Tanki is a progress game, it depends in your progress. I think the best rank spreads should be from 3 ranks higher and lower than you. Thats means a 6 ranks difference between the highest and lowest rank. If you saved your crystals and bought an Mk5 Kit at WO5, you should enjoy with your new combo against your peers at WOs. Not putting you directly to play with Majors.. I think this is a good balance, and I think Legends should be played with Lieutenant-General (3 stars), but they should make Mk7 items available to buy with crystals at this rank. If a Legend with lower GS than 7K this is his problem, he should upgrade his garage to be a competitive. I think 8K and more for a Legend is too easy for any player.. I have a 7.5K GS in general between all of my equipment, but that's because I have a variety of Turrets/Hulls, but if I focused in one combo I can get a good GS at my rank. I remember when I was WO3/WO4 I bought an M2 Freeze-Hornet Kit, and I was a very strong and I enjoyed really with it. I can't imagine if they punished me and putted me with Majors as I saved my crystals and became stronger.

I think yes Viking is the stabiliest hull in the game, because it's a wide and has low profile and centered turret place. I think if any hull had its OD like Hornet in example, it will flipped easily by the recoil. But Viking is a very stable so Tanki gave it this OD.. See my video now a quick comparison in TTT, though true this is just a random mechanics by developers and it isn't real and maybe very old (2015), but it gives you a good concept about the viking's shape. I hoped if I test it in Test server for a more real comparison, but it's closed now. To be honest, I tried my best to flip Viking as I tried to flip every other hull, but I failed. I even after I finished editing my video I re-opened the program to flip it again to check but I failed, till I found a way to flip it because the stupid mechanics of the program. This is all I talk about stability in the ground, but for sure nowadays with the light weight for Viking its aim is a really abused by any single hit that easily turn your aim. But I mean in general it's stable in the ground. EDIT: Oh guys, I hope no one saw the video's description, now I noticed it.. It was an old saved video description from 2017 and I forgot to remove it.

One day I was thinking why Premium account that gives 20% (or 15% I don't remember) protection against all of the turret isn't accessible by free players. I was seeing this contradict their assumes of that everything could be reached by free players, though that protection wasn't in my cares and I see it's useless, but I just wonder why it wasn't accessed by f2p. Lol this when I was innocent, now we have crucial and more important things that aren't accessible by f2p players like Hulls Augments - EMP Gauss / AP Turrets - Crisis drone.

This is why players gets bored and leaving Tanki Most of my lefts from Tanki was just because I get hard missions and I'm too lazy to finish them so I delay it to another day and the another day I'm being too lazy also as it's just a boring routine and I know I will raise my pressure while I'm trying to finish the longy mission.. thus day after day and maybe weeks crosses without playing. -
About my post, I don't think the Overdrive star indicator is a useful here. As in the big maps they're many Vikings and the mostly in their teambase with Thunder just grinding kills and defending the flag, once you expose yourself you just get a directly hit by their ODs and for sure you couldn't see the indicator as they're too far.

Viking OD isn't OP, but what is the problem? ? The big maps now in MM like Berlin and many other maps, allows Vikings to be 4 or more per battle.. So instead of in the past you die by one Viking OD or two and you can complete your way as their OD charging is pretty slow.. Now you get death by FOUR Vikings ODs in a row consecutively as the maps are bigger and they're more popular. Yes Vikings ODs are in a disadvantage with the pretty slow reload, but when they use it they're a truly unbeatable. I think the OD need to be changed to another one, to be a balanced not a too long waiting time nor a directly killing you. By the way, stupidly Viking OD doesn't work with some turrets/augments.. Like Plasma-Torch for Rico, or AC for Smoky, or a weak with some turrets like with Shaft or Striker or Vulcan.. And an extremely OP with LCR Railgun.

When I play in MM I use my most OP equipment, I haven't think one day to unequip it.. When I want to play a battle I try to use my most OP equipment, now I have upgraded my Hopper Mk7 7/20. And I will use it whenever I see it's an appropriate battle for it.. I couldn't imagine one day I intentionally choosing my weak equipment to compete in battles..! Balance is up to developers not to us But what anger me is who uses the strongest OP equipment in 1v1 situations?or a creative pro-battle maps that have some players with a moderate equipment. I couldn't swallow and imagine how when I collides in a fight against someone in Parkour how he just directly switch to Heavy Weight and EMP Gauss and Defender/Booster, leaving for me a Zero chance to fight. Neither I can put a Mines as I EMP'ed nor I can shoot him easily as I'm in Parkour and my recoil hurt me and his impact force also, though he isn't affected neither by his recoil neither my impact force. -
I don't think Viking's OD is OP than we just use it as an example of how ODs are just a not skill-based, and I think it's the most suitable OD for this example.. You just have to press SHIFT and you guaranteedly destroyed your enemy. Even if you can't use the OD more than once per-battle, it still a valid example about one-press (SHIFT) kill. You couldn't exploit our discussion against Viking to promote your Hopper here

True, Striker have no-distance penalty like Thunder and faster reload with 0.5s. But Thunder have higher damage with a decent splash-damage radius compared to Striker. Ok obviously from the comparison Thunder is stronger than Striker in regular mode. But we don't have to forget that Striker can do Salvo, so it's balanced turret imo. Salvo can do an average of 3550 damage, this is a very huge amount of damage with a splash-damage (compared to Shaft) and higher damage than Shaft. This huge amount of damage shouldn't be that easy... By the way the extraction of this combination of weak regular shots and a pretty hard Salvo rockets that mostly doesn't happen made the turret is pretty useless and it all back to your personal opinion to use it or not. But the one who really needs the change is the Gauss not the Striker.. Gauss has outclass Striker in many of the sides with OP advantages that all are summary in huge splash-damage. And we all couldn't forget the farce that happened with Gauss and Hornet OD when it can one-shot up to 8 players with its hugely splash-damage radius.

I agree and as I said to you before in your topic Ultra Containers are a farce LOL.. When you hear UC you think like a high chance and higher rewards, but you realize that UC is exactly the same with regular Containers but with one or two items in Exotic rarity. So you have to know that you always get 125 Mines, like in regular Containers ?

A free to play players asking for a buff to OP items like EMP Gauss because they just get them from Containers.. While if they haven't get them they will sink the forum with their tears asking for a nerf on them. Lack of integrity, you must to have a real opinion that not depends on what you have or use. I use Scout Railgun and I see it's OP and I even criticize it after I get it as it ruined the game and affected me also by its players, I want the game to be a viable to play and a real balanced for all. This will make the game more vibrant, not just a pure OPs. I wasn't see Hornet's OD as OP, but after I entered the forum and I saw others opinions and I saw how I'm colliding with the facts I just changed my opinion after that, and considered it as OP and even criticized it because I really want the game to be balanced and it hurt me also by the other Hornets. Though it's my favorite hull But I don't see this thing with the Free to play players who bought Hopper and liked it or who have get a pure OP Augment from Containers.

I hate when Free to Play players asking for a buffs to an OP Augments they use because they get them from Containers, while if they haven't get them they will cry here in the forum with complaints as it's OP. I hate the lack of integrity in evaluation the things depends on their situation?

This will make it the most OP Augment more than EMP Gauss even... Magnum doesn't have to lock on the players, it can just shoot random shots in the ground and apply its splash-damage. Magnum doesn't have to be a precise, many times I stole the flag I got killed by Magnums because they just shot randomly around me even without direct touch and I get destroyed directly. Not like Railgun or Gauss that I can run from them as they need to hit me not the ground nears me.... heeey don't let me to complete writing to even consider Magnum as OP more than Gauss

Tanki isn't a PUBG or Fortnite that everyone is equaled to another and balanced 100%. Nope Tanki is a progress game, you have to rank up and gather more crystals to upgrade your equipment. So this is why we play and ranking up every time. If Tanki was balanced 100% and everyone is equal to another the game will be sucks with no fun, and I don't think I will complete many years playing as the play will be meaningless. We all start weak and grew up to the higher ranks to be an average-strong players. Also you talked about skills while you haven't mentioned disabling Overdrives, while they're the most game-breaker happened in Tanki ever. For me I couldn't play a battle without supplies activation, the game is too slow and cold without them.. Look at Pro-battles with no-supplies, they last forever to end they're grinding of time.. Supplies are no-more a character for buyers, now every f2p player can get a decent amount of them.. And if you play regularly and using your supplies from containers and weekly containers you can get the amount that is enough for you to use them in the rest of the week. Also you said we all play with Mk1 equipment, really !!!! Mk1 is a really sucks??

EMP Gauss - Crisis Drone - A bunch of Augments for Railgun - A bunch of Augments for Smoky - All of AP Augments, Aren't available except via containers.. So yes when I open Containers I expect a rewards in one of them as they're not accessible from any other way than Containers. I won't care about my bad luck in Containers if these items were available with crystals for F2P (whatever the prices they were).

I remember in 2015 and before, though of the complaints by me about the P2W (and I was right)... I was compliment the game a lot also in that time, as it differ from many games as it has only one currency "Crystals". I was compliment the game between my friends, that whatever the game is a P2W or not, we only have one currency not like many games who have a 2 currencies one is easy to obtain and the seconds is extremely hard to obtain like CoC and I respect this thing from Tanki. And to be honest that thing was must to be respected and was one of the most Tanki characters, that we only have one currency and everything is a directly obtainable. And I remember SemyonKirov said in 2014 that "The character in Tanki that distinguish it from most of other games, that every player can reach the highest thing in Tanki even without paying". But now we have 2 currencies Crystals&Tankoins, now Tanki is no differ from any other game. An easy obtainable currency "Crystals", and a very hard to obtain "Tankoins".. And even the worst thing that there are a things that are only obtainable with Ultra Containers.. Though the very low percentage of getting them by the limited UC, they at least left a last string for the foolis* players who love to beat the drum and fighting against anyone who said Crisis drone or EMP Gauss isn't an obtainable by F2P.. So they're fighting us always that they're obtainable, though I'm myself Asem, haven't get neither Crisis or Gauss EMP though I hope to get them both..! But what I can do with those players? Should I consider it's an obtainable for me?

LOL, your rewards also are bad.. But you just considered them as a high rewards. What you get! An Augment..? Crisis drone..? A hot skin..? 100K crystals..? You get Premium and one Coinboxes (10), and you mostly get in average of 50 tankoins from those 10 coinboxes. You both get a bad rewards, but the difference MysticBlood is more realistic and you're something positive. Though he reported me one day

Agree, Gauss is purely OP and have wrecked Striker in every side. But I strongly disagree that Striker is balanced because of protections, when we want to talk about the balance we shouldn't take the protections into account. Every turret has a 50% protection against it, so they're all equal. But the difference is the people preferences of using protections, we don't have to interrupt in that. By the way, anyway, it's a good advantage for us (Striker users) that the protections aren't very common against Striker

Hello there! We play Tanki Online every day, but we don't know what happening behind the scenes. Have you ever wondered if Twins shoots infinity or if there is a limit for Railgun range? Today, in this topic, I will answer some of these questions and provide some cool facts as well. Some of them maybe look silly, while others are so complex that you might not have thought of them before. You wont get a score every time you heal with Isida! Have you ever wondered why you didn’t get a score while you healing your teammate though you healed him very well? Yes, if your teammate have a Thunder and probably damaged himself, you won't get any score. Maybe you ask why? Basically this is in sake of prohibiting the exploiting of score mechanics, and yes, that happened in the past. But you have to heal him anyway to be a perfect Isida that everyone want to play with. Dictator isn't a triangle If you’re a good mathematician and you know that triangle + triangle = square, and for this rule you want to flip a Dictator above another Dictator to create a perfect square. I’m sorry to tell you that’s wrong, because Dictator in real isn’t in a triangle shape, but in contrast, Dictator and every other shape in the game is a perfect square. So yes, we’re playing in a game where everything (hitbox) is a square/box but with textures that makes it pleasant to our eyes. You don't have to fight always to get a score Ok, you will think I will tell you to capture the flag and yeaa.. No no, there’s another way to get the score even without fighting or capturing the flag. If an enemy with Thunder fights you, you have to be a very close to him to be assure that he will be damaged also to benefit your team, and with that, you will get a score as you contributed in the kill without firing a single shot? Twins isn’t infinity Well maybe this is a common info.. Yes, Twins doesn’t shoot infinity or a single shoot every second, but it has a reload time that makes it seem like infinite shooting. The reload time is very quick, and that makes it looks like infinity with 4 shots per second. Turrets doesn’t have a weight Maybe you have thought one day that Shaft is a very heavy on the hull and make it slower while in opposite there are light turrets like Freeze or Isida. Well, one day, I thought Isida is the lightest turret and I was using it when I want to have fun or test the speed as I thought it was the lightest weight turret in the game. But in reality, turrets don't have a weight and every turret is equal to another, though Shaft gives you the feeling of its heaviness as it’s a very slow. Your Aim is ruined by your teammates more than enemies Sounds weird? Am I a liar? Maybe it’s something hard to believe, but in real it’s true. The random shots by your teammates that fail to hit the enemy, or a slight touches that is a pretty enough to turn your Shaft aim 180 degree. Or a Viking OD that’s no-stop wrecking your aim especially if combined with Magnum. While the lovely enemies are just fighting you when you meet in their base while the most of the time you’re in your teammates base when your aim is going up and down. Railgun shots aren’t infinity Maybe you think that Railgun shots have no limits and can touch the edge of the universe, but in real it isn’t. Railgun shots are limited by the mapbox limits in the game, and couldn’t pass it. Well, it still gives you the feeling of infinite range and it’s better to consider this when you play, but in real it’s not. Wasp’s Bomb timer isn’t 3 seconds When you play and you see a Wasp put a bomb in your teambase and you’re terrified to escape before it explodes in 3 seconds. But in reality, it’s 4 seconds, not 3. Maybe you wonder that I have been fooling you earlier, but not anymore. This is because the "zero" is counted so it’s, Three two one zero. A 4 seconds, so it’s somehow balanced. Green paint is a one pixel.! Most paints in Tanki are complicated with details and colors, there’s an exception. In real if you don’t know, Green, Yellow, blue etc.. are just one pixel paints. Though it gives you the feeling of complexity and some details, but in real in programming side it’s just a one pixel and even the Paint icon in the Garage is more complexed than the paint in real. Striker rockets with Remote aren’t always explodable Ok well, with Remote Augment you can explode your rockets by double-click on Space-bar. But if the second rocket is ready and you haven’t exploded your rocket yet, you can't explode it anymore. As the Space-bar will launch a new rocket, if a care appeared in your mind one day suddenly! Hopper ruined capturing modes CTF/Rugby more than it ruined the Goldboxes, Gold box is no more an important thing in the game and it drops a lot. If you care about every gold dropping you wont play ever, they drop a lot.

I know I talked a lot about Parkour though maybe most of you don't play there... Using Overdrive in Parkour isn't a pleasant thing, whenever I use my Overdrive against someone they insult me with OD. Ok? A player with Heavy Weight - A stronger equipment, blame me why I used my OD as it's a noobs act !! Ok, whats about your Heavy Weight? The funny thing that this player will use the OD also when it comes ready? I can assume that this thing happening with me everytime I play in Parkour, a player with an OP equipment blame me why I use my OD then he use it also. Disclaimer: Don't think me a stupid, whenever I see an OP player against me I simply leave the battle as there's no meaning and nothing more stupid than I complete playing in the map.

I think this topic will come vibrant again these days as I see complaints has raised insanely For me approx. I wont play any other game than Tanki Edit: I mean computer games only, not even mobile games I think the closest game to Tanki is Minecraft and it's just sucks, you only play randomly in servers without a progress or anything. I have played it for a while but not even 10% of my time in Tanki.
