Sometimes I see people who are just always on the forum and online so much I wonder if they quit playing Tanki Online and moved to play Tanki Forum... lol (not talking about you actually, but your comment reminds me of a few people I see just all over the forum... and on it all the time)
-
I graduated lol... I'll be 20 years old soon, and I'm not the oldest in the team :P
-
Topic: thanks! :D Topic: I'm so old I'm gonna have grand children soon! SwiftSmoky: potato Topic: Thank you! You too, sir. Nobody: btw, the first edition of our Skyscrapers video is done and it looks amazing! :D We have 2 other editors working on their version of this video, we're probably gonna pick the best one and upload it some time this week :P
-
wow really? why won't you get it then? it's sooooo much better than using the forum all the time
-
Well, you didn't see many of our tricks yet :P

I planned to make one, but it'll take time cause I don't have much time to spend on forum and I have lots of plans in game and on forum (yup, I have a few more forum topics I plan to post) Since I'm noob at it and absolutely don't care about golds, no.

Definitely living up to our promise of bringing a whole new level of parkour! :D OMG I'm so excited to get this video out finally!! :D :D :D You have NO IDEA how much work was put into this and how good the results are! :D

Video Editing Fashion There are some things about the editors in Tanki community that I really dislike. There are always some effects that become a fashion and a whole lot of Tanki videomakers start using them. The biggest one is the terrible blinking effect, it doesn't look good at all (at least in the vast majority of cases) but people keep using it on and on and on. The main use of this effect is to make the video flow with the music, but I think it's a bad idea to use this blinking effect this way. Main reason is that you really don't need to make every single drum beat visible on screen, going with the flow of the music doesn't mean that every time a louder or more powerful sound is played you need to do something to the video to visualize it. I watched a while ago a video of "tanki parkour VS real parkour" and the editor used this same blinking effect on the real life parkour part... Where did you ever see this blinking effect used in any other type of videos outside tanki!? No one uses it for real life parkour videos and not anywhere else, you will not see any professionals using blinking effects, ever. Another thing that became a fashion recently is the twisting transition where the image rotates with acceleration and quickly changes into the next piece of footage and slows back down. I liked this effect the first time I've seen it, but since then lots of people started using it and it just creates a feeling of "ahh.. another one of those videos...". Dear Tanki video makers, please, stop overusing these effects. Like this twisting transition, it is really cool but if you overuse it it becomes boring and at some point even annoying. Special transitions like this are great if you know when to use them, but they are terrible if you use them for every single transition in your videos in like ten videos in a row. Same goes for the blinking effect, flashing effect and any other popular effect you can think about. It's great if you know exactly when and how to use it, and only if you don't overuse it. P.S: I like what you did to this forum, it really needed some updating and improving. Great job! :D

no need for that... this whole idea isn't gonna work anyway, as you can see this and the 2 previous attempts aren't working... The parkour community is simply not interested in this.

you'll find out when Skyscrapers video is out :D
-
woah you're all over the forum huh... anyway this topic is for discussing F&F and for us posting updates about what we do, so no reason to keep this topic active when there is no actual activity to talk about
-
Not being as spammy as FJ topic doesn't mean dead lol... and there is nothing good about having more replies here every day :P

That moment when I see 3 F&F members stayed in Skyscrapers after everyone else left, I join and this is what they're doing: Would never expect 3 players chilling in a battle by climbing on a skyscraper :P
-
Yeah, darrrex did a lot for the team and Miahak too, and the rest of the team, everyone worked hard to get to where we are now! ^_^

I'm talking about one of the 3 judges in the MoP finals. They didn't reveal the judges, but they kind of revealed themselves... but I won't help it spread more.

ok so here's a thing... some F&F members didn't get the message saying they shouldn't participate in this contest, and they already recorded some tricks for their contest entry. I am not going to disqualify any team for having an F&F member in it, they worked hard for it and deserve the chance to participate in this contest just like everyone else, and it's not their fault they have an F&F member in their team that didn't know he was not supposed to take part in this contest. So everyone including F&F members will participate in this contest. Besides, F&F members have the full right to participate in this contest regardless of having a judge from their team here. This contest is for everyone, not for everyone except for F&F members. Now that I think about it I'm even sorry I decided to tell F&F members not to take part in this contest in the first place, no player should suffer because of your trust problems. Just like TFP was allowed to enter the Masters of Parkour 2016 contest regardless of having a judge from TFP in it. Thank you for your understanding. The best performing and most creative teams shall win.

Our YouTube channel just hit 1k subs and people love celebrating round numbers so I guess you would expect some "thanks for 1k" message from us, so here I am, the founder of this amazing team, so proud of our achievements and writing a long post that almost no one is going to read :P We had a pretty good start with many achievements along the way. We finally got organized to a proper parkour team with many great parkourists, spectators, awesome editors and even a commentator (even though we don't really use him). We started making videos at an incredible rate of a new parkour montage every 2-3 weeks. It didn't take very long (4 months) to reach 1000 subscribers. In these 4 months we pushed parkour to it's limits, came up with some fresh new tricks and improved many old tricks. We inspired the creation of whole new parkour teams, and proved that adding more creativity to parkour makes a huge difference, and by doing so we encouraged many players to focus on coming up with new ideas instead of repeating old ones - something that in the long term will make a big change in the whole community. Another great achievement for us was winning the Masters of Parkour 2016 contest, we weren't prepared and chose each trick a few minutes before it was in live stream and yet we managed to get to 2nd place and show off our creativity to everyone. Then we also appeared on VLOG 120, showing some Striker parkour which is another way to inspire the community for creativity as well as a nice way of showing our good reputation as one of the leading parkour teams of the community. And now here we are, still in the beginning of our quest to bring a whole new level of parkour. So far we are very successful and we are only learning more and getting better. We improve on everything from being more creative at inventing new tricks to improving our editing style. We grow stronger and smarter every day, what you've seen so far is already a nice breakthrough in parkour but I promise you that it's not much compared to what's coming next. I am so proud of being a part of this team and leading these awesome friends to more and more great achievements. I love you all so much!! Remember that time on my old channel when I said I just started and then suddenly had to leave? Well, you know what they say... Legends never die! And you can be sure about it: the best is yet to come!!
