I think you answered yourself. It is not up to the wiki editors when the new BP is released, so it is unfair towards them to say they are sleeping on their job.

Kindly do not use such condescending language. Wiki editors do their job very diligently and update the new BP as soon as it is forwarded to them by developers.

Very good point. Thunder absolutely needs a rework to get competetive. Currently it is much better to use Striker or Gauss for most scenarios Thunder would excell in before.

I agree the lock on mechanism isn't perfect, but other than that, Gauss AP/EMP are plenty strong, definitely don't warrant a buff.

I think it is quite good. Also remember that with Tesla, you can use the chain lightning to hit opponents who cannot hit you. In those cases, you can deal a lot of DMG with low hp. No doubt it is case specific though, of course.

It is not. Noise is a notoriously unbalanced map and the addition of Magnum and Tesla made it even worse. That's the reason why it isn't used for Matchmaking afterall.
