I can assure you this draw was not rigged. Simply because an administrator was there does not, in any form or way, mean there was some behind-the-scenes involvement that took place. I repeat, this was a draw that was orchestrated by a bot. There is no way you can manually be selective of who gets to win and who gets nada.

The clan system works the same way it has before. There's simply some extra features now that you must pay to use. It's understandable to have these features (such as switching the Supreme Commander to another user) are safeguarded behind a paywall, as people will be changing clan leadership every other day - which is problematic. Same goes for having extra member slots, a Supreme Commander must be certain they want/need to add an extra slot to their clan before doing it. Otherwise, everyone would just get these slots for no reason other than to simply have it.
