Is anyone from Tanki going to acknowledge that the is a serious problem with the game? Even a useless moderator can give us an update once and a while.

Tanki must think that we enjoy watching a endless spinning wheel trying to log in to the game. Forget about getting in a batlle and if you do, you start firing and you cause no damage until you refresh and get in, if you are lucky. And then you have certain modarators telling us to not use insults! Sure because we should enjoy the spinning wheel and the inability to complete some ridiculous mission.

Of course your chances are better: for getting ripped off and scammed by Tanki! I hope you did not make the mistake an buy them.

What lag? You want to tell me that you have been able to get into a battle? I haven even managed that!

I have no problem with maximizing profits. However since I play World of Tanks and World of Warships, I can tell you the mentality and methods of making money of those companies are quite different than the dishonest practices of Tankionline. 1. I rarely encounter such serious problems, and if they have them, they acknowledge them properly unlike Tanki 2. They have a true match making system where everuone is matched equipment and rank wise with no more than 2 ranks difference 3, all battles start with both teams having the same amount of players. 4. They loan you equipment so you can try them and they offer good discounts if you want to buy them. 5. Their missions give you much better rewards than Tanki. I could go on but I think people will get the gists of my comments. I am not saying that the are perfect, but sure as hell , compared to Tanki, they are as close to perfection as one can expect with complex software. If you go in the forums and if you manage to get in and go to the chat you will see that this problem is happening to the majority of the players and it has been happening for months now, not days. Sad thing is Tanki does not even have the decency to let us know so we do not waste our time and supplies.

It is not your connection. This is a Tanki problem 100%. It has to do with their servers not been able to respond either due to a DDoS attack, not enough bandwith capacity, bad programming, faulty hardware or all of the above. bottom line is Tanki is at loss on how to solve these issues. The most disturbing fact is that they have not even acknowledged the problem officially and players waste their time trying to enter the game. Also, if they are successful in entering a battle, there is a good chance that they will get kicked out and waste their supplies and effort to complete the idiotic missions. As far as I am concered, players need to realize that Tanki owners and employees do not have any integrity and they do not deserve any respect. Normally, I do not make predictions, but if this situation continues, all the buyers will kiss their investment good buy. It serves then right though, as some of us have been warning them for a quite some time now.

For every one of you who gets lucky, there 50 of us who get just trash from ultra containers. Mostly Speed boost and useless paints or useless effects. Ultras containers are trash just like the Tanki servers that cannot stay up.

Why aren't you notifying the players that you are having severe issues and you let us spend time and supplies?

Why are you surprised? You should know better! This is the normal Tanki MO, instead of fixing the MM system that has severe problems, they mess with something that never had any problem. Personally, I do not respect anyone who is associated with Tanki in any capasity becasue none of them respect the players.

What is your definition of "soon"? It already has been 11 hours since you posted this and still the sever problems are with us. Do you even know what's going on? Why aren't you telling us? What are you hiding? I am sure the paying customers would like to know if their unwise investment in Tanki is going down the drain as usual. I am sorry but you have no integrity whatsoever.

Why you have not posted anything notifying us so we do not waste our time and supplies? Why are you so silent? You are validating the compalint that you have no respect for the players. Players are so frustrated and they call you names, deservingly, and you ban them because you do not like the truth. This is also directed to the moderators and helpers: you have no intergrity whatsoever for staying silent and not helping the player community. You do not deserve any respect.

Not sure if this will be fixed or not, but in my weekly missions, I see that the "get 5 times top 3 places in a winning team" is back. I know I had cleared this and now it says 0 out of 5. Also, it seems that the 4th protection slot that obtained in the mini game is there but it is blank. I know I had put a module in there. That is no big deal as long as the the 4th slot is there.

The physics of this game are totally messed up. When you attempt to jump from a small wall it just flips you when you hit even a small uneven edge. Also, how on earth is it possible on a straightway for a smaller hull to go under a heavy hull like Titan and flip it? And if it does not flip it takes you for a rife until you self destruct? And speaking of self destruction, 9 out of 10 times when I am Jug in Sandbox I self destruct with full health without taking a hit while moving around from cover to cover? This is the only map it is happening for me! Go figure! And then they ban us for using profanity/insults. The devs need to be banned for insulting our intelligence. As far as the he mods go I have 2 words for them: bite me!

Not sure what is going on, but since I cannot use the client because it consumes so many CPU resources (40%-50%), I tried using a Chrome browser and every time I login the setting are NOT saved and I have to change all of them again. I like the OD to be RShift and the supplies on the Num keys but when I change them, the next time I login they are back to the default. And of course, I do have the issue with the frozen turret after in-battle equipment change. Also, I noticed while been JUG and having full health and moving around, sometime, I self destruct especially in the Sandbox map.

We already have it and It needs to be removed because it is over a month and for the amount of time me actually spend playing because of the game crashing and the fact that 99% of the time we are getting dumped in battles on a losing team that are so unbalanced that end within a few minutes of entering. On some accounts the missions are there for over 1 month with no hope of ever completing it. The servers are crashing again today and we get "exception errors" "cannot load resources" and restart brings the same errors again. Of course there is no word from Tanki anywhere regarding this crashes! What is going on?

Apparently Tanki developers and Mods cannot chew gum and walk at the same time! Ask only 1 question at a time although they are never answered! Are you that incompetent?

Are you ever going to eliminate the impossible to complete "get 7 top 3 places in a winning team"? It is impossible to complete when you dump us 99% of the time in an already losing team and the battle enters within a few seconds of entering? Whoever decided this weekly mission does not have a clue on what it is going on in this game. Unless of course you do it on purpose for whatever devious reasons.

I know it cannot be fixed because they do not have enough players for a true matchmaking system. However, my problem is that they insist to call it matchmaking and that is deceiving because a true matchmaking system does not have such a wide range of disparity among ranks and equipment. Also, it is not a true matchmaking when they dump you in the middle of a losing battle 99% of the time and they expect you to complete a "get top 4 7 times in a winning team" mission, It is insane, but then again looking who the head game designer is, I do not expect much improvement. The guy is plain arrogant and dumb that things he knows what this game needs while he drove off the majority of the players.

"planned"? what makes you think that anything Tanki does is planned? Any time they make a change, some big issue creeps up without fail! Anyone who takes Hazel seriously is more of a fool that Hazel himself. The guy is not only arrogant, but also ignorant. Anyone who would design a Matchmaking system like Tanki is a french fry short of a happy meal and not the brightest light bulb in the christmas tree. You can talk about equipment all day long and you can come up with ideas to nerf this or nerf that, but unless the system becomes a TRUE matchmaking system were they are MATCHING ranks and equipment alike, you are wasting your time. Just like you are wasting your money if you buy anything from Tanki because you know that a few months down the road, you will get it in a container and it would be nerfed. Also, there is no point of investing any time in this game, let alone money, until it becomes stable again and you do not get kicked out of the battle or you waste your time to get in the battle and there goes your supplies, effort and the minutes of your precious Premium account for which you paid good money for it!

Note that this game is meant to be played and not intended to wait 4 min to get in to battle only to crash and not been able to enter again!

Haha you assume that they are a large firm! They have some 3-4 15 year olds programming based on what a guy in ponytail, who pretends to be "head game designer", tells them and they have no concept of programming principles! Not to mention basic networking which it seems they have no concept whatsoever! Well if you could then it wouldn't be secret, would it? This is the developers proving their incompetence once more! They are very good at that!

There is a good chance this is more of a programming issue rather than a server issue. Why do I say that? Well let me see: when developers implement a new "feature" or when they make a change on how things work, or when there is a special event then , without fail, players have problems with the game that did not have before. It is not a coincidence that we could play before the restart and now we cannot. Therefore ,unless you are are under another DDOS attack, where the system behaves different than now, I'd say with 99.99966% confidence it is programming issue.

They have no clue, that's why they are not answering. I asked them if anyone is aware of the problem, but they did not respond as usual.

I highly doubt that you appreciate anything we say. This was a compliment. Sarcastic as it may be , it is still a compliment. We have to compliment the developers' efforts to be the most incompetent in the gaming industry! Here's to you devs: Mission accomplished! By the way, is anyone aware of the problem that we cannot get in the game? Because we know how well Tanki communicates with the players when there are problems! (more sarcasm here. Perhaps you need to create a SARCASM section!)
