Just came up with an improved version of this: add an option to buy one "drop gold" button for real money. Something like... pay $1000 and get the ability to drop one gold box in any battle. I'm sure people would go for it like crazy!

I never really move individual posts from one topic to another. And I'm pretty sure moving a single post, let's say, from the 100th page to the 200th page in the same topic is pretty much impossible since posts are automatically sorted in chronological order. Whenever I merge topics it simply means that the person posted a new topic, and the content of that new topic is very similar to an already existing one, so I merge the topics to make sure the discussion is kept in the same place. In the case of this one, the new topic was aimed at Indian players, so there is no point having it separate when it can be moved here to be viewed specifically by viewers, who the topic was aimed at (Indians and other Hindi language speakers).

Notice how I always quote an empty post when I write that? I do that for two reasons: It sends a notification to the poster of the topic I merged, so when they go on the forum again, they see a notification saying "MAFlOS0 quoted a post you made", they click the link and they find the new location of their topic and my post, saying that I merged it. It notifies viewers of the larger topic that another topic got merged into it. In case you didn't notice, I always quote the original post that I merged, so if you click on the curved grey arrow on the right side of the quote box, you will be sent right back to the original post that got merged. I remove the content from the quote and leave it empty so that it doesn't flood the page. Quoting a massive post with a lot of pictures and text is actually against the forum rules (overquoting) and you can get a warning if you do it too much.

There are only a few gameplay moderators in the game, so even if most players vote against a violator there is still no guarantee that a mod will come. You can always record a video of the violator and report it in the violators section. Closed.

Hacking is not allowed in any way, regardless of how seemingly "harmless" it is. If hacking were allowed in parkour battles, then hackers could use those battles to safely test out new hacks without risking a ban to later use them in normal battles. Any form of hacking has bad influence on other players, who may want to also try installing hacks after they see a hacker in a battle. This can also lead to more people falling for fraudulent sites. Any kind of third party software being used in the game puts unexpected strain on servers and may cause them to lag and crash. We all blame Tanki developers for making their game laggy with "bad updates", but most of the time the lag is caused by people trying to sabotage the game with hacks. I don't really see anything else to discuss here.

As said above, often players create new topics with discussion/content that would fit better in an existing large topic. In that case we merge the topics and combine them together, turning the new topic into just another post in the bigger topic. For example above, the player posted a topic for discussion of a particular kit. That's a very specific thing to discuss so if we were to leave it separate, it would get a couple replies and then be forgotten forever, simply littering the section, but once I merge it here it stays visible for anyone to reply to. The reason I quote the original post and write "topic merged" is so that: The original poster gets a notification so they can find where their topic went. The users visiting the section won't be confused by the post, because sometimes the opening post of a topic doesn't fit in well on its own or without the topic title.

Yeah it was something like 50k for M0, 100k for M1, 150k for M2 and 200k for M3. I'm not sure whether this was for Hornet or Railgun, but I remember the turret being more expensive.

When XT were first introduced during 2014-2015 winter holidays, it was only Hornet and Railgun XT and they were available to rent for a couple weeks. Developers added all modifications of Hornet and Railgun XT, but when XT items were added back into the game in summer, it was only the M3 XT that was added. M0-M2 XT modifications are not in the game for now, but developers said that Hornet and Railgun XT M2 might be added to the game in the future. Topic merged.

Valid [cht] The idea as a whole is definitely necessary, as this is a very common problem where you write a long message and then either ignore the battle or abandon the text you were typing. But I think the solution you suggested can be made a lot simpler. Instead of the whole thing with typing a command to save the text, a much better option would be to just make it so that when you press escape while typing in battle chat, the chat closed and when you open it again - the text you were typing would still be there, ready to finish it. Pretty simple and doesn't require you to type anything else when every wasted second could be the difference between a win and loss ?

This will never be added to normal battles because of the obvious ways in which it can be abused. So, since the suggestion can only be added for Parkour format battles: Topic merged.

The top of that list would be dominated by "test accounts" and record-breaking alts, where a player simply tried to get as many kills as possible without dying once. But I don't know - perhaps it would still be interesting to see.
