Should be able to run just fine, if its not too inconvenient could you try clearing the app's cache and data? You'll need to sign in again and re-download the paint files, so perhaps that could fix it.

Currently there are 3 desktop versions of the game: Flash Old HTML5 New HTML5 To access the Juggernaut you need to use either Flash or New HTML5, it is not available in any other version. I would suggest you try New HTML5 since it has much less issues and glitches.

I believe you recieve 1 exp for every 20% healed, so once you have healed a Juggernaut from 0 - 100% you'll get 5 exp. Not really worth the effort if you're after exp.

HTML5 is also supposed to much quicker and easier to code for than Flash. So these combined will perhaps bring some good things.

If you're having issues with the client I strongly suggest you try the new HTML5 version: https://tankionline.com/play/ Flash is an outdated technology with many unfixable bugs and glitches so developers are replacing it with HTML5.

Sadly the only current solution for this is to complete the mission on PC or change the mission by watching videos ._.
