So you can get containers with skins and "augmentations" for turrets you do not even have or to get a few more mines and speed boost because the 30,000 you have are not enough! Another feeble attempt from Tanki "developers" to extract some money from the few suckers that "invest" in this crappy game. An error has occurred, but who cares? we are having another sale!

Nah, do not expect a break from Tanki! These guys are just plain dumb! Yours is a great example of how stupid their thinking is just like when you get "augments" for turrets that you do not have and tons of speed boost and mines! Not to mention the guy who designed the ODs especially the Titan Dome that is practically useless when a hornet rail with OD kills you under the dome with one shot even with 50% rail protection, is beyond dumb. Just plain idiotic. Sorry Mods you may not like it, but those are the only civilized words I can use for the decision makers at Tanki. You can ban me again for calling that pretender of "head designer" Hazel Rah dumb. I do not care because with his actions, he keeps proving my point that he is dumb. And yes, his picture does belong in the dictionary next to the words "DUMB as a rock"

Who the hell wants that especially if you are the Jug and you are upside down? you do not want to be automatically self destructing! Oh, yeah you can turn it off, so there another thing to remember to do before you enter a battle like change the supply drops to numeric keypad and the OD to Right Shift! Or even turn off the idiotic music song! OK. Whoever really needs to catch a box for 10 cry and 10 XP needs to find another game to play! Seriously? you are going to fight over a box of 10 Cry? You can make more than that by killing all those idiots who will be fighting for 10 cry! Never mind that the REAL problems still persist! But hey who cares, here comes another sale!

Come on Joe, let's be reasonable here! Ask them to do something they are capable of, like having another sale! Because we all should know by know that they are not capable of fixing anything let alone making things easier! I keep saying and they keep banning me but I do not care: The Soviet Politburo at Tanki know better what the players want than the players themselves. You can ask as much as you want about fixes and making the game playable again, but all you are going to get will be useless paints and features that all love to hate.

The tanki developers are not lazy. they are just not as well versed in programming and they have no clue on how to fix their mistakes, But hey, let's have another sale and another contest some some useless paints! I literally know 15 year-olds who can program better that the tanki developers!

The amusing part is that some people here consider this to be a serious game and they give them their money. But as they say in my village: "there is a sucker born everyday!" And it seems that a lot of suckers are in this game as buyers! Are you one of them?

I am with you. I am not playing much now even in flash. I just do some missions and that's it. If I spend more than 30 min it will be an exception. I get too many "an error has occurred" messages and it kicks me out of the game. This game is not worth playing any more let alone spending any real money! I just pity the fools that invest real time and money for something as unreliable and unbalanced as this game. People , i am not trying to advertise anything, but if you want to see how a truly balanced MM system works try World of Tanks or World of Warships (my favorite). You will be amazed playing a balanced game with no more than 1 rank higher, everybody starts the battles at the same time, no lag and no "an error has occurred"! Oh, and they give you tanks and ships to try before you buy. Now I am sure that the almighty Mods will ban me from posting in the Forum because they do not like what I have to say, just like they did before! But hey who cares? here comes another Sale!

I guess some people are satisfied with mediocrity because they do not know any better!

Perhaps if they did not make such stupid decisions to begin with, people would not complain as much. After all, some of us are not sheep to accept dumb decisions without voicing our displeasure.

Which mean that you will be getting useless alterations that you do not even use since you will be getting for turrets that you do not even have! Just like the shot effects. Oh, look I got a container after completing a weekly mission and I got the Belgium paint! Now I would be ecstatic if I were Belgian, but I am not! So there goes another useless paint in my garage that will NEVER be used! Boy them developers are so "intelligent"! They cannot even write proper code to check if you have the turret before they give you the shot effect. Or at least fix the "en error has occurred" message. But hey, who cares? Edit to this post: And just as I was saying, I just got my 1st useless Alteration/Augmentation or whatever stupid thing they will call it next for a turret that I do not have and I have no intention of getting either. But hey I got Blood Shot for shot effect for my M0 Hammer to go along with my Belgian paint that I will never use! Again trying to defend something that does not exist but that is your prerogative. You can roll your eyes as much as you want, just be careful not too strain them much because you may miss that famous "an error has occurred".

Did not say it did not have issues. However, from a programming perspective, you do not get the lag and the errors you get in Tanki and the MM system IS balanced. Battles start with the teams having equal amount of players, you do not get dumped in battle that ends in mere seconds, and you never have play against players that are higher than 1 rank. In Tanki we see battles with rank discrepancy of 7 ranks higher than you. Perhaps some people like to get killed by one-shot!

Well if you do not understand the difference between "stupid" and "Dumb as a rock" that is your problem. Since I know a little bit about Information Technology I can tell you that the size of the developer team has nothing to do with the quality of the product. You can have 1 competent programmer produce much better program than 100 so and so programmers. Developers like the ones Tank has would not last not even a month in a real company especially when the company charges money for a product. If that product produces "an error has occurred" and they have not fixed it in a reasonable amount of time they would be gone. This error alone has plagued Tanki for over 5 years now! And you are right, there is no way we can compare a product that works like it is supposed to work with the garbage that Tanki has produced and they have the audacity to charge money for it! Either you are working for tanki or you must be a butt hurt buyer to defend them so vigorously!,

I am not much into speculation regarding profits because these actions show that they are desperate for cash and that this HTML5 project is bleeding them dry. Let alone the fact that they too a nice financial bath with TankiX and now they are trying to make up they huge losses. You can believe whatever you want and you are entitled to your opinion. After all opinions are like assholes "everybody got one" I gave my facts in another post and not only I say they are dumb as a rock, they are also incompetent programmers. Go play WoT or another game and then come and tell me how many times you will get "an error has occurred" Or if you will pay for equipment and then all of a sudden they will be changed for the worst. Have nothing to prove. Their actions prove it. They went from 70000+ users to less than 20000 in less than 3 years! And judging by the reaction to this "update" the numbers will dwindle further. If that is not proof enough then go take a piss and feel better.

Sir, I beg to differ! In the course of my professional work as an employee and a consultant to major Fortune 100 companies all over the world, I have met many dumb decision makers that outnumber the intelligent ones! As far as the Tanki developers goes, I am sorry to say that they are the most unintelligent people that I have ever had the unfortunate luck to come across! Besides that fact that as programmers are proven over and over they are not all that they pretend to be, they are even worse as business managers. I understand wanting to make money. every business, even non-profit organizations, have a goal to make money because that's the way a business survives. The key to it, is knowing how to go about making that money. Certainly, not listening to your customers and making decisions that severely impact your number of customers is not one of them. You will not deny that the player number has dwindled for over 70000 to under 20000 and based on the comments of most people here this number is going to be reduced even more. Besides, before pushing people to Matchmaking they need to make sure that Matchmaking works. The system that the Tanki developers call Matchmaking is a hodge-podge of code so buggy, that makes the game at times unplayable. Let me put it in a way that you will understand: 1. Reducing the time of battles to 7 min is just not working for any skill development or strategy. 2. Dumping players in unbalanced battles that end within mere seconds of entering the game is criminal. 3. Having from a few seconds to a few minutes to get "1st 3 places in a winning team" mission cannot be considered "intelligent" decision by the developers. 5. Pitting players against players 5 ranks higher is not a fair game. 6. Perhaps profit have been boosted in the short term but I highly doubt it as these moves seems to come out of desperation for money rather than improving the game itself. In a nutshell, if Tanki wants to make money, then perhaps should listen more to the customers and make it worthwhile to spend money instead of making changes based on a simple speculation that more players will play in a flawed MM game! I guess the "intelligent" developers do not have the common sense to realize that more people play XP/BP (I am not one of them) and Pro battles because they DO NOT like the MM system! (at least not in its present format) I can write an entire dissertation on what Tanki is doing wrong to squeeze more money out of the little loyal base they have but it is not worth my time. All I am saying is, compared to other Multiplayer games, Tanki is ranked among the worst as far errors and stability goes. So, try as much as you want to explain the dumb ass decisions, they still remain dumb ass decisions! enough said.

Oh, trust me on this! They already have thought of that and it is coming soon! These Tanki decision makers are so dumb that a rock can come up with better ideas!
