I was in 6th grade and the technology class was my last class of the day. During dismissal, I saw a guy from the robotics club or something go into the classroom and logged onto the school computer. He played Tanki and I watched and thought it was a pretty cool game XD. Also....starting from when I was in 9th grade, Tanki and every game except the Cool Math Games website was blocked on school computers.

One good thing about the armor-piercing status effect is that it allows Railguns to actually do something in MM battles now. Also, interestingly, I like how my Smoky does like 500 damage per shot, while my Railgun only does around 300-700 per shot cause everyone uses Railgun Modules and Double Armor constantly. (Both are MK7 by the way).

It annoys me when I'm shooting someone with my Firebird, they use a Repair Kit, and they still die 1 second later (Not from afterburn, but from me still shooting them). Idk why, it gets on my nerves. -
[Review] The Tesla Turret (Developer’s Corner #2)
Tanker-Arthur replied to Viking4s in Writers' Corner
I always knew Tanki would add some type of true Electric weapon eventually. My 2017 dream finally came true XD. On the other note, I'm sad that it's confirmed when Tanki will release this, only those that pay real money can obtain it for the first week or two. I miss 2016 and 2017 where we got to try Striker and Magnum instantly. -
A bunch of games I play usually do this like once or twice a year.
-
Nice! I'm gonna turn my Striker MK3 into MK7!

You're welcome! ??

Technically, in 2017, that was when I was most active for the joy of it. The mission chains and such made the game fun so I spent like an hour a day doing them, at night cause that was the only time my internet was fast enough to load Tanki. To me, "casual" means to do something when you have the time to do it and there's nothing left to do that's more important. Maybe because I'm not a "pro" player and I tend to get exp slower than others? I don't usually go for flags, balls, or juggernauts.

I agree. Also, friends tend to have better communication with one another, either by talking in real life or using a calling app, while everyone else has to use the in-game chat.

It's a good idea, but keep in mind, larger groups mean longer matchmaking wait times. The system has to find a battle where there are still 5 or 6 spots still open on a team for a group to join. Additionally, the current algorithm tends to put two groups on opposing teams of a match, and with larger groups, it's harder to find other groups of 5-6 players waiting for a battle at a similar rank.

Oh yeah, Magnum's normal splash radius is 20 meters. This means it's normal diameter is 40 meters. As a size reference, Viking is just slightly longer than 5 meters.

Oh.. Well in my opinion, if I don't spend more than 2 hours a day playing tanki, I'd consider myself a casual player.
-
I started in 2014 and played for about an hour a day, I sparsely logged on in 2015, in 2016 and 2017, I spent my late nights doing missions, in 2018, I played about 1-2 hours a day, in 2019, I sparsely logged on and played for a few hours each month, and in 2020, I logged in for a bit earlier this year and stopped till this summer, when I played a few missions each week, and now I'm back since October to do my 3 missions each day.

Hello lol.

The new generation is spoiled lol. They get tons of free paints and augments while the old and mid generation players had to earn them. Also they don't know what a "balanced" Tanki felt like And they rank up too fast XD. Took me 6 years of casual playing to reach the rank of Marshal. And now....I'm about to become a Commander, even though I just became Marshal around a month ago.

Ohhh, I never even knew about the score part lol

valid Idea to improve Juggernaut's Overdrive
Tanker-Arthur replied to JustBlackWolf in Ideas and Suggestions
Agreed. Also, on a personal note, I love it so much when an enemy Juggernaut that has been harrassing my team's Juggernaut for half the match, ends up losing his footing and flipping. -
Two things I have to say about Ares: 1. Not enough people use it's overdrive to heal teammates. 2. Not enough people use it's overdrive to make attacking teammates invincible (just fire your ball towards your enemy's flag and have a teammate move along the ball) ?.

OHHHHHH. XD

I'm honestly hyped for the turret. Since 2017, I've always wanted a true electric-themed turret to be added in the game. I hope it won't take a year and a half to be added like it took for Ares :|

valid Idea to improve Juggernaut's Overdrive
Tanker-Arthur replied to JustBlackWolf in Ideas and Suggestions
You can disable the auto-self destruction by going to the settings. This is honestly too overpowered. If the Juggernaut flips because of bad driving, it's the jugger player's fault for dooming their team. If the Juggernaut flips cause the enemy team flipped them, than the enemy team's work shouldn't be undone. Deliberately flipping someone in Tanki has been a non-violating strategy since the game was released. -
Now I no longer have to waste 5 seconds of battle to full screen. Thanks!! ?

The idea is nice.
