I like the update. Makes Thunder (and soon, Vulcan and Smoky) realistic. Also, they are meant to be mid-ranged turrets, so the update further emphasizes that fact as it makes it harder to hit targets at long range. I agree, the moment a nerf is announced, no matter which game it is, everyone just goes ahead and fears for their life and blames the devs on killing something.

How about slowing down the rotation speed when you are locking onto an enemy?
-
Yes, I use the accelerator on all MM battles. Just highlight a piece of text and click the "quote selection" button the pops up It all comes down to how the player uses the turrets. Yeah, but even if you deal like 1 damage to an enemy nearby the intended target, when your teammates kill that enemy, you'll get exp for assisting the kill.

You'll never know when the splash damage will come in handy. Also, the splash radius of twins is 3 meters, which is a diameter of 6 meters, which is comparable to the size of viking from head to tail. Its pretty decent.
-
I agree!
-
I don't really care about Twins' self-damage, its not really that big of a deal unless you're on the following maps: Island and Ping Pong. Same here! The splash is great for the new Siege mode and when gold boxes drop.

Thermite Rounds (Gauss) Unlocked at the rank "Warrant Officer 5" The high power round is replaced with a less penetrative, thermite round. Upon exploding, will ignite all enemies in the explosion radius. When firing a shot in sniping mode, all enemies hit will be ignited at 50% the max temperature. Sniping damage reduced by 40%. Reload after the sniping shot increased by 10%. Impact force reduced by 50%. Ballista Rounds (Gauss) Unlocked at the rank "Lieutenant General" The high power round is replaced with an extremely powerful tungsten round. These shots will not explode, but will intensely compromise one's armor. One would have to keep a steady foot when firing these rounds. Sniping damage increased by 100%. Impact force increased by 70%. No self-damage. Recoil increased by 50%. No splash damage. Charge during sniping mode increased by 100%. Reload after the sniping shot increased by 25%. Heat-Seeking Rounds (Gauss) Unlocked at the rank "Master Sargent" Players who are not experienced sharpshooters will greatly appreciate this alteration. Adds an heat-sensor on the regular rounds that causes them to curve towards the nearest enemy, but at the same time reduces their explosiveness. Regular shots will gradually curve towards enemies at an angle of 2 degrees as they travel, horizontally and/or vertically. Splash radius of regular shots decreased by 50%. "Viking" Barrel (Gauss) Unlocked at the rank "Major" Retrofitting the barrel with Viking's Berserk Reactor allows the turret to considerably increase its firing rate. Additionally, the reactor stabilizes the damage, removes all the components needed for a charged shot, and slows down the turret's rotation speed. Reload speed decreased to 0.7 seconds. Removes sniping ability. Rotation speed reduced by 35%. Rotation speed further reduced by an additional 20% when firing. Only does the minimum damage. Range of max damage reduced to 50 meters (all modifications).

Bombardment (Magnum) Unlocked at the rank "Brigadier" Loads the barrel with three explosive shells at once. Shells have an unpredictable flying path and require extra time to reload, but you're enemies will be in for a storm. Magnum fires three shells per shot - Overall damage output by the shells is 300%. Shells will travel in a 20 degree angle cone of the turret. Reload time increased by 2 seconds.

FYI: I haven't read anyone's suggestions, so if it seems like I stole your idea, I'm sorry. These are improvements I would want to the clan system: Allow players in the clan to request and donate supplies to one another. And maybe give a crystal reward to players who donate, like 10 crystals per supply increase the maximum amount of players to 20. Although not everyone may be able to participate in a clan battle, most of the time, only a few players are online at the same time anyway. Allow members to receive a crystal reward each day depending on their clan position (Must participate in at least one MM battle during the 24-hour time period from server restarts). Supreme Commander; 1000 crystals Commander; 725 crystals Officer; 550 crystals Sargent; 400 crystals Veteran; 275 crystals Private; 175 crystals Novice; 100 crystals Allow members to receive a weekly tankcoin reward (must participate in at least 10 MM battles during that week). Supreme Commander; 50 tankcoins Commander; 35 tankcoins Officer; 25 tankcoins Sargent; 20 tankcoins Veteran; 15 tankcoins Private; 10 tankcoins Novice; 5 tankcoins Allow players who are in clans to receive one extra star whenever they finish a MM battle. Allow clan leaders (Supreme Commanders, Commander, and Officers) to buy crystals, tankcoins, or supplies for their clan members.

Multi-Beam Generator (Isida) Unlocked at the rank "General" Allows the turret to hit multiple enemies or allies (or both) at the same time. Base damage is increased, but the damage and healing is divided among each of the targets. Isida can hit up to five targets at once. Damage per second increased by 5%. When hitting 2 targets, the damage/healing is reduced by 50%. When hitting 3 targets, the damage/healing is reduced by 66%. When hitting 4 targets, the damage/healing is reduced by 75%. When hitting 5 targets, the damage/healing is reduced by 80%.

Should Incendiary Mix and Corrosive Mix equal parameters?
Tanker-Arthur replied to TheCongoSpider in Archive
It costs more because it boosts Firebird's damage by 50%. Corrosive Mix only boosts Freeze's damage by a mere 5%, but its enough to make its damage match Firebird's Incendiary Mix alt. -
Attention Parkourists! Your chance to roll back to Wasp Mk1

Its amazing there hasn't been a reply to people's questions on whether or not refunds will be given. -
In my opinion, we do not need a new hull. Also, why name it Ares? It doesn't fit into the current name system for hulls: Light hulls are named after insects (Wasp, Hornet). Medium hulls are named after human occupations (Hunter, Viking, Dictator). Heavy hulls are named after words that describe something of massive size or quantity (Mammoth, Titan). If it were up to me, I would name the new hull Goliath, or Colossus.

I believe I already posted in this forum (or something similar) Anyways, here's my current activity status: Started in Fall of 2014 Stopped in 2015 Played sparingly in 2016 Started to play actively in 2017-2018 Now I play sparingly in 2019 (Reason: Removal of Daily Mission Chains made the game unorganized for me - I always opened my container rewards every Friday)

i started a failure topic called "Is Tanki the best video game?" here's the REAL version

The only game in the poll I have ever played is Tanki. :D -
Can you buy crystals for me? My password is CuulTancer149.

Gauss Alteration: Electromagnetic Pulsing Shells Pros: The sniping shot stuns all enemies in its radius for 0.75 seconds. Upon the removal of the stunning effect - all enemies shot are forced to reload their turrets (Twins will be unaffected by this) Cons: Reload after firing the sniping shot is increased 100%.

The thread turned out to be a thread of fabric, and all the bacteria on it was eaten by the sheep.
