Patient: "Doctor, I'm scared. This is my first operation. Will I be safe?" Surgeon: "Don't worry. I'm a brilliant surgeon. In fact, I'm so experienced I can do this operation with my eyes closed." Patient: "Really?" Surgeon: "Of course. Nurse, my blindfold.. Now hand me that sharp thingy." 2. What do you call a man who was born in Wichita, grew up in Alaska, and then died in Texas? Dead. 3. I agree with the fact that the 50% self-heal made isidas want to be attackers. And also yes, 4-5 rails have no chance against 4-5 isidas in any maps except maybe Monte Carlo. I agree that isida should be competitive on its own, True, the fault is with the player, not the tank, but those rails actually didn't stand much of a chance unless they all coordinate their fire on one person at a time, and even then they will probably lose.

UPDATED - Halloween returns for 24 hours on Saturday 5th

So do the kits decrease in price during the turret or hull sales? -
How much does a m4 hull improve performance in battle?
r_I_already_won0 replied to DESTRUKCO in Archive
The difference between m3 and m4 is often the greatest difference between any two modifications, except maybe smoky and firebird m1-m2. -
It's damage is less than vulcan, and vulcan has an incredible range. It can't heal as fast, (idk what was the point of nerfing the healing rate), and the self-healing is so little I don't even take that into account. Instead of "gives you less health", it's "gives you basically no health" Of course it is physical possible to kill and heal, but since it is so ineffective there is no point to use isida as opposed to fire and freeze. The healing was nerfed also for some reason. How can you say that it isn't UP? In my experience, I agree it needed a nerf, but it is definetly UP now. NOw when i see an isida, I say to myself, "easy kill"

Umm. isn't Mafioso going to update the main post to show this update?
-
This is a common glitch reported by many shaft players that started after the update. It is called "ghost bullet" when your shots just don't register and disappear. This is very frustrating and unfair to shaft players, when you are about to make a game-saving shot, but it doesn't register and no orange lines appear. There are many threads about this problem. I have reported it along with other players, and some people said it is being passed on to the developers. Penetrating power was nerfed, not that I mind that much.
-
The real problem is that Tanki doesn't reward players for playing on larger maps-there has to be like an increased battle fund for larger maps. If more people played in Rio, Serpuchov, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Kungur, Lost Temple, they wouldn't complain that freeze is OP. It would be like any other turret, with it's advantages and disadvantages. Sure, it's OP in small maps, but why does everyone play in small maps then if they don't like freeze being OP?
-
It's not easy to expand your garage when you are a non-buyer. Many isida users did not buy isida because it was OP, they bought it because they liked its playstyle. And it's currently not balanced with the other weapons, it's not even close...
-
Shaft in polygon is hard to play with though. OF course with DD its OP, but that is a question of the drugs, not the shaft. Even a drugging freeze in Monte Carlo will not do that well.
-
I'm surprised you know what the word argue means, as opposed to random unwarranted insults. Lol people rage-quitting on the forum is funny.
-
I feel like we're carrying on this argument in 3 different topics lol... Okay, tanks cannot escape freeze once it gets close, but firebird even if you do escape it you die anyway.
-
I mean, sure, you might find it OP. I don't think they're OP when I encounter them. I'm sure Tanki will nerf it again, then buff it again, etc. Just to confuse people on what to spend their crystals on. Even at the lower ranks it is not dominating, at least in the way I interpret that word. If a shaft player only stays in stadium, he might get a false impression of shaft's effectiveness.

Let me destroy your well thought out post in steps: 1. "I am glad you are willing to learn but I doubt you could." I probably learn faster than you. 2."The players that drug are good without drugs." Blantant generalization, in fact, since they have drugs, they don't need to hone their skills as much. 3. "Have to be because there are something called smart cooldowns. Ever heard of it." Yes, I have heard of them. Even with smart cooldowns you can drug a lot. 4. "Plus I play pro battles without drugs and I do okay." That's great. Never called you a noob. I never said you were unskilled. Its cool that you play pro battles. And plus, you say you do okay. Not good, just okay. Without drugs you aren't anything amazingly special. 5. "His dislike of druggers doesn't make him a noob, his rank does." Are you aware that this is my 4th account and I have been playing Tanki for 4 years? 6. "You will find that the more friends, the better, the more enemies, the worse." Okay, that's just common sense. I have enough friends in this game. A lot of them are good friends and a lot of them i know in real life. I dont need to be the most popular person in Tanki. 7. "You want to get sarcastic with me" Yes I do. So? Since you are a drugger yourself, don't pretend to understand non-druggers.
-
Yes, because those are close-range maps. How does freeze do in a balanced map like Kungur? It's not that OP there. And twins is very good in those maps as well, so is firebird.
-
The same damage, and with firebird you will always, always, ALWAYS die afterward unless you have two isidas. Freeze you can turn your turret and hull and hit it with firebird, Any other turrets you can stay out of it's range. Okay, maybe the damage is a bit OP, but the freeze effect is perfectly balanced and effective.
-
Only OP at lower ranks where the turrets and hulls don't turn at the speed of sound... Freeze actually has a freeze effect now..how is that OP?
-
Lol I love how you just associate the term "noob" to some who doesn't like drugs.. Are you aware of the fact that pro battles require a pro battle pass... Of course it's completely legal, does that mean I have to like it? Does that mean I have to think the players who drug the most are good without drugs? Why do you sound so pissed off? This topic shows people who the biggest druggers are so they can remember that they are only good because of drugs. I rarely drug, perform well in battles, and I'm proud of it. If I drugged and perform super well I wouldn't be proud of myself. IMO druggers are ruining people's game experience. Please enlighten me with your vast knowledge, of how not liking massive druggers makes someone a noob. I am ready to hear and learn all the brilliance that comes from your dizzying intellect.
-
It is not strong. It WAS OP before, but it didn't need such a big nerf. 25% self-healing and increased healing rate is enough to make it viable in battles again. I understand why the damage was nerfed, but not the healing rate, Isn't that the point of isida?
-
Interesting idea, but I would just opt for increasing the self-heal to 25%, increasing healing rate and keeping everything else. THat way even ON DRUGS, the self-heal will be 50%, which is what it was before. The lower damage is fine, isida is not an attack weapon, but I don't understand why they nerfed the healing as well.
-
You are right. However, it is annoying to other players when your tank has twice the hp, twice the damage, +40% speed, an invisible mine, and a free repair to full health. A lot of times druggers annoy me more than mults/saboteurs. I would rather our team have 2 mults than their team have 3 people drugging as fast as smart cooldowns allow.
