My dogs when an opossum or an armadillo wanders into the yard. Even though they are in the house, they seem to hear them nosing around in the dirt. I know it's small animals, because my security lights don't come on. Or it could be furreal cats. Or possibly spooks from the cemetery behind me. First the barking is intermittent but quickly escalates. Then they run into the bedroom, jump on the bed, jump all over me and run to the back door. Rinse and repeat until I let them out. I can't go back to bed to sleep, because after they've chased the critter or spook out of the yard, they bark to come in. Sometimes this will happen a couple times at night. Sure, I can close the bedroom door, but that doesn't keep them from barking and body slam my door.

In Tanki, there is some skill involved, but very little. In a game where you only have one life to give, this forces you to develop skill to stay alive instead of pressing number keys. Tanki is a piece of cake compared to one life games.

I think all hulls and weapons should be reduced to M0s, all modules and alterations disabled. That way everyone will be on the same ground level...0, 0 and 0. You can still have rank separation because knowledge of the game can only be learned through experience. As you mentioned, supplies can be picked up and saved for future use. You said that supplies will be dropped at random locations. I assume that means there's no assigned drop zones as there are in battle. So players can't camp in a drop zone. However, I think that there should be one assigned drop zone inside the maze, but near the entrance. If tanks go in at timed intervals (maybe a green light to indicate the next player may enter) the first tank will pick up either a DA or a DD. After the first tank moves on, then another DA or DD will drop for the second player and so on. That way, each player will have at least one supply to start out with. What they do with that supply is up to the player. If a player tries to camp on that zone, the next will will not be allowed in. But if the camper stays in that area for more than 5 seconds, that player will be booted out of the maze and sent to the back of the line without the supply. Wait...a...moment...an idea is forming in my head.....wait. AHA!! Got it. As the tank enters the maze, you will see a barrier up ahead. A wall of fire? A wrought iron gate? A one way portal effect? After the one supply is picked up, the barrier will be lifted to allow passage, but will reactivate after the tank passes through. It's a one way barrier so players can't backtrack to pick up that supply. This game mode is becoming very complexed.

I think what he's trying to do is this: 1...Very Satisfied 2...Satisfied 3...Somewhat Satisfied 4...Dissatisfied 5...Very Dissatisfied He put the extra numbers in there for those who are wishy-washy about their vote.

I see this happen everyday. Even on my more advanced account. Players who have just respawned will actually fight a teammate with very little health left for the RK. It has happened to me a number of times. So, it's not just newbys doing it, it's seasoned players that do it, too, and they know better. Do you really think a message will make a difference? Majority of players will leave a RK at or near home base and they (we) didn't have a message. We learned by our mistakes, as they will, too.

I'm not picking anything. Just making an observation.

Just sit in the lobby and watch the 1v1 battles, you can see a lot of powerleveling, though there is no actual proof because there is no one to take a video or screen shots. That's one rule players get away with without being reported or banned, because you have to have proof. When you have 2 players at opposite ends of the rank limits and the lower rank is scoring BIG scores and the higher one sits at 0. Hummm makes me wonder. Wish I was a robot bug equipped with a camera.

auto balance of team limited only for parkour. This problem was addressed quite some time ago. I responded to it on my other account. But it's been so long ago, I don't remember the verdict. At the time, I was going to parkour to relax in a non-violent environment, to take a short break from battles. I'm not very good at parkour, but it was fun trying. I wondered why my K/D was so low, that was the reason. Now, I shy away from parkour or I just drive around and not try anything the may cause me to flip. Parkour is not a battle, essentially, it's trying out new tricks. Sometimes, when you log into a parkour an active battle is going on. But I still don't think K/D should count. You can't score, you can't rank up, you don't collect battle funds. All battle features are turned off, so why not K/D? K=Kills/D=Deaths. There are no kills so why are there deaths? Parkour Clans must have mighty low K/D rates. I'm sure that not all new tricks turn out right the first time, second time or the third time. Most parkour events require the landing tank to land on its tracks. That takes some practice.

I understand why it's listed with supplies, but it really isn't a supply. There is no other place available to store Gold Boxes. Containers aren't dropped, so they can't be listed with them under Special and they can't be listed with kits.

I don't know if this is the right place for this question or if it should be in Q&A. This has happened, recently, 3 times. OD is activated on me but no one on my team is in my vicinity. Industrial Zone twice. I was in blue team territory behind the blue containers, taking heavy fire. I had OD ready to be activated, but was waiting for the right time. I heard the OD activation sound and thought I had activated mine accidently, but my white star was still there. I knew some of my teammates were inside the building. Is it possible one of my teammates activated their own and the effect came through the wall? Industrial Zone again. I was in red territory near the tower where the flag is. We (blue) stormed red territory in two groups. The group I was in attacked the area where the flag normally is and the other group attacked in the area of the tunnel. I was the only one left in my group. I had already used my OD. Someone in the group I was attacking activated his OD and at the same time, the supplies appeared over my tank. I didn't last much longer. As I was being sent back to base to respawn, I caught a aerial view of the playing field. I didn't see anyone from my team. How is that possible? Third time was on Noise. I was on blue team with the flag sitting under the ramp close to the bottom of the ramp, rather than the edge of the map. The snipers from above couldn't get me there. A teammate was sitting near the edge. My OD hadn't reloaded, yet. I heard the OD activation sound and saw the supplies over my tank. I looked over at my teammate, but I saw it wasn't him. Some of my teammates were going up the ramp. Is it possible that someone on the ramp activated their OD and somehow I benefited from it?

I know Uber. I had surgery and couldn't drive. I tried Uber for the first time and was very unsatisfied with them. The drivers are independent, Uber is only a way of contacting a driver. Occasionally, the driver came on time. Usually, they were much later and sometimes didn't show up at all. Two very frustrating situation was I had a Doctor's appointment..follow up on my surgery. Uber driver didn't show. I called the company to find out why. The company called me back and said that the driver had quit for the day. I had to reschedule the appointment. A different Doctor's appointment. I was the last patient of the day. The driver that took me there asked what time should he pick me up. I told him, he didn't show up. Two of the Nurses tried for over an hour to get a ride for me. Finally, one of the Nurses took me home. Uber does not have a very good reputation in this area. It's too much of a hit and miss operation.

I read a theory once stating that we are the original Martians. Mars was once a beautiful planet with much to give. We used up all of its resources...all that it had to give....to the point that it could no longer support our species. Which coincides with another theory that Adam and Eve of the Christian Bible (other religions have a similar story) were survivors of the Mars apocalypse. There's a whole lot more about these theories. This is just a nutshell. Now, we are doing the same thing to this planet. When we use up all the resources planet Earth has to offer, then we will, again, take to space flight, colonize another planet and do the same. I'm not saying I believe all this, it's just theories with no actual proof just assumptions.

Another useless item. We have paint to make tanks look unique or to make a statement. "I want polka dots" "I want stripes" "I want squiggly things" "I want movement" "I want an array of colors" "I want hearts" "I want flowers" Etc, etc, etc. Now you want the tracks to have dots, stripes, array of colors to match the tank? Or hearts paint and heart track pattern? Who cares about the tracks. When I'm fighting the enemy, I may notice the paint, but that's not my concern. I'm even less interested in what their tracks look like. Are those who buy them going to flip so everyone who happens along can see their tracks? "Man, I think I'll just lay here upside down for a minute so everyone can see my cool tracks." Sounds to me more like players with money burning a hole in their pocket and can't wait to spend it. I agree, but that doesn't really answer my question. What do eSports players have that most of us don't? I'll take my situation as an example: Tanki was playing fine for a long time. One day, I logged in and the lag was so bad, the game was absolutely unplayable. FPS was 0-5 (approximately). The forum was teaming with complaints. We were told, it's not Tanki, so it's got to be your computer...clear your browser. I did all that and the game was still unplayable. Admittedly, I had an old computer with a short memory span. Essentially, it was designed to browse the web and send emails, very basic. I took my computer to a friend whose job is computer repair (his business and he was (still is) the only employee). He told me the computer had no memory left. He loaded all my important files on to a disk and wiped the computer clean then reinstalled the factory files and settings. I came to Tanki and it was nearly unplayable. The FPS went up to around 10. Thinking my computer was so old and outdated, I spent the extra money (about $500.00 more than I could comfortable afford). Came to Tanki and it was still lagging very badly. My conclusion was, it's not my computer. However, on eSports, not one player was lagging. There were still many players complaining. Much more than there is now. My computer Geek friend is a big time gamer. He wanted to make sure he didn't have any lag and built his own. I logged on to Tanki using his computer. There was still a lot of lag, not quite as much as on mine. We both have the same ISP. Then one day, after a very long break, I logged on to Tanki and, magically, the lag was gone. Recently, I've noticed a new lag (for me anyway). If i turn my turret to look around the corner for an enemy tank I know is there, I turn the corner and start shooting. But my turret is stuck in the peeking-around-the corner mode. Just for a split second, but that split second is a deadly one. A few days ago, I was watching eSports on YouTube. As before, no one was lagging. So, are you saying that all the eSports participants have very high end computers that are guaranteed, somehow, never to lag? I watched several eSports tournaments streaming live. No one lags, no one is rubberbanding (which is mostly because of the internet connection caused by the router or the IP connection of which the player has very little control), staring at walls, tanks spinning turrets for a second or two immediately after respawning (another new one I had never seen before) dropping flags, etc. Speaking of dropping flags, that was a huge issue a short while back that players were complaining about. Another case of...it's not Tanki so it must be your computer (the drill). Now, I rarely see it. Did everyone get new computers? Get new routers? Change ISPs? In eSports, are all the participants scrutinized about their computer's performance, their ISP connection, the type of router they are using, to insure no one lags? Do participants have to submit their computer's specs to make sure they meet with Tanki's specifications? There is a reason why eSports participants don't lag, but we do. I find it hard to believe that all the participants have very high end gear.
