That's easy. Just let your script run like every day or so and get all the data from the Profiles. Everything is available, from equipment used over supply usage to earned crystals.. Update of opening post incoming.. :P

Well I guess he meant Cry/EP ratio for his entire career, not a single battle..

List updated. You're now the one with the biggest amount of EP in the table, but obviously that doesn't seem to play any role for the ranking.. ;) Nice Cry/EP ratio btw (1.73).

You can find all this stuff in the JavaScript code of the profile page. Open the JavaScript console (e.g. press F12 on Firefox) and then enter.. tankiRating.user.data.earnedCrystals/tankiRating.user.data.score ..to get the Cry/EP ratio. You can also get all other kinds of information in the profile of a player in this way..

    Tanki World Records

OK, thanks. For the moment.please take the below garage video as proof. 2'193'804 crystals without buying. Regarding the proof I'm not a buyer: video is about a year old. It shows a popup which back then invited players to buy for the first time (nowadays this popup doesn't exist anymore). Will let you know once I have proof for my current crystals value, slightly higher than 2.193 Million :P ..

    Tanki World Records

Dear Judging Committee, There is the record "Most crystals owned at once", however this does not distinguish between buyers and non-buyers, so in the end this just depends on how much money one wants to spend on the game. So how about introducing an additional new record "Most crystals owned at once without buying"..? I'd be happy to submit something if this record is introduced.. ;) Proof would be possible e.g. through Tanki helpdesk confirming there's no purchase history for a certain account..

Well I don't know what to think of it right now, which is why I'd like to get an impression of what rating the players have..

Purpose of this topic is to share your rating as introduced with Patch Update #439. Interested in participating? => just post in this topic, requesting to be added! And please Like this topic.. :) (1) Ranking list with rating as per patch update #439 all stats last updated 12 July 2017, 20:00 CET Ranking list in raw format (not sorted; you need to divide rating value by 100 to get the rating as shown in the EP bar): Legend: Rating Position = ranking resulting from RATING value (the lower, the better) Rating Value = coefficient visible at the very right of the experience bar (the higher, the better) EP = Experience points K/D = Kill/Death ratio for full career Cry/EP = Ratio between earned crystals and experience points for full career Sup/h = Number of supplies used per hour of play (Goldboxes not counted) EP/h = Experience points earned per hour of play Delta Rating pos = change in rating position since last full update Delta Rating val = change in rating value since last full update Delta EP = experience points earned since last full update EP / Delta Rating val = Amount of experience points for increase/decrease of rating value by 1 (2) Some stats on the above list: See this post of @Sergeant808 for some analysis on the correlation between rating value and various factors. Here's some graphs illustrating the correlation: Rating value vs Experience Points: for high ranks no correlation visible, but for low ranks it's almost linear => when below Legend rank, your rank / EP seems the main driver for your rating. Rating value vs Cry/EP ratio: for players in the list with ratings > 87'000 (all in the Legend rank), there is a clear correlation. Rating value vs K/D ratio: seems all over the place.. :P (3) Old ranking with the rating as per patch update #437: (4) How to check your rating and other stats: Your personal rating is visible in your experience bar, at the very right. You can also get the rating information directly using the Console on the profile page of any player: Go to the following page to see stats of any player (replace what comes behind "user=" with the player nickname): http://ratings.tankionline.com/get_stat/profile/?user=Lightning78 Contains information on supply usage, crystals earned, etc. Rating information is contained in the following variable: "efficiency":{"position":563,"value":9226459}} (5) Rating FAQ from Cedric Debono:
  12. True that. Earlier this morning my profile page was correct, now it's a mess. Caught two goldboxes this week, and the amount of crystals earned is also wrong for this week..
  13. I guess what is displayed is a coefficient based on some formula, not the "ranking" of yourself amongst other players..
  14. Back in the days of the old rating there were no missions (you got a random daily gift instead for logging in).
  15. This was the old formula (EP = experience points earned, KD = Kill/Death ratio) that was abandoned about two years ago: Back then you used to have this number in the EP bar and the total ranking (i.e. at which place you are with this coefficient, as compared to all the other players) next to it..
  16. - Could you please tell us what new formula is used? - When you say that it was possible to get a great rating with the old metrics by using cheap tactics, I suppose you refer to players who kept leaving battles to avoid getting killed..? Does the new formula prevent this by incorporating the ratio between earned crystals and experience points? Thanks for shedding some light on this..
  17. Not optimistic about AS mode. Yes it can be done, but it's very hard to make it balanced for both teams (even after the revision, I found the Xmas map not entirely fair). I also don't like that the roles of each team are pretty much fixed - find it more interesting when there are total momentum swings and change of offense/defense, like in CP or CTF..
  18. With this update, Tanki has become a really resource-intensive game. 40% CPU usage and whopping 1 fps in battles - totally unplayable. Whatever it is you've changed, it's a disaster performance-wise. Please roll back ASAP..

    old rating

Higher is better. Increase in experience points, earned crystals and K/D make the number go up.. √(exp * K/D) + К / 2000 (К = all earned crystals; + 1 to the number of deaths)

    Biggest Druggers

A worthy addition: http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/F_i_S_C_H_E_R/ At the time of writing at 321'666 supplies used, increasing rapidly.. :P

    Let's Discuss Augments

Don't think it is. I'm playing with Hornet/Rail m4 + high caliber ammo and yes it is strong, but by no means rules the battlefield. You don't get highest damage in most cases (keyword in your statement is "potentially"). Also, loads of players are wearing Rail protection. Despite this alteration, Rail remains a highly specialised turret that can shine in certain situations, but requires some practice and a well working team to do so. Still wouldn't recommend it for the average DM battle..

    Let's Discuss Supplies!

Some feedback from an anti-drugger :P: Check out this newspaper article about drugging and smart cooldowns. It is over two years old, so some stats are out of date, however it gives some nice general advice on how to / how not to use supplies. As you sound like you don't have unlimited supplies, I'd recommend to use them wisely. In general, look at the battle and consider whether it's worth investing your supplies. Then there's some tactics on when to use / not to use certain supplies. For instance, repair kit is very expensive, so use it only if it makes a real difference (e.g. if it allows you caping a flag, or if you're in a great sniping spot with double damage active and don't want to die). You can get the most out of double damage if you activate it when you've already picked up a double armour, etc. All pretty obvious, but it can make a real difference on how much you get out of your supplies.

    Complaint Book

A crack down on those childish GIFs you keep using is greatly appreciated. They are a total waste of space, can't agree more on classifying them as flood. If they were funny I wouldn't complain, but they're so lame. So please mods, keep it up.. I've seen your posts before they were removed. You're the one complaining about others "mocking" you, yet you seem to be unable to have a normal discussion, without resorting to insults / bullying / flaming. Oh the irony.. C'est le ton qui fait la musique..

    Campers

Hmm, doesn't this work both ways? Bad campers hurt enemies or at least try to do so before they reach your flag so that it's easier to finish them. Bad attackers let enemies reach your flag because they provide no support for defense None of them capture flags but one kind is killed instantly out in the open, while the other can provide whatever little support to defending the flag. Notice something? Yes, it makes no sense to argue one way or another, it depends on the specific situation. Bad campers and bad attackers are equally bad for a team..
  25. Lightning78

    Campers

Sure it is. Unfortunately some players here claim that camping, well in fact any kind of defense is bad for the team and only attack matters. Doesn't sound sensible..? Welcome to the club.. :P
