You still don't get it, do you? Reducing the time a dead tank is on the map without changing how much it takes since the tank is destroyed until it respawns is the whole point. The idea is for the dead tank to spend less time on the battlefield, not for it to take less time to be back altogether. Developers aren't fooling anyone because, as it is clearly stated they aren't trying to get us to believe that the whole process will now take less time. Also, it might do you good if you learned some respect. #lifehack

Actually it's not that hard. The system already knows that you're being attacked by Freeze, because your tank's temperature drops. I don't find the idea particularly appealing, but it shouldn't be that hard to code.
-
It's not about fooling players, it's about dead tanks disappearing faster, while taking the same time to respawn, something which, by the way, has been asked by players before.

Fraud? What ridiculous rule is this?

Maybe they got tired of people comparing prices for international players to prices for Russians, so they removed the option to change country manually in hopes that we wouldn't realise anymore that Russians have everything cheaper.

You do realise that "how many days has it been in the game?" and "how many days have passed since it was first introduced?" mean exactly the same, right?
-
You want complaints? Okay, here are my complaints. I'm tired of every single battle I join being ruined by Magnums. It doesn't matter the mode or the map. TDM, CP, CTF, Aleksandrovsk, Cross, Cologne, Future, Skylark (just to name the few that I've played today and yesterday). When are you going to get rid of that stupid turret?
-
The argument is that should it be implemented, this idea would exacerbate certain problems/issues/situations that are present in battles with Isidas. This is a valid argument, whether you like it or not.
-
Also, ass is a valid English word that means "donkey" besides its other meanings.
-
To be sure, in most battles the number of Isidas is irrelevant because people drug as if there were no tomorrow, and the team with more Magnums beats the team with more Isidas (or any other team, to be honest). That does not, however, mean that the team with more Isidas has no advantage over the other team. The team with more Railguns will be at advantage or disadvantage depending on the map and the other team's equipment. The team with more Isidas, however, always has an advantage over the other team because they can sickly reduce their DPS.
-
It goes like this: Currently the team with more Isidas has an advantage over the other team. If Tanki makes it easier for players to find their own team's Isidas, this advantage will be greater.

I like how Tanki's discourse has changed since last October. I think that it's much better than the past "You bought a Viking and that's what you got, so there's no reason why you should be allowed to changed it. The fact that its stats have been swapped with Hunter is irrelevant." Does this new discourse apply to everything or only to supplies?

Meh, maybe it will maybe it won't. I tend to think more like LittleWillie on that. Interrupting a repair kit will be a rather chancy thing. Besides, I don't get all that much splash damage in a battle anyway.
-
Fair point, campers will probably benefit more from repair kits than other players. They already do now, actually. Players who sneak behind the enemy base or know how to take cover will also benefit more from it than players who simply charge in the open against the enemy lines. But again, this is about playing style, not about any specific turret. Campers will benefit more from it simply because they get shot less than others. Whether their turret has splash damage or not has nothing to do with it. Do you mean to say that going solo to capture the flag charging against the enemy lines in the open with double armour, double damage, and popping repair kit as soon as you're under heavy fire to get two seconds of invulnerability will not be possible anymore? That's a welcome change in my opinion. At least, it should prompt players to think before throwing themselves in front of enemy fire.
-
But that stands true for mid and long range turrets as well as short range turrets. If you're under heavy fire, repair kit will be less useful regardless of your turret. I really don't understand why you think that the new repair kit should favour certain turrets or teams over others. That being said, I do understand that the situational advantage of a repair kit is going to change and that it won't be equally useful in all situations (something that, by the bye, I find rather agreeable). What I don't understand is why that should benefit one team or one turret more than the other.
-
We must enter utterly different battles, then.
-
Well, yeah, but if I've got a Thunder and you've got an Isida, when I shoot you you've got 3.5 seconds (I think) to repair fully, whereas as soon as you get to shooting range, I can't get the whole effect of a repair kit. In fact, in the situation that you propose, I think that the Isida can benefit more from a repair kit than the Thunder.
-
Yep, that's right, because no one ever uses repair kits.
-
Yep, increased battle funds and giveaways generally mean that people drug as if there were no tomorrow. Funny thing is that if nobody drugged, there'd be more battle funds and more kills for everybody.
-
Well, honestly, you seem to be using your scope when you should be using an arcade shot, your camera didn't really help you, as it kinda blocks your sight, that map might not be the best for Shaft, and you should choose better sniping spots.
-
I think that what you mean to say is that repair kit will be more useful for mid and long range combat, rather than turrets. If we both are using long range turrets, then the repair kit is more effective in between shots, that's right. But if there are short range turrets around, then it changes. I personally don't see a problem with it, because, as far as I can see, it does not benefit one player more than the other in the same battle.
-
To be fair, many people's requests were simply ridiculous, and many others simply asked for it to be added permanently.
-
I like the changes in supplies. It's a pity that overdrive comes back, though. I guess we'll be stuck with one-sided battles.

Bigger rewards for completing mission chains this summer!

Your shade of pink is alright, but the other one is horrible even on computer (I've just checked now).
