Hmm, you could try destabilized plasma for ricochet though of course you would need to buy it at m3 first. M3 Rico costs 119300 crystals at 50% off while destabilized plasma would be 32500. 119300 + 32500 = 151800 crystals in total. I also find remote rocket explosives for striker an interesting alteration as well. M3 striker at 50% off is 108575 crystals while RRE would be 100k So 108575 + 100k = 208575 in total. One more alteration to have fun with is the reinforced gun carriage for magnum. M3 magnum at 50% off is 108150 crystals while the RGC is 20k. 108150 + 20k = 128150 in total.

So my dad and I had this really weird discussion of whether a fork can cut at all or not, he seem to think their great cutters. Which led to this discussion topic. I honestly think spoons cut better because it's a spade basically. What do you think cuts better and why? :)

Ranking all the way to marshal just to get some m3s isn't the best idea. By then, they'll be the ones who are at a serious disadvantage against players who have m4s, high protections, fully MUed drones, and OP alterations for the majority of their battles. It's better if players start saving for m3 kits probably as soon as they by the last pieces of their desired m2 equipment like LT colonel to colonel ranks. Like me, back in March of this year I bought Raiden kit because I needed an m3 combo but in was too lazy to grind up that many crystals. So I got a gift card and used that instead. Now my thunder and Viking combo will both be at 12 steps and thunder protection is at 40% currently.

They also could have been using a botting software.

Tonight I saw an m3+ thunder and Viking using their OD to kill an m3+ titan that was in its dome and I knew he wasn't gonna be able to kill that titan in the duration of his OD. Luckily, I happened to have my OD ready as well, so I decided to activate it and double damage and help him take down that Damn titan. We were successful.

It really depends on the sniper and probably the situation they are in. If the sniper finds dictators OD to be pointless or if it's a solo battle, then they'll definitely find hunter as a much more suitable hull.

You would've also came first if you had 2 or 3 less deaths.

1) that's what they all say. :rolleyes: 2) that's not the vibe that I got from your posts. You made it sound like the weight difference between Viking and hunter wasn't even noticeable for example.

1) can't argue with that statement. 2) calling the differences in hull stats "minor is just flat out ignorance. What if hunter got Vikings berserk ability instead or hornets ability to ignore enemy protections was given to dictator, or if wasp got mammoths immortality? 3) I'm sure hunters OD is pointless in the beginner to low ranks while dictators OD is quite useful, but in the mid to high ranks it's almost as if the effectiveness of these two ODs have swapped places.

1) just because they're both long ranged weapons or that they both can deal high damage, does not mean that the comparison is relevant. Those two factors are really the only things that they can relate to each other. Does railgun have a lock on mechanic? No it does not. Does it have the option to deal less damage in a more rapid state without needing to change alterations? No it does not. But Gauss has both of those things. So therefore comparing Gauss to railgun IS an apples to oranges comparison. 2) I never said that you should ignore ODs, I just said that it'd be foolish to completely ignore the stats of the hulls and worry only about their ODs. 3) Fine.

It's as if you've completely forgotten that it is small but with lots of weight, great acceleration which gives it a tremendous ability to rock it's hull, and it's speed that makes it almost as fast as Viking. 3) high damage and high splash damage in sniper would be fine if players were given an indication that they're being locked onto.

I hate those kind of players. They are so selfish and greedy that they don't even have a thought of the players of the losing team. :angry:

Owl modules helps with the damage. However it does not help the fact that Gauss could still lock on to you without you knowing and weaken you immensely. And comparing Gauss to magnum is like comparing apples to bananas. Gauss doesn't need to lock onto a group of enemies to be successful. I can lock on to lone targets and I'm 95% successful with the lock ons. I'm not even good at using Gauss, and yet I've gotten way more kills than deaths with it because I'm mostly using the sniper mode.

I legitimately have 7k before I rank up, but I'm trying to stay on this rank for as long as I can while still doing missions.

Then explain how I am doing so well on my WO5 account just using Gauss and hunter. And don't use the excuse that I'm up against noobs which is a way overused excuse.
