The increased projectile speed and range alt is also pretty good though.

Isida does enough damage, I want my 50% Isida prot.

I guess there is a very low chance of the april fools sales being 64% but imo this isn't the type of thing to have sales about.

This should definitely have to be an M3 alteration. If all turrets got M3 alterations as situationally overpowered as this one, I think I'd like it.

It makes dictator less overpowered and golds are in general less of a battle disturbance so I really like it, but I'm not used to it.

But for Noise XP/BP would It be called Magnum XP/BP? Strange!!!

Change to dictator if I feel like it, sometimes I just self destruct with whatever hull.
