juggernaut is well and simply weaponized, apart from being weak as hell nowadays, but it was once good. And this idea sounds cool in theory, but its just beating a dead horse xD

you're taking the arcade shaft and giving it a rapid-fire mode, yes it does have short range, but an M2 shaft with this alt could do 1172.8 damage per second, (if you say the reload is 0.5 second) and if you hold down space, it could kill a wasp M4 in under 2 seconds. and easily a heavy M4 in under 4 seconds flat, with only an m2 shaft with this alt... OP don't ya think (and M4 with this alt could be doing 1500 damage per second, no drugs)

hmm, I wouldn't mind too much either, but getting rid of stupid modes would be a better move.

the damage remains the same? the damage from shat's arcade mode is already very good at the right range, this is taking that damage, and giving it rico-like firing rate? this is not going to end well

I think the idea sounds promising, but if there are no people, new players wouldn't get a real in-game sense and experience of the armour of their hull. -

(this is gonna get economic real quick with other people) I understand your thinking here, but new accounts were made for new players, new players, having never played, don't know what they want, they don't know the balance of light/medium/heavy roles in this game, first I'm going to focus on turrets. They start them out with smoky, as its just the simplest gun, click..shoot.. done, that's it, it also has a very simple physical appearance too, and I think that's part of the gun being geared toward beginners, just by the barrel size, you can tell its not that strong, and the small, simple, boxy look, makes it look just simple, not threatening, easy to use. The hull... I mean, they obviously (the devs) wanted new players to get the taste of a very average hull, starting out with wasp, will maybe be too much speed for beginners, too much for them to handle and control properly. And it is frankly easy to kill, which may be really annoying to completely new beginners, starting out with a heavy... same sort of argument for wasp, t h e r e j u s t s o s l o w which may be a bad introduction to the game. -

like I said above to the kind Mr.Diesel, of course, this idea is similar, but it is aimed at an in-between playstyle for those who want neither the stock Vulcan or the SPR. said no one, ever xD

(first off, nice illustration xD rofl) for the sake of the game, the fact that it is an arcade game, I have NO problem with infinite ammo, that is VERY acceptable to me. God please not fire's range 100m (if you actually read the article, its actual range was 110m), oh, it won't, as the croc's flamethrower is centered towards anti-personal use, not anti-armor/tank use, as all flame tanks. Where it would never be effective against a tank, to quote wiki " the flamethrower was virtually useless on an open battlefield." and "the mechanical flamethrowers, although not impressive by themselves, struck horror into the minds of German troops, who feared them more than any other conventional weapon." the melting point of steel makes that very clear. That gladly gets me onto another point, I'm not for total realism, let me explain, I see this game as, mostly, if it where a genera of book, it would be sci-fi, by definition, sci-fi is a world that way be possible in the future, while fantasy.. is a world that will never be possible. this game is a safe borderline for the sake of fun, however, like I mentioned, it crossed the line too far into fantasy, you can't increase the burning temp of this turret's gasoline with its surrounding factors. But people where misunderstanding my point, I am 100% PRO fun, sci-fi like unrealism (a funny example I like to think of is firebirds working in space, where there is no air xD) but there is a limit where it becomes too unrealistically fantastical, and than leads to imbalance, than to no-fun as we see.

there are only a finite amount of general, non-specific, unique ideas that can be made about this gun, or for any gun in this matter, that are worthy of being posted, so some are going to sound similar, its all about what your more comfortable with giving up, to make your gun fit your play style a little better, SPR is a little more... extreme than this idea, it's for, better tactical flexibility, this idea, however, is still better flexibility but, a middle ground between a stock Vulcan and SPR, yes, you are getting a lower spin-up rate, but on the other hand, you are not getting more time before you overheat, and therefore your downside, will be a little less. So, like all alts, its aimed at a certain group of peoples playstyle.

ok, well, first of all, I didn't know that, I used to dabble with Vulcan before, not as a main gun, so I probably overlooked, or didn't notice/remember, as I have limited experience with Vulcan. I will change that, thank you very much for reminding me. and also thanks to your comment and interest, as it lets me know I'm doing what I think I'm doing, making good and interesting ideas, not just vomiting words, so thanks.

I think the scoreboard could be better, like track XP earned in battle, drugs used in the battle, assist kills in battle, I support (thumbs up)

Science, obviously not, but just common sense, and fact, as I stated, I know that this is an un-scientifically based game, but, there are just limits.

I just think its fair that more hulls can catch them rather than just wasp it's not JUST dictator anymore, there are other good hulls for it, like titan, and its always funny to see wasps jump on top of everyone, but with meteors its only wasps that catch them, its just whos fastest, and yes it does change it up, but change isn't always a good thing xD

Vulcan Alt Idea: Modified Firing Rate *note this is an idea for a new alteration, the old one was renamed as "shooting speed regulator"* Vulcan is modified by machinegun experts to shoot in short bursts of fire, with a small pause between each burst, this remarkably economical decision results in a much shorter barrel spin up time, the change was unfortunately not enough to change the overheating factor in any way. +barrel spin up time reduced to 1.5 seconds - seconds in between each burst of fire is 0.27 -each burst only lasts for 2.7 seconds

1) the idea that drones do damage, has been around for a while among the amateur I&S makers, however, the point of the drone is to assist your own tank, not, for it to be a whole nother tank, no matter how you put it, and, a machinegun of that small size won't do a thing to a tank anyhow. 2) this will be added later as Hornet's overdrive 3)permanent speed boost? that just seems like another way to make buyers more powerful, and they would, again scientifically, run out. 4) everyone has that problem :P sometimes a battle is running smooth, and then another battle is just, terrible. that's probably because your (and my) PC is not that powerful. 5) this doesn't seem like a bad idea, needs working on, but since the new challenge system I've been playing more MM battles, so I think they should make it free-to-join a pro battle, but still need a pass to create.

if you want feedback, I'll review your ideas. your shaft alt: I like this one, but maybe only for sniping mode, as the reason why a sniper shot does more damage is a high caliber+higher speed, arcade shots seem to be of same caliber and weight, but less power, explaining why they lose effectiveness over range, think of it like the sledgehammer alt, they weigh the same as a sniper bullet, (which is pretty heavy) but don't use a lot of (gun)pow(d)er, so their effective range decreases. overall I like it, but only for sniper mode, well done. your isida alt: I just don't really understand it, what do you mean by "energy" and I don't really see that big of a good side to it to equalize the downsides your freeze alt: very well executed, I've seen people suggest similarly, but you did an excellent job explaining it and applying/formulating it, however, there is just the scientific problems I just have problems with xD, how does destroying a tank suddenly leavy an icy ground, if it didn't before? how does an icy ground literally damage a tank? and 2DPS seems very small, maybe have it a % of your turrets damage, so it will actually be effective on high-rankers when you have a high ranked freeze, because, I'm not going to notice 2 damage with my M4 titan xD your smoki alt: just sounds to OP, and a bit too much like incendiary rounds alt.

I didn't ask for this info nor do I understand how it is relevant. (it's like comparing apples and oranges) all alts are different, otherwise, there would only be one xD (A=A) its just what you're more comfortable with sacrificing for it.

that would just be to complex to remember what everything does and to come up with a completely new set of ODs, plus we have drones
