Started a new account , managed to acquire "lead" paint. While not a $$$$ paint, If you hide a hunter withit in bushes and use a non -traceable weapon, you get VERY invisible. To the point of enemy tanks running into you :ph34r: .

I dont understan dwhy more people are not going Mammoth+ twins or Vulcan, and laying as many mines as they can. This 70 crstal thing is "off the hook", try it with a heavy hull

Using M1 Rico at your rank, I suggest Titan M1. It is the toughest tank and combo you will see for a long time. Mammoth is simply too slow. Viking M1 costs too much. Same for Dictator. You can worry about buying them later at higher ranks if you want to step up to M2. Titan M1 is "cheap", for the armor it provides. Also, With a heavy hull with rico, I suggest either dragon or dirty paint(both is nice). You get a-lot of extra def using a paint with a heavy hull. With lighter tanks , a good early paint doesn't do much . They die in one shot/short time either way. Addeda, - If people are thinking Twins M1 is a better gun than M1 rico , it is not. Twins is a noob weapon and its short full damage range -15m, is way too limiting. And the bounce shots with rico are simply "unreal" as they are "homing" after bouncing. The only gun that comes close is "rail", with its often impossible shots(through walls/buildings/cliffs), because the game developers give rail extreme preference when it comes to lag issues, to the extent even bad players can make impossible kill shots with rail at times. "Failgun" is a good name.

On the beginner levels , they are not dropping gold boxes according to the 1/7000. NO WAY!!!!!!, I started a baby account with the May sales, and I am seeing 100's of tanks die and no gold drops. I can understand the lower crystal rewards for matches, butthis business of not dropping gold boxes in lower rank battles is a flat out lie and misrepresentation. There is no fricking way the 1/7000 rule for gold box drops is being followed during this May Days sale for lower rank accounts.

PLay/tank style thing here. Med-Hvy tank go Rico, -ton of fun . Light tank - some Med's -Isida

I'd wait and get M1+M2 Dict at 3 dime and June Discount. Buy thunder or rico for it. M2 of course Buy a rail for Hornet/hunter. Thunder/rico also work good on Hunter.

Replace final drive on whichever side. Well, that is what you would do on a real tank ;) To be honest it ,sounds like you have "sticky" keys or contacts or maybe worn-out contacts and springs, Try cleaning that keyboard, with canned -air blasting. Don't "beat" the keys so hard.

Corrosion at 50% off would be a good deal, it works against the 3 long range guns, and could be used for a long time. I'd go Hornet/rail. Wasp is just too light and thinly armored. For Thunder or hammer you might consider Hunter. M1 thunder/hunter/ w/corrosion would be a nice tank (Many might recommend Cedar). A-lot of people like Hunter/Hammer. With that I would get a short range paint. Storm or Dragon , desert. Tundra might be arguable given its rail protection, if you go hornet rail. Dirty is not a bad paint either. Works well on vegetated maps and towns.

I guess at high levels Vulcan "might" be able to be used still. But you you missed the most important change. Vulcan's long range damaged was halved. This combined with the reduction of damage in general, has made Vulcan unable to conduct long range suppressive fire , which was the whole reason it was introduced per its original description and then bought and used by many players. Dat ain't happening no mo'.

Given there is only 4 armor points difference tween Mam. and Tit. M2's. Yea. Titan M1 and M2 is a very tough tank, and can actually "move". At M3 you might go Mam.

Freeze irks me. One tiny splash of freeze , slows you down for a couple hours. I can see if you get hit by one directly for a couple seconds freezing you blue, but it is way too instant and indirect now.

Mammoth is a "mobile pillbox", not really a tank.

Thunder now has a 12 meter splash radius. It only inflicts a paltry 8-11.5 damage points depending on M/MU. I guess though, if you have a WASP, 8-11.5 damage is 'Noticeable", :P :lol: . It will damage tanks behind cover with the splash.

While I can understand the topic poster's inference. This game represents "battlefields" which can happen anywhere. The "Mosque" on the Iran map is there to give the map an artistic favor. It should be view as a "former" mosque, not a current mosque. There are "Cathedrals" on some of the big town maps, to provide a European look and flavor to those maps. The reason is artistic and not meant as an insult. If having a "Mosque" in this game to represent a Middle-East City, then why is there so much fighting around real mosques in the real world by factions of Muslims fighting other factions of Muslims. The game does not have players be able to damage mosques or churches. Unlike real life , where I can turn on my television and see Muslims and others, blasting minarets, mosques and churches, everyday. If we are to accept some perceived insult by one or a very few players on this issue for "political correctness" , where does it end? Do we delete all the bushes and trees because extreme enviromentalist are offended by tanks dring over bushes?

Rico is more useful weapon on many maps than hammer. It simply works much better than hammer at any range, even good close up. And hammer's "spread" does not compare at all to Rico's bounce shot ability. Nothing does. TBH What is more important , IMO, when facing hammer, et. al., is having a hull that can take at least 300+ points of damage. It looks like viking M3 to (M4) doesn't really have to "juice" to deal with either hammer or rico at comparable levels. At close range battles , like Polygon, Viking seems like the absolute weakest hull you should play. I myself , would not go into a short range battle with anything less than Dictator.

Yes , they managed to alienate a whole bunch of people who spent crystals on Vulcan and put some time into that. I guess they figure they can make more money off the incompetent whiners that Vulcan was blasting off the map, than they could off of Vulcan players who spent crystals and learned how to use it. No matter , they lost out with the last rebal, with anyone who sunk 30K+ - 300K+ into Vulcan. Who maybe won't buy again. And it should be a valuable lesson to all, don't count on any weapon being unique/good/fun next month, because they can and will nerf it. And "relieve" you out of many crystals , and also whatever playing style you may have developed over MONTHS of playing. The Vulcan example/incident cured me of spending any money on this game. Besides Vulcan players , there are 1000's of Smoky and Thunder players who feel the same way.

Prolly Hohloma, which has some rico protection. Zeus does not. Progidi looks like the best paint in the game now. For a Med-Long range paint.

This is the Thunder topic. You suggest dictator, which aint bad. I would not suggest Mammoth because mammoth is too slow.And before the rebal I would not recommend light hulls either for thunder. Hunter Viking and Dictator are prolly the best hulls for Thunder, IMO

This has been said for most weapons post rebalance. Many lost their "special" quality to the view of not being special. Freeze, Thunder, Smoky . Vulcan, Isida, Twins, all got hurt.

Maybe , if you fight at less than 20m. Past that you are looking at Rico and thunder, and then at long range shaft and rail.

The heavies can take 3 shots from a hammer, so with a rico equipped heavy, you'd better go double damage or you're dead. Straw- rico/titan and occasional hammer user B) .
