Another little update: Maps in alphabetical order Future maps separated from main list
-
Map Views - It's in the first post at the bottom.

I already know about that one - saw it in game literally 20 minutes ago. Thanks anyway.

No final decisions have been made yet regarding the account transfer from Flash to Unity. Closed.

This record is about the paints you have at the moment, not had at some point. However, I think we can have a record for "Most special paints ever"
-
Moved from General Title changed.

Moon Silence will not be returned. There were other reasons for its removal, other than the heavy use of third-party software on that map. Closed.

The developers said that it will be released this year, however this seems unlikely. I don't want to give any false information, so for now let's just say that the release date of Unity TO is unknown. In the future if you want to ask a question about the game, please refrain from creating new topics and use the official Questions and Answers topic. Closed.

Answered. Sales are unpredictable and there is no information given out about upcoming sales until a few days before it happens. In the future if you want to ask a question about the game, please refrain from creating new topics and use the official Questions and Answers topic. Closed.

New drop locations in following maps: Desert, Red Alert, Madness, Future, Noise, Monte Carlo, Iran. Added 13 new maps! Courage, Camp, Skyscrapers, Osa, Station, Wave, Molotov, Lost Temple, Industrial Zone, Dusseldorf, Massacre, Parma and Opposition. Changed flag spot on Polygon: we thought one of the spots is inactive in CTF because the flag is there, but turns out that in CTF the gold box can drop right next to the flag. Madness top view now has a proper birds' eye image, so the markings are more clear. In places where the gold box is under the visible area (in a tunnel or under a ledge/bridge) I made the spots for it darker. The maps are now arranged in Russian alphabetical order, as it made it easier for me to sort. I'll arrange them properly some time in the future... That's it for now! Brest, Gravity, Solikamsk and Garder will be added next, as soon as I get some more drop locations for them.

New Railgun model

Yes, they will be two separate projects with the same theme. Flash Tanki Online will still be maintained, I think, but what the developers meant by "no more updates" is that they won't develop any new features or make major changes to the old game and instead they will focus on Unity. From Hazel's comments about it in the Russian forum topic, as well as commentary from developers in the "city tour" event they did recently. No, I have very little or no influence here.

Well, I did say that no final decision has been made yet and there is still a chance that your whole account progress will be transferred. However, the developers want you to experience the new game completely from start to finish, so they want you to have a new account. (Besides, I'm not even sure if it's possible to completely transfer accounts because apparently the Unity version will have no ranks)

When new people join they won't even see the battles we create because unavailable battles are invisible. And what do you mean by "all these unpopular maps"? One or two per day? That is nothing compared to the total amount of battles being played and the effect from it is so small that we can consider it negligible. It takes way more than 10 or 100 people to make a map popular. Popularising rare maps is something the devs have to do with mass publicity, not a bunch of average players on the forum (myself included).

You lose nothing. You simply get an opportunity to try something new, while the old Tank and you old account still remains.
-
Then feel free to play the new, modern Unity version. Like I said - everything may still change.
-
See above. Developers can't qualify for this record.
-
Please check the validity of your information before posting. Flash TO will remain alongside Unity, so Tanki Online on Unity will simply be an improved alternative to the old game, but you don't have to switch if you prefer the old version.

'' Two Veterans in a random battle on Kolhoz.

Inactive players remain in game ? How, Why and can we stop it please.

Yes, there does need to be a better system and the developers know it. There is no point having this topic open unless you suggest something specific to solve the issue. Closed. -
I don't suppose that you people are actually expecting their efforts to make certain maps more popular, are you guys? Creating 10-20 maps a week will have absolutely no difference on the popularity of the map, so the only reason this group exists is to just play these maps while they are announced.
