Maybe. But I see it on my screen once, I just click restart. If it happens again shortly after, then something's up. But normally I just need to click restart once and it's fine again. I'm not saying this because my laptop can manage it, in fact my laptop sometimes does things that I really hate. But the point here is that this is just one of those things that shouldn't have us particularly concerned about.

Isn't it obvious? The devs really don't care. If they did, they would've at least made an announcement that they were going to remove at least the bad parts of the update. Meaning the not being rewarded in format battles and removing ability to buy alterations in the garage.

It's one thing having our feedback being heard, it's another for the devs to do something about it in the right way. But right now, it looks like they won't do anything about it. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they started terminating accounts of those who criticized their decisions.

I think it could've been useful, but it was only available in the high ranks which made it hard to utilize. If it was available at a lower rank the outcome could've been different.
