  1. Confusing situation at the moment, there are 3 different versions of the game. 1: Original Flash version 2: HTML5 version with old interface 3: HTML5 version with the new interface In Chrome and possibly (maybe all) some other browsers the 'Play' button directs to the HTML5 version with the old interface, it doesn't work very well. The link I gave you above directs to the original Flash version, works well for some people. To access the new interface HTML5 version click this https://tankionline.com/play/ seems to work the best based on recent feedback.

    Tank War

That is not the case with this iteration of the war, slightly different.
  4. Try this link: https://tankionline.com/battle-en.html?flash=true
  5. Have you tried the HTML5 version? I've found it to be significantly more stable than any Flash client/browser. Also, you posted this at 0400 in the morning, is it still happening? Some other players were complaining about server issues around the same time you posted this. Edit; try this link: https://tankionline.com/battle-en.html?flash=true

    What's new in HTML5

For now the game does not have compatibility with Firefox, clearly HTML5 support isn't the only requirement. I am not familiar with the technical reasons why that is.

    What's new in HTML5

The HTML5 version does not work in Firefox, it needs a Chromium based browser such as Chrome or Opera. What happens when you try to launch the game in Chrome?

    HTML5 limited public release

I've always felt that pressing G to avoid spawning is a bit of a sneaky tactic anyway, you just need to get in and out of the garage asap in the interest of yourself and your team now.

    HTML5 limited public release

You can quickly access the garage in-battle by pressing 'P' to bring up the pause menu, from there press 'G' which will take you to the garage. The best way to do this is press 'P,G' in quick succession. I find this much better since it stops you accidentally opening the garage if you miss hitting 'F' to drop the flag.

I am not too sure about that one to be honest, there is definitely a Russian HTML5 version and you mention a Spanish one as well. Clicking through links in the RU announcement brings up the EN version for me. I suspect it has something to do with your browser cookies or which locale is attached to your account. I'll update you if I find any method to directly access one language.

    Bugs and Glitches Reports

Its slightly hidden but all you need to do is click your nickname in the top left corner ;P See above. It sounds like you might be zoomed in to the game (CTRL + scroll wheel). Could you post some screenshots?

    What's new in HTML5

Flash is an outdated technology, it is not possible to 'fix' the crashes and the errors without spending obscene amounts of resources for something that will last until 2020 when Flash wont exist. Extra features are coming.

    Bugs and Glitches Reports

Exactly the same here, I didnt even log in for 6 months because every time I had some sort of issue, regardless of browser client etc. With HTML5 I'm playing near daily and I'm exited to play, it feels like a new game, almost.

    What's new in HTML5

Just tried the new camera, its closer to the Flash version though it feels as though there is too much overshoot especially if turning a fast turret and steering your tank at the same time, the camera is near 45 degrees off at some points. I had already gotten used to the HTML5 camera pre-update but there were other players complaining about it being too 'jerky', it would be nice to see some adjustment possible in settings similar to the 'Mouse Sensitivity' slider. Something like this:

    What's new in HTML5

The new camera settings introduced today are for keyboard control, you should be able to notice if you played before the update. Different languages are planned for the future. Custom controls are planned for the future.

    HTML5 limited public release

Not sure I get what the objective is here, placing groups with lower ranks is just going to make them more powerful... I thought the opposite was what you wanted. Not to mention it'll throw off any balance there was in the game.

    About Demonic Skins

The teams who work on the cosmetics (skins paints etc) are separate from the main development team. Hazel, one of the lead developers mentioned during a live steam that once the design team has come up with a paint it takes no more than a few minutes for the development team to add it to the game. An interesting tidbit for ya. :p

    Bugs and Glitches Reports

To bring up the garage you first need to press 'P' which brings up the pause menu, from there you'll see a range of options including garage which you can enter by pressing 'G'. I find the easiest way to do this during battle is just to press 'PG' in quick succession. Not too sure about the Self Destruction, it works just fine for me. Custom controls/key mapping are planned for the future. The latest update releasing tomorrow (20th September) should hopefully fix that and make the camera behave closer to the Flash version. http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=382437

    Bugs and Glitches Reports

Are you using the HTML5 or Flash version? Viking's over drive should last for 7 seconds actually, not 5 or 10. Does this happen every time?
  24. As Striker mentioned, custom controls aren't yet available in HTML5 though they are planned. For now your best option is to use a key remapping software, Google it, there are a few different ones.
