No English, sciences (Chem, Physics, Bio) or Religious Studies? Out of the list there, I'd pick 'computer lab' and 'maths', I guess, though Maths lessons could be a lot more interesting than they are.

No correct guesses yet, still :P

He's alive!

(EDIT) Ninja'ed, but eragon's answer above is actually partly wrong so... You don't put a continent into a dishwasher. What are the four observable states of matter?

Ah, yeah - things were pretty different back then ^_^ I actually really like the new loading bar. It probably takes roughly the same amount of time to load as it would usually have done with the bullets, though to me it actually seems even faster. Plus I like the fact that you can see your progress in terms of loading now.

Entered. Spotted some pretty great entries, good luck to all those who have entered/will enter. -
Your eyes are as blue as deep pools of green, Your hair is the hairiest that I've ever seen, I'm finding this romance a nightmare to write, But hopefully I'll submit mine later tonight. _____________________ A reflection in a misty window, Of an elusive glance, a fleeting search, A volatile moment held in limbo, With nothing but emotional worth, A whisper, hidden amongst a chime, Of feminine laughter, high and sweet, Could plant a seed which over time, Grows into something less discreet, A small smile on a face disguised, Of inner emotions, churning with doubt, Reveals a feeling realised, As one which can't be lived without, Whether fleeting or pure or covertly demure, It comes and goes, yet is always here, Is life about love and nothing more, Or is love within life not so clear?

England (though not foreign), Scotland, Wales, Spain, India (again, not legally foreign), China, Qatar. If you count airports, then I've spent quite a bit of time in Finland and the Netherlands, too ^_^ Awesome country - I've been there too :o
-
Awesome, 'specially the new Light M3 kit.
-
It wasn't really any action in particular, it was just your general tendency to make things up or exaggerate 'em that got a bit annoying. Hope you've changed for the better since though ;)

Well, people can tell when they've been Imperiused; rather than them not remembering it, they simply remember a confusion or blur of memories, it would seem. Just Obliviate 'em to be on the safe side xD Though yeah, got to agree that Crucio's pretty evil.
-
Read a couple of 'em and own the first. They're pretty great ^_^ Nah, if you're going to choose an Unforgivable Curse, I'd say Imperio - take control of someone and do what you like with 'em. Then try Obliviate to wipe their memories afterwards. Seems legit. (EDIT) Also, Crucio's the second hardest spell to perform after Avada Kedavra - only the more accomplished could actually use it, whereas Imperio doesn't require so much skill/conviction.

True story *shudder*

Welcome back. I remember you. Not good memories.

Well done for bowing down to my greatness. You should ask hogree about that statue of me he was planning to build at his front door, you might like to build one yourself.

Pfft.... Edit reversed. Now be a good boy and don't vandalise Wikipedia :P

Damn... Did my entries, but didn't realise the deadline to submit 'em was so early >.<

This isn't so hard to understand, eragon, this has been explained to you before... Poems don't have to rhyme. *gasp of shock* As for regulating entries, the forum rules would apply to them anyway. So any inappropriate entries would most likely be removed by the newspaper team. But it's good you're being considerate about such things! -
We'll all donate a fiver each - the collection'll probably be done in a couple of hours You read nothing  @eragon: To be fair, flae's allowed to say what he likes, so long as it doesn't use insulting language. I appreciate your long explanation post, but you should probably try and act on what you're saying, and think twice when posting. What you said in that long post, however, was perfectly valid ;)

"How can, like, an African-American person evolve from a white person? We're different skin!" Wow, that guy must be such a great teacher of evolution if a student has to ask this question. I almost expected the student to go "We're different species!" at the end there xD

I was referring to the Middle East when I talked about less-developed areas, yep. Nice summary :P However, as for your last sentence... I'm personally not sure that'll be the case. I can't really ever see Islamist extremists putting down their weapons and advocating peace and tolerance anytime soon, for example.

[Issue 20] The Comprehensive Guide to XP [Hornet-Railgun] Battles

Well, I saw the title: "Finally!" Saw the author: "Now here's some who'll do it properly." Started reading: "Pretty great, awesome structure, clear and organised and detailed..." Got to the How? section: "Ah, these titles look nice. Oh look, he's done an A-B-C!" *scrolls down* "And a D... and an E... and an F, G, H, I..." "Surely he hasn't done the whole alphabet? " Just. Pure. Epicness. Combine excellent writing abilities with high standards and a great work ethic and *wham* you get an exemplary Reporter with a pig snout in his avatar. P.S. That picture's awesome too :P #rejected #jealous #endofstory
