Dictator's OD was already pretty powerful in the lower ranks. I guess this just makes it the best hull to use there, now.

Buyers already have kits of the next modification available to them in the shop. This topic is about how Tanki's crushing grip on F2Ps can be relaxed a bit by making Turrets, Hulls, and maybe Modules (the basic stuff- not all those drones, augments and what not) available affordably; instead of forcing us to buy each and every modification.

I always thought, "People know pollution does immense harm to our planet and us, then why don't they take rapid steps to cope with it? Just realised there are people who don't give a damn for the planet they live on. I hope there aren't many such people.

After Thunder's instant hit was removed and it was given a projectile speed, the same was planned to happen to Smoky too. Has the plan been scrapped? ?

Those same combos will be on your team, too. Yet another double edged sword. BTW, a slight nerf to Hornet's OD, such as lowering Module ignore to 50% and nothing else, won't affect how it counters other ODs. -

That would only benefit hulls that have powerful ODs, but lesser frequency, like Viking; as compared to hulls that rely on multiple less powerful/useful ODs, like Wasp. -
I'm thinking more like "Oh, Hazel, make it stop!"...

Have you tried out Sandal with Vulcan? There might be bouncing areas to target enemies in their base. Try shooting from the middle of your base (the highest platform), and from the corner from behind the billboard.

This idea had been on my mind for quite a while. Real skill lies in direct bombing enemies from a height, instead of just going in their face and pooping out a shot. But then, what about RGC Magnums? For a fixed distance, they cannot vary the time the projectile spends in the air. And RGC Magnums form a major part of the whole Magnum nuisance. I think a better solution would be to nerf RGC, make it the stock, and buff stock and keep it as an Augment (those who had RGC before would get it for free). Then implement the above changes. With Ares coming soon, they're probably going to do this, anyway.

Basically, each kill done in modes where killing is not the main objective, namely CTF and Rugby [not Assault, Seige, CP *], should award 10 battle points, as in DM, to prevent players from sitting back in the base and camping. This will provide an incentive (or say, compulsion) for grinders to support the main objective, for if they don't, it would be very hard to get the top positions for 3 stars. Points for killing the flag/ball carrier (not in ASL) will be increased to compensate those who can't possibly deliver flags or score goals (such as Titan-Shafts). Also, killing an enemy inside the region in close proximity of the flag (or point in RGB) will award the normal 15 score, since that counts as defending the flag. This will drive star-hungry grinders away from these modes, providing better quality battles. *Seige, CP and Assault actually have killing as a primary objective to defend/capture points, hence the idea doesn't necessarily apply to them.

Are you sure that the actual number of projectiles hitting the target is equal to the visual count? I mean, there might be a bit of lag, you know.

Nope. And I have strong scientific reasoning behind that, but that would take a lot of time to explain. Of course, there can be life outside earth, but that doesn't fit the typical concept of an "alien" developed by theorists. Also, the concept of life isn't well defined for this purpose. [A single atom or molecule continuously getting oxidised and then reduced can be said to have a life, for example.] What do you think the developers are, humans, potatoes, ostriches...?

These augments are supposed to be straight buffs, instead of alterations, so that buyers blindly buy containers in hope of obtaining the one they want.

I once somehow ended up with my Dictator on top of the enemy Juggernaut, pressed Shift and 5, and mined him to death.

But when you think about it, a few (or say, many) months from now, lots of people will have received the resistance or immunity augments from containers, even for hulls they use. And it won't be wrong to guess that burn immunity will be the most popular choice amongst hull augments.
