I had to look that up. Most of what we know about Russians is what we are fed on the local media. Same with the Russians. It's negative political propaganda. I have a soapbox full of this kinda stuff, but I won't pull it out.

It depends. As I said, I'll change to whatever module I'm the weakest against. I wish I could load protection against everything used in battle (don't we all?). If Thunder being used is a problem, I'll switch to it. But I've also been up against weak Thunders that took 3 shots to destroy me. Those are probably M0s. My Titan is an M2 with a few MUs. Believe it or not, I've been one shotted with full health by Railgun/Wasp and OD activated right after I respawned. I don't know what he had hidden in that turret, but he 2 shotted a Mammoth.

Research it. There are online programs that will turn your QWERTY keyboard to any language you want and still type as if you were typing in English on a QWERTY keyboard.

I have no idea. On one game I questioned it and was told (in a very tactful way) that the financial part of the game was none of my business. That was in my early gaming days. After that I never asked again on any gaming site.

Why is it: Some games can survive very well with players using in-game currency that is earned within the game to buy game items. Outside purchases can be made, but have very little advantages. Tanki, on the other hand, is dependent upon players making outside purchases and can't survive without it. Some games have set up market places where items can be bought and sold to other players using in-game currency and survive very well, but Tanki can't. I've played games where using real world money to buy game items was absolutely prohibited. All items have to be bought with in-game currency. But the game insures that the players earn enough to do that. I know, Tanki has contests, Gold Box drops, has increased individual crystals earned in battle, but it still depends upon real world money to survive. How can other games do all this and still survive, but Tanki can't? None of the games mentioned above don't allow advertisements on the game site. EDIT: One game I played several years ago allowed advertisements on their game site, but players were able to hide them, like an in-game ad blocker and players were not admonished for using that feature.

I think it's all political. What the Russians know about us is what they hear on their media. Same as Americans knowledge of Russians is what we hear on the media. And it ain't all good.

My combo is Vulcan/Titan. I use Fire module for obvious reasons. Magnum and Isida. Once I get into battle and see what is being used and which I'm the weakest against, I'll go to the garage and change, but keep Fire.

A very noobish team. You would think by the time players reached my rank, they would know how to play all game modes....You would think. Today I came in the middle of a CTF battle. The opposing team was very aggressive. Another player and I tried to guard the flag while the rest of the team....YES, the rest of the team was on the other side of the base playing TDM. The opposing team kept them busy while 3 Firebirds and a Freeze cook the two of us and froze us, then stole the flag. I checked the chat to get our team to help us, but it was all in Russian. Instead I said, "This is a noob team. You deserve to lose." I tried a few times to go for the flag, but without team support a Titan doesn't stand much of a chance, even with SB activated. I grabbed it a couple times, but was quickly neutralized. Why do players so often play TDM and ignore the objective? I've been in CP battles where all the cps were in the opposing team color and none of the other team bothered to change them. They go to the enemy base, play TDM, get killed, respawn and back to the enemy base, going right by and right through the cps, but never stopping to change them.

Are they members of the Community active on the forums but no longer go into battles?

They are privileged. They have their own forums, so you won't see them here. However, check out the Country Clubs, a few are there on occasion.

I'm sure somebody does. Maybe not in the Tanki Community, though. Where do I go to find the answers? How do I start my research?

As I understand it, there's more than one server. A player mentioned that he waited several minutes (I forget how many minutes) to enter a battle and inquired why it took so long. A Mod said that the MM was probably searching empty servers for a battle and told him to try again. So, there are more than one server and sometimes they are empty.

Why are these questions being ignored? I'm not complaining, I'm making some inquiries. Now the fourth time.

As I recall, that's our job, though we aren't getting paid for it. We are expected to video each and every battle to catch the hackers and then report them with the evidence. However, it's up to the Mod to determine if the evidence is substantial enough to pass on.

1 v 1 doesn't cause the lag that 8 v 8 can cause. Therefore, it doesn't exist. It has got to be all those outdated computers and players who don't know how to keep them clean (and I don't mean the outside of the case, either). We're all a bunch of little kids who don't know cow patties from Shinola.

I have Vulcan M2, Titan M2 and Fire protection M2 and I still burn up. If I make a kill before burning up, the after burn will take care of what's left of my HP. If I survive the afterburn and my RK is in cool down, I either have to put myself out there to get killed or hide until my RK is ready. I have absolutely no luck at all in DM. My kills are constantly being stolen or Freeze comes up behind me, my quarry leaves and I'm a dead tank.

Okay, you made a point I didn't think of. On the Brigadier account, the Badger is M0 10/10. I can't buy M1 anymore. I just ranked up. I hadn't played that account in quite awhile and it went right past me.

I don't think the Devs actually play this game. They just throw something out there and hope for the best. I bet that pip-squeak CEO doesn't have an account, either. I think the Devs are up against an impossible time constraint. If they haven't met their assigned goals by the end of the time period, the CEO tells them to throw in the game whatever they have, including the flaws, "...and do something that will make me some money!!" I think he's a Dictator wannabe.

I just went back to double check. On my Brigadier account it says: M0 = 15 proctection M1 = 15 protection M2 = 25 protection On my Colonal account it says: M0 =10 protection M1 = 25 protection M2 = 28 protection Does rank make that much difference? Why would you have less protection as you go up in rank?

This makes absolutely no sense: Badger (anti-freeze) M0 costs 5,000 crystals and gives 15 protection M1 costs 30,000 crystals and gives 15 protection M2 costs 100,000 crystals and gives 25 protection What gives? Why buy an M1 when you get the same protection as M0? As far as I can determine, all the other protections give a little more at M1. Why not Badger?
