1150 down to 575? That's harsh. Who'd use it then? Is this solely because of one hard-to-get augment - Vampirism?

The difference in damage between smoky and Rail shots is significant. That is reflected in the reload time. The fact that a critical shot from Rail can one-shot a light hull also makes up any extra difference you still might believe exists after comparing damage and reload times. Now, you compared smoky DPS to Rail DPS which is a mistake - for two reasons. 1) ranged weapons should never be evaluated on DPS because they don't do their damage that way - they do damage in bunches (shots) which are not "per second" 2) Rail has no limitations on it's range, and Rail users will not be sitting there trading off shots. DPS only matters when you trade off shots. How do you think Smoky "DPS" will compare with Rail "DPS" when the Rail hides during it's reload. In this case you will truly be exchanging 1 shot for 1 shot, and Smoky comes out on the short end of that by a mile. Some people have been commenting that because I have not played in ~ 7 weeks I don't know what I'm talking about. But after reading some posts and replies, I get the impression some people don't have a grasp of the basics of this game.

Math is hard. In the end it doesn't really matter. Unless they revert a lot of what they've done (they won't) I doubt I will play this game again. -

Because I disagree with just about everything you post ... I'm hostile? Maybe ... it's just you. I played since 2015 and have 2 Legend accounts. I stopped playing about 7 weeks ago when the last round of absolutely dumb updates were added to the game. -
It MORE than compensates. the 50% allows it to do it's highest damage output - with no resistance to modules - way more often than it should. DPS means absolutely nothing unless you are considering melee turrets - where enemies are constantly in sight. A Rail doing an "out-in-the-open" duel with smoky would be just stupid. That's not how they fight - they use cover during reload. How does Smoky's DPS help when it's target is behind a wall?

You only get ONE immunity. If a Titan has AP-immunity in the garage and does not equip that ... ? You keep brining up Titan countering other ODs... well... that's not it's primary objective. It's there to provide a massive Defense - which as we've already discussed - can easily be bypassed or disabled. WHO CARES if it can counter another OD if it's not being deployed for it's primary function? -

Titan is OP because players are not using the hull that can make it's life miserable? Maybe you don't see Hunters in the battles anymore because players like me - who have maxed out Hunter - have stopped playing the game. You think two months of not playing means I don't understand how things interact? Would I need to play today in order to understand that (a hypothetical buff) of increasing Rail max critical from 50% to 75% would be bad? Well it's a team game - you saying no one on the the Hunter's team would target those under the recently removed dome? Just like your "hardly seen any hunters these days" does absolutely nothing to support the 1 vs 6 scenario I was commenting on. -
Well they just killed smoky autocannon by applying two nerfs in one patch. Like I've said before ... TO has no clue how to tweak anything - they just use a sledgehammer.

Are we really gonna start taking into account hull immunities you can't buy? And if you actually had 1 Titan on a team with Jammer immunity that still does not prevent Hunter's other effects - like ... disabling the Dome. -

Titan OD is wasted if ur using it to "counter" other ODs. That's a win for the other side. 1 vs 6. Gee - I wonder why that might be a problem... ? You seriously don't think 6 Hunters could handle the 6 Titans? Not a chance. Game was bad 6 months ago. It's worse now. -

Way to Nerf the titan then. Then you'll just encourage more and more of the Shaft-Titan's hiding in a corner and activating only when threatened. That would be just awesom for the game... amirite? Seriously - how-often does the above mentioned issue happen? And why do people insist on "forgetting" that almost every other hull can counter the Titan dome in some way? -
So you must hate Rail as well... since it has such a high critical chance, where most of it's damage is done... Then they used the wrong word. "Decreased to 50%" should have been "Decreased by 50%" That's harsh. A significant shot-velocity nerf AND cutting the critical chances in half. To go along with the already useless impact and useless regular shot damage. Brutal. More and more reinforces my decision to stop playing.

Thought the weekly mission update was supposed to be implemented already (Patch 659) but my weekly missions look unchanged. Also the nerfs in last patch... Smoky’s «Autocannon» augment: Maximum critical damage chance is decreased to 50%; Projectile speed is decreased by 25%; Recoil force is decreased from 33% to 25%. What was the max critical chance before? Projectile speed nerf is harsh.

And you spent TKs to do it. Luck was there for you if hull augments are "pretty frequent" since there's a lot of other stuff in that category besides Flag paints. -

They've introduced so many new paints, the flag paints are almost irrelevant. Haven't got a flag paint in over 100 containers. But I am getting a lot of the new paints... ? -
I know what the map is like - I NEVER play it anymore. Don't need to play it again to know it will still be crap after the release of Tesla. Magnum already proved how bad the map was.

Meh. Even games like Mechwarrior - which have human-shaped tanks - don't use hand weapons. They still use missiles, lasers or cannons built into the Mech.
