More experience points and crystals With your Premium Account active, you’ll be earning 50% more crystals and experience points per battle. This means you’ll be unlocking new equipment a lot more quickly, and the extra crystals will make it easier to grow your arsenal. For those who do not wish to go Premium, but are still looking for a boost in experience points in Tanki, there will be a 50% score multiplier pass available for purchase in garage. Premium paint Once you become a premium tanker, you will receive a special paint in your garage, featuring a unique look and 15% protection against all turrets and mines. IMPORTANT: The paint will only stay in your garage while your Premium account is active. Buying XT items Having a Premium Account also allows you to buy XT turrets and hulls in the garage. Even better, any XT item you purchase will remain in your garage forever, even after your Premium subscription expires. All 6 existing XT items are available for purchase. These are Hornet, Wasp, Viking, Railgun, Firebird and Thunder. Their parameters are the same as the stats of their standard М3 counterparts, and are also micro-upgradable. The price for each item is 500 000 crystals. The unique turrets and hulls have the same minimum rank requirements as the standard versions. Unique icon A Premium tanker can be easily distinguished thanks to a special rank icon displayed in battles, chats and forums. For those, who’d rather stay under the radar, there is the option to change back to the standard icon in the Premium Pass information screen. PRO Battle Pass features In addition to the advantages mentioned above, Premium Accounts also include all the features of a PRO Battle Pass. This allows you to participate in, or create PRO battles with custom settings. You may purchase your Premium Account from a dedicated payment section. To do so, click on the “Premium” button in the upper panel of the game. What really amazed me is Firebird, it's stream of fire actually changes depending on what you are shooting at. For example, if you are shooting at a lamp post, it kinda splits into 2 bits, bending around the poll. Walls got a lot more complex in terms of shape and Rico behaves real crazy now. Hello. I have just checked your correspondence with the support. As I can see, they were answering your letters pretty fast, doing what they were supposed to do. Based on the evidence we have, crystals were spent from the same IP as you usually use. This means it was either you or someone living close to you who did that. If it was you, nothing can be done. If you believe someone else could have done that from exactly the same IP (which I find extremely unlikely to have happened), you can contact the support once again. I must say that when it comes to dealing with players' complaints and issues, there's no favoritism whatsoever. We pay same amount of attention to everyone contacting the support. If you have evidence that I am not telling the truth, please let me know. Not answering and not caring about what you say are two very different things. I personally spend quite a lot of time reading forums, but I only answer when it's needed, just because I, as well as the rest of CM department, need to firstly concentrate on global things, such as announcements, V-LOGs, strategic planning, contests and so on. When it comes to spending your time effectively, you tend to choose things that will give you a bigger value. However, I agree that there isn't enough personal communication in the forum between players and people representing Tanki. We'll be working on solving this. This thread, with so many answers from people with avatars, is already an improvement. We'll make sure it doesn't stop on that.

About the first one: the Daily Missions system needs to be in balance with the game. This means players shouldn't be earning more crystals than they are spending, otherwise the game would start dying (not Tanki-want-all-of-our-money thing, it's a general practice in any MMO, a rule of survival). To keep this balance we are adjusting the crystal/supply prize ratio for Daily Missions. Sometimes it gets decreased, at other times it gets increased. So, it's a dynamic thing really, being analyzed by our GDs and analysts. Second one is true. With the removal of crystal boxes, all the crystal boxes value went directly into battle funds, which resulted in faster battle fund growth, and, potentially, more gold boxes being dropped. The gold box drop rate is a balanced thing, and to keep it at the same level as before, the chance was decreased from 1/7000 to 1/10000. But because of the faster battle fund growth, it's the same as before in terms of how often boxes are dropped.

Not quite. One of the reasons, close to the one you suggested, was that lots of dislikes prevent a player from giving honest opinion. If a post, whether it's by us or by other tanker, has -20, most players wouldn't give it their honest feedback as they get a first impression from the dislike number, without even reading the post.

Yes, as on any social media. For example, if a post gets 20 likes, it will say sth like: "John, James, Tom and 17 others like this."

Tankers, We have just reworked the feedback mechanism in the forums. You can still LIKE posts. However, from now on, if there’s something you disagree with, you will have to express your criticism in the form an actual post. Why did we do this? Because the forum is where you come to express your opinions, as well as give your feedback and critique — it’s a place for open discussion. But when that feedback is just a DISLIKE button, there’s no dialog. There’s no way of understanding what the criticism is about, and no way of acting on it to make the situation better. A simple DISLIKE button does not improve the discussion, and it does not make the community or the game a better place. We hope this change will help improve dialog in the forum, for all the above reasons and more. Please feel free to share your opinions about this change by leaving a comment below. I believe that in such cases you won't be able to test drive the item anymore, but the individual discount still applies to the item.

1. Not very often, we wan't to keep it balanced. 2. Same here. 3. No, these are not planned. 4. No, standard items only. Nope, everything's correct. These discounts add up on top of each other. If something costs 100 000 and there's a 50% sale in the garage, its prices drops to 50 000. And this is where the 20% discount kicks in, affecting the special price. So it's 20% off 50 000 = 40 000. And 40 000 means 60% savings. I agree that this is too tricky though, so I've just removed it from the text.

Tankers! As of today, if you have a rank of Master Sergeant and above, upon entering a battle the game will occasionally offer you the opportunity to test a new turret or hull in combat. This will be one of the items available at your rank, but that you haven’t purchased yet. If you agree to the test drive, you will proceed to your chosen battle with the test drive item equipped. You will be able to test it for as long as you wish, until you decide to change your equipment or go to some other section of the game. Once the test drive is over, the system will offer you a limited-time discount on the item you just tested. The size of the discount will be random, while its duration will be limited to several hours. Additionally, personal discounts can be given even without a test drive. Players will be offered these discounts randomly upon entering Tanki Online. More importantly, personal discounts will combine with garage promotions, product kits and discounts given for fully micro-upgrading parameters of turrets and hulls. The system for test drives and personal discounts is another way of getting equipment at favorable prices, which also gives you a chance to test out a turret or a hull that you haven’t yet purchased. We do hope that you will enjoy these new features.

As an experiment, we have removed all restrictions on equipment. You can participate in DailyCups using any turret, hull and protective paints, except for special paints (paints that are not available for purchase).
