I could have told you that 2 years ago. I thought the same as you and bought a gaming computer with gaming keyboard and mouse. It was a set and everything came together in a big box, so I know all the equipment was compatible with each other. I spent all day doing updates, clearing out unwanted ads and programs, etc., etc. The following day, I went on tanki and had the same problems as I did with the old computer. I complained, explaining I had a new computer. The answer was to clear my caches and got a link for that. I was also told to use standalone player or client, which told me that tanki may have a problem running on browsers. Because of my type of business, I have to keep my computer squeaky clean. Regardless of what you tell the Mods, they still think we all have potato computers with maxed out caches. I stopped complaining about the lags, getting booted out, game freezing, etc. It has gotten a lot worse. It's like they are doing something to the game in the background that we don't know about and it's affecting the game. Are the Devs being completely honest with the Mods? Are the Mods being completely honest with the players? Sometimes I wonder.

If you have problems seeing the numbers, it's not your eyesight, exactly, it's you ability to distinguish colors. If you notice, to right of the numbers is a little box, almost the color of the black background, with a circle arrow in it. Hit that and it will come up with a new set of numbers in a different color background. I've had to use it on occasion and it doesn't affect your log in.

Please, anyone contemplating suicide or if you know of someone who is, look up the phone number for your local suicide prevention hotline. This is not a matter to be taken lightly nor one to joke around about.

I don't know if this is the stupidest, but it seemed very strange. Brest CTF blue. Wasp with Gauss guarding the flag. We were down by one flag and time was running out, so I didn't stick around long enough to see if he did any good. Obviously he got killed a few times.

It's been a long time since I've had to log in to the forums. Now I have to do it each time. Tankionline.com is on the exception list. I checked the list of cookies and Tanki is there. So, it does have permission. All I've had to do is click on which account I want to play with and type in the pass. The entire list is gone. Note: I just checked my bookmark for tanki. Somehow it got goofed up. It was sending me to the registration page. I've been using the same bookmark for months. Just now, I typed in tanki's address, selected it from the suggestion list. That took me to the homepage. I bookmarked it and renamed it so it would be different from the original bookmark. I clicked on the new bookmark and it took me to the homepage. I clicked out of that and clicked on the old bookmark. Now that takes me to the homepage and not the registration page like it used to. I don't know, I can't figure it out, but both bookmarks take me to the homepage, now.

I've been using Firefox lately. My login info isn't being saved even though I have "Remember me" checked. After logging in, I go directly to the lobby and completely skips the home page. I have to hit the red x to get to the home page. After logging in to Tanki and coming to the forums, I have to log in my info again with name, pass and numbers. Is this a Tanki problem or Firefox problem?

A few players have said that the only thing keeping them from going over to WoT is respawning. In WoT, once you're dead, you're dead. But you can either watch the rest of the battle in viewer mode or go back to the garage, grab another tank and enter a different battle.

That sux big time. But an imaginative way for the Devs to generate more money :angry:

Since you're only semi-retiring, then we'll still see you around in the forums occasionally. I've already semi-retired. I may be active in the forums, but I don't play very often. If I do it's only to play a couple battles, to do a mission or to finish one already started. I've moved on. I found another game to sink my money into. I can't afford to support two games.

I prefer the 2nd one. The 3rd one, though designed to make the flower the focal point, still makes my eye wander to the background, because my eye still wants to know what's there. In the 2nd one, my eye can wander to the background, I know what's there and now I can focus on the flower. The 1st one is still nice and I like all the colors surrounding the white one, like a frame. Because the white flower is in the foreground, my eye still focuses there. FYI: Pay more attention to what's in the background of your photo. What is that center right of the bottom flower between the white flower and the pink one? I was taking photos of my Mom's gardens. I wanted to get a little better angle and took a picture of my dog pooping way in the background. Ruined a perfect photo.

I'm sorry, I can no longer support Tanki as I used to. I haven't told anyone about this game is a few years, because I can't tout a game that I no longer believe in. There was a game I played for several years. About 10 years ago, the Devs came out with several massive updates, which didn't sit well with the vast majority of the players. Nearly half of the players quit and most of them were paying members. I was one of them. Two weeks ago, I went back to the game to see how it has turned out. I read in the forums that after the massive update, the Devs realized they made a terrible mistake. Three times, deadlines were not met because things were gelling. The third deadline, they decided to release the updates, even though it still wasn't quite right. They made a public forum announcement, apologizing to the the players for their ineptness. They took out what didn't work and applied new things that did work, or they brought back some of the old and integrated into the new. On top of that, they have implemented the Old School game just as it was "back then." You have a choice of playing either one. Something else they implemented is the player polls. Right now, there are some new features the Devs are brainstorming about. They explained in great detail what these features are and added a poll for players to vote on which features they want and don't want. They did the same thing when the game started going down the drain and made changes accordingly. Right now, they added a new feature into the game to let the players try it out. If they don't like it, then it will be taken out of the game. Because of the Devs honesty, integrity, willingness to admit they made a mistake and are willing to work with the players, instead of pushing updates on them, I rejoined the game Community and even took out a membership. I played it for two weeks before making that decision. Tanki Devs lack a lot of good qualities. Their attitude is: "Take what we give you and be happy you got it". "Bring back the old? Can't do it, it's been destroyed." "We don't make mistakes, so why should we admit to them?" "Apologies? For what? For making a great game even greater?" I can't afford to support two games, so guess what Tanki? You lose. You have lost my revenue. IF I'm still alive and kicking and IF I'm still interested in gaming and IF you have left an impression on me, then MAYBE I'll be back in 10 years to see how you are doing. Another one down; Another one gone; Another one bites the dust.

That would mean no one double checked, just like when they come out with some updates, no one double checks.

AlternativaPlatform is not mentioned in the EULA anymore. It's APL Publishing LLC. Are they both the same company? A few months ago, I made a blanket statement and one of the Mods corrected me by saying that there are two different teams working on the game. One team is working on HTML5 and the other team is trying to keep Tanki alive.

Over the short years, the Devs designed this game to prevent team work. I have no idea why they decided this would make everyone happy. Collect 50 Nuclear Energy supply boxes 1...I rarely see more than one in a battle 2...Players who already have a white star will be picking them up anyway, just like the ones who have a supply mission will pick up the box supply box even though they don't need it and will fight a team mate who is does need it. Use Overdrive 100 times 1...Provided they are on more winning teams than losing or blow outs Destroy 7,000 enemy tanks 1..That's discriminating against sniper weapons. I know for a fact I wouldn't get 7000 kills. Most times I'm lucky to get 3 or 4. I start the kills and my teammates finish them off. That's ok with me. Top 3 x 70 1...I have a top 3 x 15 challenge that's been there for over a month and you want me to do 70? Ain't happenin'. Cap 100 flags in CTF 1...Well, at least one game will be played according to the objective. 2...I'm a team supporter. I clear out the nest so my teammates can grab the flag. Why should I try to grab and cap a flag in my slow Titan when there are faster tanks who can do the job more effectively. Buy a Battle Pass to keep the paint. 1...That I can do. Tanki Devs are not interested in team play, team spirit.....team anything....... not like they used to. Players are individuals on a team and Tanki helped to develop that mindset. Looks like I'm out of this competition again. It's geared towards high achievers and those who have nothing but time on their hands to play the same game for hours upon hours. I'm not that person. Cologne CP blue. I was in the center courtyard changing the CP. Red enemy comes in and we are having 1v1. I was making points and suddenly, my shots were no longer being counted. I looked around and saw the spinning turrets. I clicked on the tab reload, but it was slow to respond. There was a slight "blip" on the screen and in the blink of an eye I was in blue base sitting on the CP in the same position I was in the courtyard. Then the reload finally kicked in. I was back in the same battle, but I didn't spawn. Instead, I was still sitting on blue CP in the exact same position as before. I couldn't move. Then came the black screen. I hit the tab reload and logged back in. I was back in the same battle and spawned in a legitimate respawn zone, but I still couldn't move. Hit reload tab again. I got back in the same battle for about 5 seconds. Game Over. Yes, I cleared the cache after the second reload. It didn't help at all.

I open them one at a time to make sure I'm getting the correct amount. I'm a little paranoid.

I have Titan M2 10/10. It still gets one shotted with full health.
