I agree with the suggestion of having 2 combos since we won't be able to pick and choose maps. My main combo is Vulcan/Titan but it's difficult to use on small maps where I'm more likely go get trapped. Vulcan's rotation while firing is very slow. It's faster when not firing, but by the time it starts shooting again, I'm dead by fire or freeze. In DM, most of my kills are stolen because it takes so long for a kill. So, for DM and small maps I use Firebird/Viking. Unfortunately, since we won't be able to choose maps, we won't know which combo to use until we are logged into the battle. On top of that, since the battles are only 10 minutes long, that's more time wasted. I can see where many players will log into a battle with the wrong combo and instead of changing turret/hull, they will log out and try again later.

I was a kid before the electronic age. TV had 4 channels and was on between 6 am and midnight. After midnight, nothing but white noise. No computers, no cell phones, no electronic games. The town had a 10 pm curfew for kids under the age of 18. A friend couldn't sleep because of personal problems and snuck out of the house to mine. He tapped on my window to wake me up around 1 am and said he needed to talk. We went for a walk in the cool morning air and got picked up by the police. Our parents were called to come pick us up. I was grounded for a week with no visitors. We played boring games by today's standards, like: Tag, Hopscotch, Mother May I, Simon says (not the electronic game), Fly Ball-Ground Ball, Hide and Seek, Kickball, most all games were group games played outside. We climbed trees, spit watermelon seeds to see who could spit them the furthest. Took turns churning the ice cream maker....by hand. We would lay in the grass looking up at the sky, trying to see shapes in the clouds. We'd go on bike rides together and ride for miles....and didn't notice the distance. When the sun started getting low in the sky, we turned around and went home for supper. We went fishing in a lake or a stream and swam in the local swimming hole. Once a week was family night. Kids stayed home to spend quality time with their parents. Sometimes it was called family game night. We played card games, board games or just sat and talked about....whatever. Parents got to know their kids and kids got to know their parents. Boring? We didn't think so. We had fun in the sun, rain, snow...weather didn't stop us. We got lots of exercise and loved it.

I'm not sure. I saw it a few times and added it to look smart.

I'm not in a clan, not interested in joining one, not able to dedicate the time. I'll sit this one out.

I hate it when they do that. Get past 2 + 2 = 22 and I'm lost.

No, it didn't. From the time I was booted until I was back in the lobby was less than 30 seconds. No lag when it happened. I don't know the exact FPS or PING, but it's always within acceptable range. First time it happened, I was just killed by Firebird. The camera went up, viewing the battle ground and then black screen. Second time, I was changing the color of a CP. Suddenly black screen. Third time, I was going head to head with another Vulcan. We died at the same time. My tank went ghostly for a split second, then black screen.

This morning, I joined a battle and was booted out 3 times. Each time I reloaded the tab and instead of going back into the game, I was sent back to the lobby. I was able to join the same team, but my score and crystals were lost. I know it's not my cache. I dump those once a week and did it night before last. I have never had this problem before. Yes, I've been booted out of a battle, but I was always sent back into the battle, not back to the lobby. What gives?

You absolutely must do as your Doctor says. A fractured hip is serious business. If it heals wrong it can affect you for the rest of your life....throw your balance off, cause back pain (spasms) and the possibility of having a repair job in the future. Don't mess with it. If you can't start the season with your team, at least you can go to the practices, listen and observe. It might be possible that you can join a little later. If not, then help your team by giving your replacement some good pointers. Don't be hateful, jealous, or be too critical of him, but be a good sport about it and give good constructive criticism. After all, it's for the team....Right? It sounds like your replacement is a benchwarmer. Maybe all he needs is a chance to prove himself. You don't know, maybe he has a problem with self esteem and you could be the catalyst to help him jump start himself on improving that. As my Dad (R.I.P.) used to say, "Ya never know."

I took the typing test on the website you suggested. My keyboard was not intended for fast typing. The keys require a hard touch and the spacebar even harder. But I still came out with 31 wpm Accuracy: 96.4% Time: 1:44 Most of the errors was because of the spacebar. Another problem with this keyboard is when I press "a" the "q" prints, too. Never had those problems with any other keyboard.

Are the Russian servers getting the same updates? I've been in many Russian battles where the weaker team is kept in the lead until the last 5 mins and then the stronger team overtakes the weaker one. There goes that strategy. Now, the stronger team will have to be determined within the first 5 mins of the battle. A player mentioned earlier that only noobs join a losing team. That's not always true. If the score is close and the only opening is on the losing team, I'll join it if I think I can make a difference. But if there is a big gap, there is usually a reason for that. Either the other team has a load of Magnums or the losing team is playing TDM on CTF, RGB, ASL (leaving the base uncovered and not caring that the other team is making points), and CP. I cannot carry a team by myself in those modes. Although on rare occasions that strategy worked. While the team was keeping the enemy busy, I racked up CP points and capped a few flags.

Does it really matter whether I complained back then or now? I guess it doesn't matter since it's suppose to be that way. I would have gotten the same answer then as I did now...."It's not a bug." After I made the inquiry, I went back to the lobby and clicked on CTF. Barda RGB was there and on all the other battle modes. i clicked on RGB and of course Barda is there as it should be. I went back to CTF and Barda RGB was gone and was gone from the other battle modes. Just now, I went into the lobby to play some TDM and there was Barda RGB back again and in all the other battle modes, too. I clicked on RGB, but didn't play, then checked the other battle modes and Barda RGB is gone. I played a TDM on Osa. After the battle was over, I went back to the lobby to play CTF and there was Barda RGB again. If this is normal and not a bug, then the Devs put it in there for a reason. What is that reason? In neither News and Announcements nor any of the V-Logs have I seen anything mentioned about this. No one has said, "We have added a new feature, it's called the misplaced battle. When you click on a game filter and you see a battle mode that shouldn't be there, that's the new feature. It is not a bug. We did that intentionally. Give us your feedback on this new update."
