No, the Sandbox map in TJR mode is still found in the MM pool. More info here.

The system where you could upgrade your equipment directly to the highest modification available was changed with the update #586. The current system requires you to buy each modification successively, until your desired modification is acquired. Check this Wiki page for more detailed info.

Freeze + Dictator + trickster is a great combo, but especially deadly in TJR.

I don´t think that´s what he meant. It is like for example you write with your left, but play tennis with your right (but cannnot do it vice versa).
