Height with Twins can be used well, but my point is that it is normally less helpful than helpful, IMO. I'm a Dictator-over-Viking user forever too, but I've never got on with Twins when using Dictator. As for Isida with Dictator, I agree with you, I think its one of the best combinations in Silence that you can get in the game.

Even though no-one may have been able to complete the TDM task (AFAIK), the quality of videos has been impressive. I'd say Darthvader's entry is currently the best out there, due to the tactics he involves, and the incredibly efficient way he survives with Railgun-Hornet in such an open area of Rio.

It can be done, but I disagree. It is not perfectly suited. Dictator just makes Twins more awkward than it should be. It is rare for a Dictator to be better than a Viking with Twins; if ever.

I just thought Id mention one extra consideration regarding the topic. At low ranks, players are less aware as they have to focus more on their own driving as they are less accustomed with the game. This means Shaft has an advantage because players move (generally speaking) in straight lines, enabling far easier shot-making. This is why Shaft is particularly good at low ranks - and less effective at high ranks, due to more skilful opponents. Makes a big difference. Shaft is much much harder to weald effectively at the top ranks.
