments about XTs we have the topic Let's Discuss XT equipment.

Please make sure you know what you're talking about before you make a request. The achievements are already there and they have been added as soon as Magnum was released (yesterday):

Not in the near future. No plans for more turrets have been announced.
-
That was never said. And you didn't mention it in your post. Cedric Debono meant that wiki editors are working on the Wiki article for Magnum, while alterations are likely to be added in the future. "Acid turret" is not planned, but keep in mind that we already have a "Corrosive mix" alteration for Freeze, as well as the Firebird turret that continues to deal damage to a tank after it finished attacking, which would be the same as an acid attack. There simply is no need for an "acid turret", because its mechanics would be too similar to Freeze or Firebird.

Actually, that's an idea! Anyone know universities where I can graduate with "Science of Ballistic Tank Weaponry in MMO Games"? 1. This is just lag and happens to all turrets. If you want to help developers fix it, you should provide more details on how it happens, like a video of a few of your shots not dealing damage. 2. If the projectile was something like a bowling ball being pushed out with a spring, then what you say would apply. But an artillery projectile comes out so fast that the horizontal momentum would instantly be cancelled out by air resistance and other forces. Also, don't forget that a tank that's moving forward tilts back slightly, so even if you are moving at a constant speed, the 90 degree angle will still be a bit over 90 degrees and the shot will land behind you. Either way, I don't think this is a significant issue, and fixing it would require a lot of unnecessary effort.

Try loading a different server. I couldn't get onto RU2 and RU3 all day, but I just went to RU1 and switched servers from there.

Topic merged Magnum has by far the hardest handling in the game. I don't know how long you played with it, but you don't become an expert with Magnum in a day. It takes a lot of practice and if you can't endure it - the gun is not for you.
-
Yeah, pretty sure I mentioned that. Ah, that makes sense. After all, I do have 80 and 10, although 78 and 15 don't quite add up (literally).

Added this review and guide to my post on the first page

Sometimes? More like "all the times" :D You need to get used to it. Practice on one or two maps and learn the angle and power required to hit each key location from the best camping position.
-
Please discuss the turret in the official topic: Magnum Turret Released + Giveaway! Closed.

Topic merged. Highly unlikely. Hazel said that there won't be anything like that, otherwise aiming will suddenly become way too simple.
-
Actually, even noise. Magnum is the first turret that can effectively take out red enemies on top, while sitting on the blue base.
-
True, but all that does pay off when you finally manage to land a direct hit on the shaft with a crazy D/L that was hiding in a perfect camping spot and couldn't be killed with any other turret. Besides, if you use the same spot in the same map, you'll get pretty good at hitting targets after a while.
