I see no way of doing that well without either professional animation expertise and tools and/or a LOT of spare time.

Honestly, in Tanki that would be really boring. The mannequin challenge became a trend because it's challenging and people try their best to put themselves in the most interesting positions while being able to stay still long enough for the camera to go around. In Tanki, not only does it take zero effort to stay still, but you also can't even get into any interesting position without moving. So all you'll end up getting is a bunch of motionless tanks standing around in a map.

They literally said it multiple times in forum posts and maybe even in video. You can accuse them of lying all you want, but I'm just conveying their message to the players.

Well, not quite. I posted it here, assuming that it will never happen. And it did.

Actually, that's a good point. I missed it. But still, I think that the feature is logical. Just like you used to get more EXP for killing higher ranks and less for lower ranks back in 2011-2012 (I have no idea why they removed that), getting less EXP for killing less active players also makes sense. Because if someone is just driving around the map and barely shooting anyone, they make and easy kill. And it makes sense to reward less EXP for killing someone, who's not giving you any challenge.
