Because it's a limitation in your hardware, you can't fix it. Instead I suggest you try different key combinations and see which combination gives least ghosting. In my case that's WASD for driving and BN for turning my turret. I deliberately switched from the arrows to WASD to solve my ghosting issue, so I can't tell you which combinations would work best when you're using your right hand for driving. Simply a matter of trial and error..;p

It's a known issue, occasionally the prizes and speed-up times aren't displayed correctly so that message pops up. Going to the lobby and back to the garage solves it.

You should type that exact question into a search engine and check out the results. You might find some very useful tips on where to start. Don't encourage them to do the exact thing that so many seem to detest. There are no promo codes with money in them. Instead you could get promo codes for gold boxes, premium account, shop paints etc.

In the last week of April, you can send the link to your channel through a special form. Then your channel will be reviewed and if it meets the requirements, the rewards will be sent to you via PM on the forum. Make sure to specify the account to be contacted in the special field “About the channel” in the application form.

Crystal boxes were removed from the game because they were a distraction from the actual gameplay. It encouraged players sabotaging battles in order to catch crystal boxes. Instead, the crystals were added to the battlefund to reward players that actively contributed to the battle. Triple (and double) funds were only done during special celebrations, there's no way to say when or if they'll be back during future celebrations. I don't know anything about midnight sales, are you referring to sales that lasted only for one hour and were only given on a specific turret?
