That is true, I suppose it's because most news are already known in advance in the patch notes and/or event announcements, therefore there isn't much going for the Vlogs really. Fair enough, my point is this would make the status effect more generic, and I´d rather resort to other means of nerfing EMP augments, if needed. But that is just my opinion of course. I understand the effort to stop EMP from wasting supplies, though.

I understand the intention here is probably that EMP wouldn´t waste your supplies anymore, but wouldn´t this make EMP quite similar to AP? This would mean quite a nerf for many augments, because you would not need to worry about smart cooldowns after getting EMP´d anymore.

Does anyone have a rough estimate for the consuption of supplies by using crisis? I am thinking about maxing it out on TO Bday but I am not sure if its a good choice. Keep in mind I don´t fancy camping in one spot for 15min, which would in theory lower the supply consuption a lot. Currently using Trickster.

I agree, Pulsar is plenty strong right now, basically only getting outcompeted by Helios in some situations. If it retains its current stats an rarity, I will be more than content. Helios just needs a slight nerf in energy reload and I think it will be more managable.
