As said it's not about the augment only. And it's not about only releasing fun and unique ones. For example, to not run out of ideas you could spare some money on some useless skins and think of new turrets. New turrets equals new augments and requires players to spend for new protection modules. Now yes, more turrets also means that more protection slots are needed, but that's just how it is i guess. As of a game that does it better, i don't know yet, because most games nowdays use this lootbox system. Though i will think or look for one. I said it before and i'm going to repeat it here, the copy paste augments or stupidly overpowered ones (which YES can be fun like Faust) would not be that big of a deal if hulls had more HP to deal with them. I mean, look at Vacuum core shells for Magnum, today it got a nerf. If you can't directly solve the problem, then work around it in a way that makes everyone happy. Before the nerf i would equip defender AND 50% protection and it would still ONESHOT ME. Now there's something wrong in that don't you think? Fully equipped with magnum counters yet, i can't counter it (because of Crisis). The solution is there, can't we just try??? Mad tanks was just so fun for me, i don't know why most of the community would dislike it. -

look, the way is to make the game fun and accessible for most players. Instead of releasing something stupidly overpower, release something fun to use, unique in its own way. The latest augments have just been a god damn copy paste, and pulsars have made the game pretty much unplayable, especially against squads and the battle pass has only been nerfed over and over making it worse for f2p players. There are tons of ideas on this forum and i'm sure on the russian one that suggest unique and interesting augments. Here's one example, an augment i've always wanted: something really simple that increases Thunder's splash radius and lowers its reload time, making it feel like the original Thunder sure not at the levels of adaptive reload, but you get the idea, it's unique and it reworks the basic mechanic of the turret, not overpower (unless used with crisis ig? but what's not OP without it?) What's the point of dedicating your time into this game if you're forced to spend 300$ every month? I would happily support the developers if the game was fun desptie being pay 2 win. If you want to keep all these stupidly overpowered augments , FINE, at least increase the TTK, you have no idea of how frustrating it is to get instakilled by some camping noob with Magnum which you CANNOT counter in any other way if not by using magnum yourself. But this isn't just something about augments, a lot of factors are included into the general enjoyment of Tanki. Reworking maps, for example: Brest, a total unplayable campfest where ONLY a hopper with trickster/crisis can win in a CTF game, half of the times. Maps like Dusseldorf or Berlin, despite the slight improvement on the latter, they are too big, and have way too many players in them, and there's a ton more maps that are much better than them you can replace them with. You know it well, TTK is close to non existent and, EVEN with teamwork, going up against 15 people is just close to impossible. This is another problem that would be solved by increasing the TTK. And no don't tell me that this problem will be solved by grenades because i don't believe that. If you tell me that increasing the HP of hulls would make certain hulls too OP then you'd need to nerf those hulls, or nerf protection modules down to like 40%. You removed drones from players garages, i don't see why you can't do this as well. Any of these things would be greatly appreciated over something like, you know, an ugly GT skin? After saying all this: can i assure you that this will make you more money than your current way? No But here's the deal, long term customer happiness and community size will grant even more money that whatever short term dumpster fire you're doing right now. That i'm pretty sure about. -

Ah yes. let's ruin Isida's healing even more why not, i mean after all, everything else is just able to pretty much oneshot or melt through a tank's HP like nothing, surely, we needed to nerf Isida crits because a bunch of clowns have their loyal pets healing them while playing Juggernaut. -

what bro said, i had no issues completing the mission, just use something stock and you'll be good to go. I used Thunder adaptive reload for it, works like a charm.

After the update all pulsar augments supposedly should have gotten a proc chance reduction but all i'm seeing here is close to no difference, actually at times the frequency of pulsar crits just seems to have increased after the update.

Your team has a thunder EMP and a railgun with hyperspeed rounds, two augments that are hard to obtain, one is even exotic. Whrn you look at "p2w" you don't have to check the gear score only but also the equipment. My friend grinded a free to play account to test this and upgrading equipment was so easy he was warrant officer 5 with 7k gs.

i'm also adding that hovering hulls automatically stabilyze themselves when driving up ramps making it easier to attack a target with a short range turret lol. -
Ares's overdrive, 90% of the times suffers of a SEVERE desync between what's shown on your client and what's actually happening for the server. This can be a negative aspect for both parties. If the ball visually passes close to you and is desynced, you won't get damaged/healed until a few seconds later, HOWEVER if the ball explodes on a wall behind you, you will not receive any damage/heal from it supposedly having linked to your tank, and that's the negative side for the Ares user. For anyone else that plays against it, simply you think you are safe when in reality you're not, often enough you see your healthbar get drained by literally NOTHING just because an Ares ball passed in that same spot 5 seconds earlier. Please fix, this is just stupid

Hovering hulls were designed for mobile players not for clowns with overly high egos playing them on PC or even worse on emulator to stomp everyone else. Also i would give heavyweight a power increase bonus stat so if you use it on any of the hovering hulls you can still push other tanks around. -
Since shaft healing gets to heal for 3k (or 6 with DD) in sniper mode i find it extremely unfair that thunder doesn't get to splash heal teammates If the devs think that it'd be too OP (nice joke, as if most stuff wasn't) here's how to make it work. Make it work like void shells where you have to carefully splash to have a better reward. A direct hit heals a single target for the full damage of the shot, while splashing onto a surface, aoe heals any teammate in the explosion's range, this while keeping the self damage even though i don't see how that would be "too broken"

Hopper and pulsar augments ruin every single battle. Funny how most "pros" (lmao) only use hopper with some other overpowered turret and crisis/trickster, surely shows how good they are at pressing w and shift on their keyboards. Pulsar is simply annoying, fully rng where enemies always proc it but your teammates never do, there's simply no counter to it aside for mammoth and paladin overdrives. Void shells for magnum and destabilization rounds on rail are also uncounterable, defender and armadillo/protection almost maxed and i still get instakilled by people camping with crisis. Then Hazel said in the interview that "tanks are dying too fast and we don't like that, we don't want the gameplay to be fast" he then said that "mad tanks wasn't fun" which is a complete lie, people would abuse hopper in that mode and ruin every ctf like game mode, are you sure that mad tanks was the problem? -
Ah yes, i can't wait for pulsar grenades to be put into ultra containers and have buyers spam them all over the battlefield

They can tell you whatever they want, are you going to believe them? Most things got introduced with blatant excuses or for no reason, features that no one ever asked, like LC skins becoming pixelated. There's a big list of things i could type but i'm not going to waste my time here. As for "Ares XT" the skins being exotic makes no sense and is the least problem, a skin container costs 30k+ tankoins which is like what, 400€? LMAO

Crits were added with the sole purpose of justifying the effects, remember when Railgun Stun would stun you for 6 seconds on every hit? Then they slowly changed it, and started making augment after augment, where first it'd apply the effect on every hit, then nerf it with "applies only on critical hits" On top of that it was also to introduce a new protection that was pretty much unobtainable by any f2p player and costed 12 million crystals to fully upgrade. If me and my friend hadn't partecipated in the tanki fund, we still wouldn't have gotten Armadillo, honestly, i see people posting exotic items all over the "picture of the day" topic but i never got anything like that, i believe not even once. Lmao.
