It's a problem without a solution. People will be people and you can't spend 10 minutes in every battle teaching them how to behave via chat, because then you will be sabotaging your team. If they consistently stop you from capturing the flag after you didn't let them capture "their" flag, then you can record a video and report it in the Game Violators section. Otherwise you just have to bear with it and wait for them to learn to behave. It doesn't happen as often on high ranks because players learn how to act.

Guessing or you have evidence? From my observations it does not fall in the centre, but there are two spots on the main bridge to either side of it.

Fun fact: A player by the name of set himself and experiment in March 2012 for completing the game (going from recruit to marshal) without destroying a single tank. He did it by playing CTF matches and capturing flags until he managed to unlock Isida, which he then used to only heal other players and capture flags. He got to the rank of Captain in one month and killed only 1 or 2 tanks by accident. You can read all about him in this topic (it's in Russian). It's crazy that you can complete a game about killing others without actually killing anyone :)

As said above - crystal gain depends not on the equipment, but on the map. All equipment is fairly balanced and should be equally useful for gaining XP to get you to the top of the leader board and generate the highest reward. As for the maps - the fund grows faster when there are more kills per minute on the map, so a small, open map with a lot of players (such as Polygon CP) tends to generate more crystals than other maps (such as Serpuhov CTF). From what info you have provided, your main account has the best equipment and allows a bigger choice of weapons to adapt to whatever battle you are in, meaning that you should find it easier to earn crystals. Besides, higher ranks means that fund grows quicker, so you will definitely be getting more crystals on higher ranks. Topics about specific players are not allowed.
