The crystal rewards in PRO are not worth it. Tankers are not in Pro-battles for the rewards.

Lots of garbage battles... 8 vs 6 and even 8 vs 5. Sooo many goose-eggs on the idle players on my team. Not worth playing.

Why? Gotta be honest - I just don't get parkour... Has no attraction for me. At all.

He just literally admitted that paint separation was good. At the time of separation, many players who owned legacy paints got shafted by the Devs. Maybe not everything is bad - but - over the past 3-4 years the bad changes far outweigh the good.

Through walls and around corners is lag. The computer still thinks there is LOS or within range when it is not.

with a 2:1 boost of xp to crystals any low-mid rank player not getting the noob bonus will quickly fall behind. Those players will quit the game because they can't buy competitive equipment. Not to mention they will be ranking faster than they gain skills. Slower progression allows the players to develop skills. Does TO not want the new players to stay? I thought player retention was one of the goals. Guess not?

The Xp-to-crystal ratio before this announcement was already lopsided in favor of XP. Now they widen that gap. "experience will increase to x4, and the funds will stay at x2" How do you not understand this? ?

From low to mid-rank? The division of battle-funds is terrible. Unless you play with lots of friends/groups you will end up on losing team more often than not. And the losers get almost nothing in funds. Would take forever to afford upgrades or new equipment. No - Pro-battles are where players go to get away from MM for a while and just enjoy some uncomplicated battles. Not a place to rank up and generate income.

If they are smart they will just quit.

Ares has no ground-force friction. Thus it has little/no ability to resist being pushed. It has mass and thus could have a lot of momentum (p=mv). But this is not that kind of game.

I disagree. "enforcing" combinations is in no way better than letting me choose my combos. Modules have been reduced in effectiveness by more turrets, ODs, drones and even augments. They are hardly OP. And knowing what protections your enemy has just by a paint is not better. That's like saying it's good to see the star and know when enemy has OD ready. I'm sure mammoth's and wasps just love that... -
Except for the buyers - which is by design.

Analyzed what data? Data from 90% Legends and 10% other? Guess TO does not care about getting new players to join the game and stay. Why the heck would any new player stay in this game when they will be ranking at double the rate of their crystal income? You guys are nuts. My other account stays parked until this lunacy ends.

They don't want all tankers to be able to afford them. See below. With the increase in prices tankers have to do one of the following - have fewer augments OR spend $ to make up the difference. Not all will spend $ but some will.

Two reasons, 1) The Devs want to generate more $ 2) many augments are direct upgrades where the positives far out-weigh the negatives.

Why are items in my garage organized differently now? I used to have purchased items on the far left. Now it's a mixture of purchased items and non-purchased items. How Does it get fixed so I don't have to scroll through 14 items to find the turret I want?

what is 10k +? 11,000? 9k or 11k... it's low - especially compared to 2-3 years ago. Does not matter if they advertise and bring in new players. Once those new players realize what a huge disadvantage they have they will quit the game and leave by WO5. The only players that will be left in the game are current Legends who like the xp multiplier so they can get 40k bonus more often. The game will not be sustainable with just them - no way they could sell enough.

You gain more experience than crystals, especially when you take into account no mission rewards. This Legend account plays LOTS of Pro-battles because I prefer no-supply no-OD battles. More skill. Marshal account will not play Pro or MM. Have 175k crystals, 13 Containers and 17 weekly containers. Will open them and spend on the hopefully 50% sales. Then park it and wait.

Well if they want new players to join the game and stay it is dumb. Not a chance I start a new account now as it woud rank up too fast compared to crystals earned. If I, with experience won't start a new account, why would a fresh player keep playing after ranking up some and not have the ability to compete? They will quit by WO5. Start seeing is the key. You still play a lot of battles with your peers at General. It's not always General vs Legend. The rank-splits have just been messed up because of the experience boost. Half the mid-account players have parked their tanks.

Thing is ... pretty soon at low-mid ranks the only ones playing will be buyers. How long are they gonna continue to buy when they get no advantage?

It's garbage for any one ranked below Commander. Players will rank up too fast and not have the crystals to buy upgrades to compete properly. A really, really dumb decision. ? ? ?
